I recently had to replace the tires on 2 separate vehicles, and because of previous positive service at Crestview Tire & Wheel, I returned to them help take care of the replacement. Scheduling was a breeze, staff was polite. Service was excellent, clean and professional. Thank you all for the manner in which you respect the client and their vehicles.

Best tire place!!!!! I did not have the key for my lug nuts but they were able to remove them and give me replacement lugs, and they fixed my leaking tire on the same day that I called for help. Price could not be beat, customer service was perfect, am definitely customer for life now.

Fantastic place! We needed a full tire replacement on our vacation (separate story) and were referred to these folks. Despite being fully-booked, they understood our urgency and squeezed us in. We were in and out within a couple of hours.Staff were friendly and competent, explained our options, and made sure we knew what we were purchasing. Highly recommend!

Jamie did awesome job getting my tires and wheels and all work done professional and above my expectations. I would recommend Crestview Tire and Wheel to anyone looking to upgrade your trucks look. They also handle our large truck tires.

I was skeptical about this place. I needed my brakes replaced. I made an appointment, went in early looked around, asked a couple of questions, then left to go to the dealership. Dealership couldn't get me in. So I went back and I'm glad I did. The young ladies at the desk were great, they said it would be about 1 1/2 to 2hrs. It was done in less than 2hrs for all 4 brakes. I'm impressed and I recommend them, and if I need to go back, it be to Crestview Tire. Thanks for the great experience.

took my car in because of a shaky steering wheel, they balanced my wheels (which I bought maybe three weeks ago already balanced), and suggested centering rings. they did not fix my problem and offered for me to come back so they could explain why I need centering rings. the rings would make sense if the problem started when I bought aftermarket wheels but it was happening months before that. furthermore, if the problem is supposedly a lack of centering rings then why wouldn t you fix that problem. the time they took to fix my car was in no way long enough to do a proper diagnosis on the problem i was having and they didn t check to see if the problem was fixed afterwards, simply charged me and sent me on my way.

A++ Worked with my schedule and had great pricing on wheel entire packages. Jamie also went out of his way to make sure that all of my questions were answered in all of my concerns were addressed even got the job done earlier than expected.

I scheduled an appt with crestview tire to have new tires put on my Chevy 2500hd. I specifically ordered 10ply tires and mentioned multiple times to be sure they were 10ply and I was reassured they were. Well I drop my truck off for my appt at 9:30am. An hour and a half later I call to check on it and I m met with an attitude on the phone saying it d be another 45min. So another hour goes by and we go to pick it up. I go up and ask for the status and they say they just got to it and it ll be another 45min. At this point I m annoyed because I m soon to be running late for work even though my appointment was scheduled for 4 hours prior. Anyway, I finally get my truck and I m rushing to pay and get out because I have work. I get home and decide to look over everything just to make sure everything is right. Low and behold these people installed 6 ply tires on my 6k lb truck when I specifically asked for 10 ply multiple times. That s not even the best part. They filled the back tires up to 80psi when the max load on those tires are 50PSI. Now I could understand if they accidentally ordered the wrong tires, but tell me how a mechanic who s whole job is installing tires, installs tires that aren t even rated for the weight of the vehicle he s putting it on, and especially airs it up 30 psi over max when the max is clearly written all over the tires! The whole experience was baffling. To top it off, not once did anyone apologize to me about this ordeal. I took it back the next day and got the right tires. I noticed they dinged up my wheels pretty bad as well, mentioned it to the guy who worked on it and he simply said oh and walked away. The guy behind the counter simply said, thank you for your patience as I walked out the door. I would ve rather had an explanation for how this happened accompanied by an apology and some way to try to make me feel a bit better about it all. But oh well. The one thing I got out of this experience is these people have no idea what they re doing nor do they give a damn about their clientele. Every person I spoke to had the same callous attitude and rude responses. Will never be back here and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place like the plague.

Crestview Tire & Wheel has been providing us with great service (maint, repair, and tires) for our personal and business vehicles (8 vehicles total) for many years now. Jim Meager, his son Jamie Meager, and everyone here are good honest local folks with an impeccable reputation! It s so awesome to have this trust with such an important service. Here, you can be confident that they will provide the highest quality of professional service and at a fair price and won t sell you anything you don t need. I highly recommend this true gem in the Crestview, FL area community! Oh, and I absolutely love my Toyo all-terrain tires. Haven t got stuck since I got them! (I rarely even need to engage 4x4 anymore while driving through mud holes out on my river property) Happy, Happy!

