I need a special brand of antifreeze for my Lexus they were the ONLY STORE IN TOWN THAT HAD IT!! Sales staff helpful Scottie was amazing! He took the time to explain why it's so important to use the correct antifreeze and oil! Advanced Auto is above and beyond now my go to store!

I entered this store 10/22/23, at around 7pm. As I approached the register, 3 employees were at the counter and there were no customers in store. I asked if one of them could take a look at my car and tell me if they had the front light bulb that was out in stock. Immediately, the younger one of the 3 said to me, NO we can't. I asked why and he just repeated, no they could not come look. I thought he was joking, but realized he wasn't when I asked him his name and he proceeded to walk to the backroom. I worked as a merchandiser in that store under the utmost respectful guys and have first handed witnessed how much customers loved them, but after last night, I will never step foot in that Advanced Auto again. It's ashamed what associates have become now a daysto paying customersForshame

I've been going here for years; the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I pulled in just as a storm was approaching to get new wiper blades, as I had to travel to the airport to pick up my wife. I was in and out and back on the road in less than 10 minutes. 10/10 highly recommend.

I had to add water to my battery this morning and ended up dropping one of the caps down too far where I could not reach it. I tried for about an hour and then decided to go over to Advance Auto to see if they sold the caps or if someone could help me get mine. The manager Omor was AMAZING! We need more people like him. Super nice and helpful guy and he was able to get the cap out after just a few minutes. Very pleased with the service there. Will be going there for any auto related needs from now on! Thank you Omor!

I went to pick up a few things and had some questions about replacing my alternator. Mac was so nice and helpful! He explained things and didn't treat me like a stupid girl. I highly recommend going here!

My battery went dead and I needed to get it replaced. Went to Advance closest to my house and they were closed. Went to OReillys because they were next but the guy left me waiting outside for a while. Thanks to Josh at Advance Auto Parts; he installed it quickly and I was on my way. I really appreciate it. I will only go to this store from now on! It may be the furthest from my house but the customer service was top notch!

Barely got there after my car was loosing power and my battery light was on, immediatelt was sold a new battery, asked the rep if he could check the alternator and starter, 3 free services provided. He said all was good, I replied that the battery light remained on, he said just to drive and it would dissapear. 100 miles later my car was dead on the road again, had to pay for tow to get to a shop just to realize that the alternator was the issue. The bussiness was just worried about selling the battery, overpirced as usual but I did it for thr expert service they provide. No sense of responsiblity as they just said sorry well see if the guy was trained dor not, meanwhile I had to pay for towing and a battery I might not had needed.

Omar was awesome! He went the extra mile at 8:30 at night in the pouring rain to help us put on our windshield wiper after noticing us failing horribly to correct a mishap we'd had on the highway. We'd been traveling with our 2 young children for 10 hours already with four to go- cross country - when the windshield wiper essentially flew off out of no where. We were definitely feeling travel weary and I don't think we could have done it without him as it was not working for us. We were not expecting the kindness and extra effort that Omar provided to us but we are so very grateful he did! You guys have a great and loyal employee there - give the man a raise!!!!

Oh my goodness what a evening. After AAA jumped started my Nissan Frontier I went directly on Advance Auto to buy and have battery installed. Thinking it would be an easy and fast transaction.The employee that sold the battery tried to install it but it wouldn t fit. So he went inside to see if he could find a battery that would fit. At that point I reviewed my recipe and I realized employee had entered the wrong year. So I went inside to make him aware he was trying to install the wrong year battery. He then again tried to install and a black metal long bar fell inside my engine. We couldn t find it because it was 5:4pm and dark outside. I asked if I would damage any moving parts in my engine while driving no it wouldn t and he went inside and came out with his cell phone to use flash light. After 5-10 minutes he found the metal bar. Also while he was installing battery he dropped it in very clumsy banging and parts to my engine. Then he accused me of taking the other long metal bar. I had to keep reminding him to slow down so he would do a good job. He then found the other metal bar under the battery he was installing. Employee advised me he had to put an other more expensive battery because the size needed for my truck Advanced Auto didn t have. I asked for a correction to my receipt and he was hesitant, until I insisted. Only for him to write on my receipt which battery was in stalled I then asked him to please sign his name which he did.As a retired retail manager I know by not correcting error in the system will make inventory a loss on that sku. I could of said something to him however I was so ready to leave the premises and get hell out there. I thought myself don t they teach their employees about inventory on how important it is to the bottom dollar. Never again if I can help it go their again.By the way I am a young 65 female.

