Adams automotive is gonna be one of the best repair shops in town I've had them do a major tune-ups. Change different fluids in my vehicles and they always do a superior job. They're very friendly, very honest and they never try to rip you off like some places i totally recommend them for any automotive Minor or major work done that you may need. Their great folks.

The best automotives in town I'm from Chicago was lost when when I came to live in Crestview but when I found found the people from Adam automotives they were so honest and always giving me option for a cheap way that will last a while or a better option that may cost a little bit more but will give you more for your buck thank you for your honesty it's hard to find a good mechanic

This is one of, if not the best mechanic I have ever engaged with. They were honest and down to earth. When I have other vehicle issues, I will definitely return and recommend them to others. Their lot is already full! I'm grateful they are here. Thank you!

My vehicle was in the shop for 6 months because of tons of excuses. I was very patient . 800 dollars later my vehicle is in a different shop for the same problems . Apparently if your vehicle does not have an OBD2 system to tell them what s wrong with it you re in the wrong place and you need to take your vehicle to a restoration shop According to the owner . because my vehicle was too old for them to fix right the first time Lol . My valve cover gaskets are still leaking oil. I paid for them to fix that. my battery dies after 2 days and I paid for them to fix that. In the beginning, I asked for a vehicle inspection. Apparently they don t know what that means. They didn t fix absolutely anything and took my money and made nothing but excuses for 6 months. $800 for repairs that never occurred or were never performed . rip off shopServices: Auto battery replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Battery

Good, affordable and quick service!My only complaint is that the place is cosmetically unappealing and in some spots it's even unsafe to walk. Don't turn your kids loose and let them run around because there's a huge hole on the left side of the garage bay that they can fall in. There's cars everywhere so I couldn't find a parking space. BUT if you can manage to navigate through all that and find the office, you'll find a friendly female in there that's knowledgeable, informative and pleasure to engage. The mechanics are cool too.A technician at Gary Smith Ford dealership in Fort Walton Beach torqued my oil drain plug too tight and I had to have Adam's Automotive to knock it loose which they did successfully and put a new one in. Very grateful for that because I was able to go home and do my own oil change. Thank you!

I was having terrible problems with my 2011 Buick Lucerne and needed to have a new transmission installed. I randomly choice Adams automotive from a list of shops. My 1st contact was with the lady who answered the phone and scheduled my appointment. Her name is Samantha, and she is awesome. After setting the appointment I had to have the new transmission sent to them. I must of called a dozen times and she never made me feel as if I was a pest, just the opposite. She made me very comfortable and answered everything I asked of her with patience and understanding. After given me a price quote for the installation , I was delayed at lease 2 months be fore I was able to get back and set something else. She quoted and honored the original price she gave me. ( unlike the transmission place I bought it from that raised the price 300 dollars in that same time period) . I have my car back and I could not be happier with the results, everything is working perfectly. They started on installation the day after they received the transmission, which was a Tuesday, and totally finished and I picked up on Friday of that week. I Brought my Chevy Cruze in for a head gasket replacement, they said it would be a couple weeks before they can start we re booked up. I thought that s fine I understand. So a couple weeks go by I call and they haven t started it no big deal. 7 months go by and they haven t touched the car. I was told they keep putting other jobs Infront of my car. So I call about every other day after it had been 7 months because at this point I need my car back. They didn t even fix the issue they gave me my car back with a huge oil leak parts broken and missing. Bolts not tightened or just missing. Unprofessional shop as well as sloppy work. I recommend going to nocturnal garage, Kelley s auto and diesel repair, or Justin s automotive. Do not waste your time with this place they don t care about the quality of their work.Service: Engine repair

I usually avoid smaller shops for big work, but seeing their reviews I decided to give it a shot. They replaced the transmission in my 2014 Silverado, and I cant say enough to describe how well they did. They worked with my calls to schedule delivery of the new trans, pickup for the core, and even dealt with me taking the truck in the day they could work on it instead of having to get a rental while it was waiting to get done. They got it done fast, the tech replacing it even stayed late after installing it to get it flashed for my truck because they knew how badly I needed it. Hands down the BEST shop in the area and any time there is work I cant do myself I will absolutely be going back to them (with fewer phone calls due to me being nosey). 100% satisfied!

Jonny Adam's is the best auto mechanic in this whole area.He knows his work for sure ,He has always maintained our vehicles , when my family has an issue with any of our vehicles we call on Adam's Automotive for our repairs .I have always trusted Johnny with all our vehicles he does an amazing job .I look forward to many many years of service with Adam's automotiveThanks so much for all the hard work And all the years with our vehicles I look forward to many more years of Adam's service in the future .He is the best in this area for sure.He is a 10 star if I could give him them and more .He deserves all of them .