My tire was completely flat, I called Crestview tire up and spoke with Jamie who was able to order my tire and get it in the next morning! They Had my tire fixed and ready to go right after the tire came in! That was one of the quickest in and out services I ve ever had when it comes to vehicle issues! Very kind people with great customer service! Will definitely recommend and be back for any tire services for sure! Thanks again!

Had an issue with a tire while traveling. Crestview Tire was willing to take a look at our tire, even though they were busy, which was greatly appreciated. We had been turned away from two other local tire places. Great service and so appreciated. Thankful to resume our travel.

Very poor customer service. Every time we took a vehicle there they never fixed things completely. We would have to takr it back. Then they would try and charge us for things they should have caught the first time I dont know if they know what they are doing. May want to look for a diffedent shop im done with them. Very rude front desk person that lacks cusomer ervice skills

I got a bad hole in my tire on 285, was driving on rim for miles. Put an entire bottle of fix a flat but hole was so bad the product was pouring out and tire would not hold air. Pulled into Crestview Tire because it was the closest shop. They were in the process of closing shop but saw how bad my tire was and had it patched within 15 minutes. They saved me from a 2 hour wait for family to help! Will definitely do business with them again, they were an absolute God send in my time of need!

The front desk staff is very friendly and knowledgeable....But, Thoose men in the garage they are our Heroes....My go to place for all my car needs...This place is always updating to accommodate for all projects....

Had bumped a curb a couple days ago and now my check tires light came on. Did not have an appointment but went in and let them know what was up.They worked me in as I did not want to end up with an issue over the Christmas holiday weekend.Mr. Jamie and his crew worked me in and checked all 4 tires and turns out, all 4 tires were low. They adjusted tire pressures to correct levels and I was happily on my way after a couple of hours...Always professional,, friendly, helpful information and service.Immaculately clean waiting area and a TV on to help pass the time even tho they give such prompt service, no matter what you need.Love these Guys and Gals

Had my trailer tire blowout with a load of lumber in town and had to be back to the job asap. They got me in and back on the road within 30-45 minutes!!! Definitely recommend!

We had a flat tire just now as we were headed home from the beach. Crestview tire had the inventory to replace our flat, and they were able to squeeze us in and worked with us to get our car back on the road. We are headed home now with only a few hours off schedule thanks to them. They were great and friendly to work with and I highly recommend supporting this small business.

Some wires connecting to the battery weren't connected well, causing Onstar to send me a message saying I needed to have my car looked at within 7 days. The chevy dealership attached the wires and it seems to be ok now.

Crestview Tire and Wheel are an awesome crew that have fast friendly service. I brought my car in and they where honest about the wait times and there car count. They have a great clean lobby and the customer service is exceptional. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Best service I've ever gotten at a tire/auto shop. I was from out of town and had a tie rod come undone. The lady was very nice but the gentleman in there was very rude. Saying that the only way they can fix it is if I had it towed in, that the lady was wasting her time asking the guys about the picture I had taken. He seemed more about the money than the customer service. Definitely won t go there if I ever need help again.

Wonderful group of people. Bought new tires here. A few months later, my valve was damaged during a service done in Fort Walton Beach. Rather than driving back, I came here instead. They fix my valve, put the tire back on, and put everytbing back where it should be in a matter of minutes. Mind you, I wasnt the only customer in the shop and their parking lot was full.They are honest and direct, waiting area clean, and very proficient in what they do.Very appreciative and highly recommend!

Went in to have a lawnmower tire pressed on after inserting new tube, told me it would cost $10, took three days and they tried to charge me for a new tube when I already put in a new tube, the front desk was informed. I argued with her and the mechanic told her it came in with a new tube. Then she charged me $15 instead of the $10 we agreed on. I used to use them all the time, now I will not go back.

Wife and 6 kids stopped in to have the nitrogen tires topped off before cross state drive, associate forgot to put cap back on passenger rear and it slow leaked out. Thankfully it was caught before anything happened and my tire was trashed. Always double check your work. Now I get to spend to refill tire again...

Used to be an awesome place. They did everything on both my vehicles. But no more. Jamie used to run it and it was great, but I haven't seen him in quite awhile and the other people there are a menace. My buddy went there to get diagnostics done for an issue and they just pulled a spark plugs and said his rings were bad. Charged him $70 for that. I was told that if I brought my truck and tires up in the morning they could squeeze me in. I show up just after 9 from driving all the way from Ponce de Leon and was told I should've come earlier. Why couldn't he have told me I had to be there when the doors opened? Whatever, I'm done with them.
