I purchased a 2024 GMC Terrain yesterday and my experience was perfect. These guys are amazing. Clark was our guy! He is very kind and helpful and had answers to all of my questions. Clark is the guy to go see. He will help the process go along fast and smoothly with a smile! We had such a smooth process. We had our new car by lunch time. Every person that helped us yesterday was great! They were all kind and very informative. I learned a few new things yesterday that I had no idea about. So the buying experience was also a learning one.

First time in 18 years I looked for a new truck and Jeff was amazing when it came to showing me what was available in my price range and what color I was looking for. He did not pressure or try to show me anything greater than what I was looking for and was very helpful when needed. Jennifer was great breaking everything down and helping us get the best deal with the best price point she could. Definitely worth the trip and they will have them a repeat customer in the future.

Great experience purchasing a truck. JaQi was very helpful from the very beginning. She was patient and helped throughout the process. I appreciate that she didn t promise me anything she couldn t deliver. The whole team was professional and tried to be as up front and honest as they could. Overall very happy with my purchase.

Sales consultant Michael Gardner, and team made our family feel like VIPs. He was very patient with me. I couldn t decide what I wanted. He walked many times back and forth to find me the right vehicle. Even went the extra mile to ask one of the sweet employees if I could check out her brand new Buick. Overall, this was a great experience, I will definitely be coming back to do more business with David Scott Lee Buick.

Went here to have my first car buying experience because my husband s family loves this dealership. And now I know why! Cole was a perfect gentleman and so SO helpful. I had no idea what I was doing and he walked me through the process, validating my concerns and got me in a great vehicle that met my financial and daily needs. Just purchased a 2019 Acadia and had a great experience with everyone here. The people were welcoming and super helpful and made us feel that they had our best interests at heart; which is rare these days. They were knowledageable and if Maria didn't have the answers to our questions readily available, she made sure to find out.Much thanks also to Jennifer in Finance for making it as pain-free as possible! No one likes the money part of things, but she didn't give up until she was able to get our loan secured and explained it all along the way!While we were waiting for all processing to get handled, both Maria and Jennifer took the time to follow up with us, make sure we didn't need anything and were very entertaining in the meantime. Maria even came out after we signed everything to explain the plethora of buttons, options and screens to make the navigation a breeze.Good experience, would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new or newer vehicle!

I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. I have bought a few cars in my life and this dealership tops them all. My granddaughter and I drove from home to Crestview Fla and the experience was well worth the 3 hr round trip. They made us feel so welcome and at home the entire time. Our purchase was very fast but efficient. Dani Partridge was hands down the best sales person I ve ever felt with. She made this must needed purchase so easy and less painful than any place I ve ever dealt with before. She was so sweet and so kind that it made us feel like family. Had a great and easy car buying experience yesterday here, typically a sales rep is pushy and over the top. Mark anthony was our sales rep, he was very patient with us as we looked through multiple vehicles. His knowledge of the vehicles and their features showed he does his homework on what he has available for sale before presenting to you. Not pushy and just overall a friendly guy. Was great with my kids as we went around too.If you decide to shop here, call and ask for mark Anthony, give him a idea of what you want to look at or what your needs are and he ll have everything ready for you right away. Won t regret working with him!

Dealership and sales people were polite and upfront. Clark our sales person was polite and tentative to our family. He made the whole experience easy and stress free. Jose helped us with final financing explaining available options making the process seamless and simple. We will definitely be purchasing are next vehicle here.

An exceptional car buying experience.My Salesman, Joel, was very professional & helpful to address my concerns on buying a used car. My fair value offer was excepted without further haggling. The Lifetime Warrantee is something I never thought I could receive on a used vehicle. Everyone I made contact with at the Dealership was friendly & customer focused. I will visit this place again for my next purchase.