I brought my boosted 2000 civic Si in for a dyno tune, Johnny patiently and thoroughly went through everything absolutely perfect, he didn t want me to leave until the car was up to his standards. We didn t have any issues as he was getting a perfect map that the car liked. He performed drivability tests on the car because I d like to drive it more than just on weekends. Very conservative tuner but also makes power. Highly recommend for anyone who has a turbo car and needs a tune, or all motor or anything you have, he can do it!! Much appreciated to him for taking his time and making my car drive like a brand new Honda.

Brought my K Swap here for the first time. I've never had a car tuned before and it was a very pleasurable experience. Mr. Adams was very kind and patient. He spent a lot of time explaining the process and how to address any issues that may arise in the future. He's listed as a recommend tuner on Hondata's website. Will return in the future!

Johnny did great for us. We brought in a pretty rough looking 4x4 for a prepurchase inspection. He was thorough, honest, and very helpful. He kept us from making a bad decision which we both really appreciate. Will be moving to Crestview soon and he will definitely be our Auto man!

I'd like to start off with saying that this shop is excellent. I went to Adam's Automotive for a clutch cable replacement and engine compression test. Upon working on my car, the mechanic, Johnny, informed me that my clutch master/slave cylinder had gone bad (older car). However, unlike most mechanics, who would immediately jump to a conclusion and charge me more money for a master/slave and labor, Johnny spent at least an hour of his own time, at his own expense, trying to pump my system and get clear clutch fluid in. He then demonstrated to me that the fluid turned black and the system could not be flushed because of bad cylinders. Johnny also took the initiative of calling at least three other automotive shops trying to get me the part that same night (he stayed past closing to try and get my car back to me that night). Never will you find a person of such high character and integrity as Johnny, who also does top notch, quality work. Overall, he is probably the most knowledgeable mechanic I have ever met. Not only did I leave with a perfectly functioning clutch, but I was also surprised that what the bill came out to. It was much lower than I expected! I recommend this shop to anyone within an hour of crestiview (I live in Navarre, it is worth the drive!)

Though I did not end up taking my vehicle here, they were very honest with me, and told me that the repair I needed was more costly than it was worth. Honesty is not easy to find in the automotive repair world. This is a business you can trust! (They were right about my vehicle too.)

I drove from Franklin KY with a civic that I had built, after swapping in a K24 K20 into, hoping to get it dyno tuned and reap the benefits of my efforts. I get there and Johnny Adams greets me with a warm welcome. I m stoked! Long story short, after Johnny and his employees help diagnose why my car won t engage Vtec to actually dyno tune my car, FOR 4 HOURS..... PATIENTLY might I add, they did all they could with the time they had and got it narrowed down to where I could get it fixed myself. Probably about 300$ worth of laybor and time. Didn t charge me a thing! Folks, any other shop that offers dyno tuning would have ran it and as soon as it didn t engage Vtec they would have send me on my way and told me to figure it out, fix it then come back. And if they would have diagnosed it, they certainly would have charged the time in labor. Even after a trip to Florida and not getting tuned, I can honestly say, Johnny and his awesome crew genuinely cared and helped me out in more ways than one. I m going back in two weeks to get this build finished and looking forward to doing business with these cats. Thanks Johnny! See you soon

The only place that we will take our vehicles to. Honest about what is wrong and work hard to fix it. Super friendly and they genuinely care about helping you get your vehicle back in the most time and cost efficient way.

Johnny Adam's tuned my d16 turbo and did an excellent job. Top notch work, a great guy, and definitely knows his hondas. 10/10 would reccomend to anyone

Honest Friendly and Informative is how I've come away feeling about Adams Automotive on the 3 occasions that I dealt with them. I've called Mr. Adams for technical advice and he was very informative on the subject and willing to share information. I will use them again.

I have lived in Crestview for almost 30 years and know all of the mechanics in this town. Johnny & Mary at Adams Automotive are inexpensive and do a great job. They always have a waiting list but it's worth the wait.

Primarily an automotive service and repair shop. Does custom Dyno tuning, on Saturdays. I've never had any automotive work done here...only two Dyno tuning sessions. Johnny tunes for max power, on a conservative and safe tune. I'd recommend this place, to anyone.

Okay, just a heads up, the location in the photo is the OLD location. Adam has moved into his own shop right down the road so don't be afraid to ask around.I am not a Florida native, I drove down to this area from ATL to look into purchasing a car. I needed an experience mechanic who could give me a thorough breakdown on what the car needed and if it had any engine problems. Adam and Disco spent an hour and gave me all the details I needed to know and for only $75 bucks. That's cheaper than what it costs up here where I live. Reasonable guys who know what the hell they're talking about without the "Stealership" fees. Thanks guys, I hope your business keeps growing!
