This is the BEST place I have ever went for repairs! Except I didn't have any repairs needed like I was told!My oil change place told me I had multiple leaks under my van and gave me a quote to fix them. I decided to take my van to Sheppard's Garage, told them what the oil change place said and then walked to the park with my son while we waited for their quote on how much it will cost.After about an hour, they called me and told me there weren't ANY leaks at all! The underneath of my van was super clean, and they didn't know what my oil change place was talking about! Best part...Sheppard's didn't even charge me for the time it took to check out my van!!These are genuinely honest people and I will ALWAYS recommend them when someone is looking for a repair shop!

My jeep has been through hell and back. Engine work after engine work. Thanks to Sheppards garage all the issues have been fixed and will always have a returning customer for oil changes and any future work that may be needed.

In these days it's hard to find "Honesty" ...Being NEW to the area I had no idea about a garage....But my vehicle's alternator went out and I was towed to Sheppard's...they had my van up and running the very next day and even came and picked me up ASE certified too !!!!

The BEST by far. Family owned and operated. The only place I will take my truck to. Honest and reliable stands very highly in my book, not to mention very reasonable in pricing for whatever you need done to your vehicle.Many Thanks to Sheppard's Garage.

Wonderful honest mechanic that has been servicing the local area for years. Friendly staff and an overall wonderful family business. Will take my vehicles there for major repairs and even the frequent oil change/maintenance.

I have never been in shepherds but I heard they do pretty good work they're just expensive but if you want good work on your car you have to pay for it

Problem was "X". They called me and said x was fixed. So I paid them and before I got home x was not fixed. I took it back and got a call saying they went back through everything and x is fine and that I could come and pick up the vehicle. They are not spending the time to truly verify that what they have done fixes the problem. Good customer service but HORRIBLE work. I am not happy and will probably sue if I cannot get my money back

They are a family owned and operated business and they try to make sure you're completely taken care of and will point out things to keep you from having issues down the road. They are not cheap repair shop but you get what you pay for. If you need something done and you want it done correctly that's where I would take my vehicle

SHODDY WORK, AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEI have taken two of my vehicles on two different occasions here for repair. First incident involved my 1996 Dodge Grand Caravan, the transmission went out on it, they replaced my transmission with a remanufactured OEM spec transmission, however upon receiving it and driving it back home, I noticed they forgot to tighten one of my motor mounts I took care of that myself, but that could've been a big problem. Second incident involved my 1995 Honda Civic, i needed an engine overhaul, I brought my civic to them to do it in running and driving condition, they rendered it undrivable, they charged me $80 for labor without fixing it, to add insult to injury, they held it for over a month, then out of blue tell me they need it off the property, I had to pay the towing fee of $65 as well and they refused to cover the towing fee to get it off their property. Never going here again.

Great service would definitely do business with them again they diagnosed my problem but had to be taken to the dealership due to being a problem with my ABS module good people
