Great place for your car parts. This location has a few features that others don't. It has a hydraulic hose machine to make your tractor or large truck hose repairs. Also has automotive paint supplies. Great sales people! I just hope they keep this type of store. Most parts stores don't provide parts for large trucks and paint supplies. I highly recommend this store!

Had to have my battery replaced on my Lexus. Andrew was wonderful! Professional, polite and one of the most patient men I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with!! He took the time to explain the different models of battery and what I needed. Answering all of my questions and easing my concerns. At Advance Auto Parts they treat you the way you would want your Mother, Grandma or your wife cared for! I couldn't have ask for a better experience Andrew was great thanks!!

The guys here were so helpful! I usually avoid car shops and auto stores, but everyone was so kind. I noticed all the other customers were women, too. I had to go twice yesterday.

The people are great. The prices are terrible. This goes for O'riles and AutoZone also. $8 for two tail light bulbs? And all three stores selling at the same price? Illusion of competition. You can get 15 of them for the same price online. It's crazy to think what else these corporations are getting away with . It's literally highway robbery. Buy your parts on Amazon or Rock Auto, or even Ebay. The markup on these store front stores pays for your labor if you need to replace the ones you bought online.

The BEST experience I have ever had with an auto parts store . It was late and close to closing time, but I was in desperate need of help with what to get for my car to help with the issues I was having and Dave went above and beyond for me as I do not know anything when it comes to cars. Jp was there also and very helpful . I wanted to leave a good review so that they are recognized for their great customer service. Dave took care of my issue and helped me get what I needed and also made sure I was good to go for the rest of my trip.

They been around for a long time and I truly don't think they will be going anywhere anytime soon. They have everything you could want and need for your vehicle. The stuff that works there are very friendly and they come right up to you and ask you if you need help with anything. It's is also a discounted part store so it's cheaper then most and they have a rewards card, That you can use to save up points and it doesn't take long until you have enough to pay for something in the store from the points.

Hate coming to this one because they rarely have what I'm looking for. Wish it was bigger like the one on S. Ferdon that ACTUALLY has what you're looking for.

Dave is the only staff member that is not completely rude all the time. He is extremely helpful. I wish I could say that about anyone else that works there. I'll order parts and drive past the north Crestview store to get them at the south store where they're actually helpful and have good customer service. If there was a rating below 1 star I wouldn't hesitate to give it.

Called about a part for an older vehicle. Not only were they helpful in exactly WHICH part I specifically needed, but had it in stock as well!!! Didn't have to pay an arm & a leg for it either, & they even had it waiting at the counter when I arrived!! So, was a quick stop trip with no hassle!! These guys are great!!

Bought some new wiper blades and the guy wouldn't let me pay him to install them. I always tip for good service but not this time.

It's either hit or miss with this place when it comes to being busy or not. It's either super crowded in here and long wait line or no one's there. Always try to check online to see if stuff is in stock before going in. They always help me find what I am looking for.

Very helpful. Nice people, they had the part I needed at the right price. And when I called to check on the part they didn't put me on hold like other auto parts stores. And had the part waiting for me when I got there so they didn't go looking for it. They are very professional and advance auto parts will always have my business

This is a great group of human. I went in there distraught over my car breaking down they were all so kind and compassionate and worked to be as helpful as they could to get this single mom back on the road again. I would recommend them to anyone.

This is the best Advanced Auto I've ever been too... They were extremely helpful getting the parts I needed for my bus and what they don't carry they found a place for me that does. Great customer service and great prices for the odd items I needed.

A girl named Jerica helped me. They didn't have what I needed, however she ordered it for me. I found it at another store and she was able to cancel the order. Very professional

I enjoy going on to store 2002 across from chic fil a. They are always helpful and are willing to go the extra mile. They don't just throw parts at you. Go see them They are more then helpful.

Good for getting parts, but I can't take my kids inside with me because of the guys cussing up a storm.Unfortunately I have to take my business somewhere else when they're with me.

I ordered a battery to be installed. Paid online and waited till it was not so busy. Went over and they wouldn't install it. I just had surgery and can't do it myself. The Lady was rude and condescending. She kept repeating LIABILITY and Computers around the battery. There is no computer equiptment around the battery. However, the cowl would have to be removed. WHY IS THIS OFFERED, if they can't do it? FALSE Advertising, and they had a total of 3 people behind the counter, with one smoking outside. Needless to say, I won't be back.

On my way home in a rainstorm after my drivers side windshield wiper literally fell off, the ladies that were working that morning saved me from a dangerous ride home. I couldn't get the new wiper on there to save my life so I went back in and not only did the lady helping me figure out what the problem was, I had the wrong wiper for my car, she went out and installed it for me. Top notch service!

Great place for home projects on your vehicle almost always have parts in stock and if they don't they can usually get it overnight very helpful staff very knowledgeable

I went knowing exactly what i needed and they treated me like a child. They were rude, wouldnt help when i did ask for help, said the didnt do that! It was a simple add oil and i couldnt get the cap off!!

Place is a joke besides Katie, she's the only one that cares enuff to try. One lady is very rude never speaks when you walk in and is always on her phone with personal stuff

I've been looking for a Gates fleet Kevlar serpentine belt (that's the green belt on super charged cars,truck and on 18 wheeler trucks) that was 114.25 inches for my procharged Cobra Mustang. I looked for 6 months called everywhere they only had 115.50 inch belts which will slip causing me to lose super charger boost. Well Mrs. Katie an employee at Car Quest/Advanced Auto does something crazy, she ramble's off the HD number from memory and say's I got you 2 of them. Ones in Ocala florida and the other is in Texas, they will be here tuesday because monday is Labor day. The crew at the Advanced Auto/QuestCar are the best i've ever delt with and i will never go anywhere else unless its vehicle specific parts or super chargers etc. I'm now getting all 19 psi of boost (Hell Yeah) . Well thank you Mrs. Katie and Kaitlynn for all your help..You guys are much appreciated especially by me !!!!!!

Got some plugs for my sporster. There needs to be more employees the one man working the counter was having a time answering the phone and dealing with the long line of customers.