The older gentleman I spoke with regarding my truck was the best employee I have ever encountered at an auto parts store. Not to say any of the others weren't helpful, they were all great, but that man is the epitome of what an auto parts store employee should be.

Great customer service. I'm always confident the employee will do what ever he or she can to resolve my car issues happily and professionally. They should teach manners to other companies. Good for the customer to feel appreciated rather than a person intruding the employees personal time. Great always, good prices

They had the parts I wanted for a better price than the place I usually use and I didn't have to wait for the parts to ship. They let me use a cart to get the parts to my car and caught the door for me on way out. I may start using them more.

I was in need of some help regarding a problem with my trailer hitch and along came Jeremy. Jeremy had a positive attitude and wasn't going to let me leave without a solution to my problem. He figured out what needed to be done, grabbed a really heavy hitch and resolved my problem. What an awesome display of customer service. We complain so much about how bad people are that I had to recognize someone going above and beyond. Thanks Jeremy and I will be back next time I need something for my vehicle.

Great service, helpful staff clean and well stocked. Do most of my auto shopping here when i need something right away. The employees will go out of there way to help solve your problems. They will come out to your car to help diagnose some problems and will change out your battery as well.

I have been having a rollercoaster ride of issues including my vehicle. We just replaced the battery and alternator and my battery light suddenly came on driving from Ft. Walton to Crestview. Benjamin was the 3rd person to look at my vehicle and noticed my serpentine belt wasn't on. It was snapped in half. I broke down and was emotional. Rick is a wonderful guy. He helped me out with the last belt in stock. He was kind, empathetic and genuinely cared about the issues I was having. If you have any issues in Crestview come see these guys. They want to help and get you back on the road. Thanks so much to this store team

They were awesome!!! They made a joke about the part I was trying to get as soon as I walked in.. Then they found it in no time at all and had many different selections and prices based upon the quality of the item. Plus they helped me out with putting the part on as well and I was out the store and back on the road in about 5minutes!!!

The first time I went into this location to purchase spark plugs , the kid with the beard, Benjamin spent 3 minutes texting on his phone before acknowledging me and the older guy had to be like what the heck before he did acknowledge me. Then he was not professional and was rude and unattentive and disregarded my military discount. Today I went into the store to purchase bulbs for my turn signals and he was playing on Snapchat and following the girl around the store for his Snapchat story before he acknowledged me. So, I will never visit this location again nor will I purchase anything from them. Worst customer service from Benjamin . That's his name per the previous receipt.

Okay, so my check engine light came on at 11 p.m. when I was about to get on the interstate last night, couldn't do much about it. So I went up this morning to the store to put my car on the machine so they can tell me what codes are being thrown. So I find out what code is causing the check engine light to come on, he explains it to me and what it means, and average pricing and things like that. I go to leave, and my car won't start. At this point I am about to have a nervous breakdown!! I am about to start flipping out and start crying!! I call my hubby to come up there because I'm about to just loose it... I cant afford my car to be broke and not working!!So the same employee comes back out and asks me if everything is okay because he noticed that I was still sitting in front of the store where he had left me. So I tell him my car won't start now and I am almost in tears. So he asks me if I want him to chexk my battery? Sure, why not, wont hurt at this point I guess... he goes inside gets the machine to test my car battery, the machine says my battery is unstable and it won't even test it!! At this point I am actually crying ... so he's trying to call me down and he's telling me that they do have batteries for my car he knows for a fact he already knows how much they are that they have them in stock that he can put one in for me yada yada ... he was so dang sweet!!! So I tell him that I'm waiting for my husband to come up there we're going to figure it out find out what we can do and I appreciate him trying to help me. He said he's going to go check and make sure that he has a battery 100% for sure for my car. So if my husband gets there and we end up buy the battery. The same guy comes out and changes my battery for me and the car starts right up no issues!!!The receipt says the employee that helped me was Benjamin, I don't know if that was his name and I feel horrible for not knowing because I was so wrapped up in my own freak out about my car not working that I did not even bother to ask what his name was. But, this guy handled my mini emotional breakdown and panic attack like a champ, and I thank him so much for not just blowing me off and just treating me like some emotional female! I had been so bogged down with so many bad things happening back to back to back that my car not starting in the parking lot that was the last straw, like the straw that broke the camel's back, so the fact that he was so calm about it calmed me down and I really appreciate that so much!!

Never had a problem here. Usually have most parts I need, they can special order hard to get items. Staff friendly and helpful. Will read check engine codes if needed. Not the easiest location to get out of concerning traffic.

The greatest auto parts store in Crestview. I was personally greeted the moment I walked in and was helped immediately. After my service i was also thanked by the store manager Gene. Perfect service and friendly!