Best experience ever! Michael was so easy to work with! He listened to our very specific request and gave us options quickly. Within 30 minutes of walking in, we made a decision to purchase a used car that looked immaculate! It delivered more than what we expected, all within our tight budget. Sale process was simple, informative, and straightforward. Jennifer was also very sweet, direct, and helpful. Our sales representative Heath Childs was outstanding and personable. He answered all our questions and concerns effectively. Dani was such a great help she is amazing at her job and excellent customer service. Dani helped give us all the information on trading in our vehicle while making sure we got all the information for our new vehicle. She was so helpful we went back a second time for our second vehicle and requested her help ! She was with another client at the time and had Jeff help us out. Jeff was also very helpful.The manager Nick ! He really work the numbers for us to be able to stay within our budget and still be happy and satisfied customers! He really played a big part in our final decision on our purchase. He is a great manager and amazing customer service when it comes to helping people who are set on a certain price, he also breaks down all the numbers for you and explains what your putting your money towards and you are not blindsided. You really walk out of that place with understanding what you are paying for and not surprised by any hidden fees or confusion.

Great all around experience as an out of state purchaser. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. LaToya and Lance were great in sales: respectful, not pushy, sent me a video of the vehicle, took care of all my needs while at the dealership and after leaving the dealership. Steve did an exceptional job as the sales manager. He went out of his way to get this deal done and made the process fast and easy. I definitely recommend this dealership if you re in the market for a vehicle.

I was skeptical to trust a dealership. Having had numerous bad experiences in the past at other dealerships, I came into my last vehicle purchase looking for the gotchas . I am pleased to say that David Scott Lee GMC held true to all the promises they made me and made the entire purchasing process very simple and stream lined. I worked with Heath and he did a great job not wasting my time, offering me a good deal on the vehicle and offering me a great price for my trade. Included with my purchase I got two free services and both of which were executed perfectly and in a timely fashion. It was always easy to get someone on the phone and follow up with any problems that arose. Despite my truck developing an oil leak shortly after the purchase, they quickly got it fixed and covered under warranty.The only issue I ran into was that it took about 9 months to get the touch up paint I was promised when I purchased the vehicle but in the end, they did get it for me and with no trouble.Every time I have called to follow up on my purchase or had any questions my calls were answered with a friendly voice and a quick response.If they have something you are interested in buying, I strongly suggest you stop by and check it out. They were excellent all around and not pushy or agressive at all. I had a great experience and am very happy that there are still some good (and fair) dealerships to work with in the local area. If you need a good salesman, I cannot recommend Heath enough.

I recently bought my third New GMC Sierra 1500 and I must say it was and always has been great experience. Brock Collins (sales) done a great job of locating the truck I wanted and securing it from another dealership. Nick & Richard (managers)took the time to congratulate me when they were super busy. Great job to the whole staff from front to back. I would strongly suggest anyone to give them a chance and like myself wouldn t go anywhere else for a vehicle.Thank You to all the staff. I went in to get my car s oil changed and get routine maintenance. Chris Manning was very nice, helpful, and informative. Scheduling the appointment was easy. Everything went smoothly. It s nice that they have drinks and snacks while you wait. The wait was a reasonable amount of time as well. Great experience, can t think of anything that went wrong or could ve went better!

What a great and smooth experience was getting a car from David Scott Lee Buick.Caleb and LaToya were an amazing team with Caleb involved in every part of the dealings with professionalism but also very caring.LaToya was the best! She was on top of every detail and always ready to answer all my questions. She definitely made me very confident about my purchase.Oh yes! And they have this CT scan machine for cars that tells you everything from rust issues or scratches in the car for you to have a peace of mind about the things you can t see . I hardly recommend this dealership!

This dealership offered one of the best car buying experiences I have come across. Latoya was great, she showed us our vehicle options and was very knowledgeable. From the point we met her she was very personable and made the car buying very smooth. Then we moved on to Jennifer, the financial advisor, and she was great as well. She showed us all of our financing options and explained everything very well. She was very personable too throughout. Not to mention the staff stayed late so that we were able to complete our dream car purchase. I will definitely recommend buying from them and I will be returning when I buy another new car.

Went car shopping today and stopped at multiple car lots and wasn't approached by anyone. Come to David Scott Lee GMC and Clark greeted us immediately and stuck with us through the whole experience. Jose finished our contract and made the finish smooth as possible. Go see Clark when you need a new car.Thanks to everyone involved!
