This is a nice restaurant, actually the entire setup here is really nice. The restaurant is nicely decorated and has a large bar. I ordered the Thai Shrimp for an appetizer and it was good until I bit into one and I think it was in a state of rot because I almost tossed up all the others, that was the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. I also ordered the Renegade Pizza and that was really good. The service was awesome, the bartender was friendly and attentive. The tiki bar is a small walk from the restaurant and has a limited food menu although it comes from the restaurant. The view of the water is great. I recommend trying this place if you are in the area.

So much fun!!! We brought the RV and enjoyed ourselves so much. The tiki bar was great with live music. We rented a boat slip and spent one whole day at Silver Glen Springs. We will be back for sure!!

4.5 stars if available to rate it such.We were in RV pull thru site 15. Paver site with fhu s, picnic table, some grass and palm trees. The grounds here are very nice and clean.Very nice place, but no wifi. Cell service was good though. CATV is available with cable box from the office (a bit of a challenge to connect, but it worked well and I was able to watch the NFL playoffs). OTA only produced 3 channels! Fire pits are available from the office too. (We bought firewood, $10, from the campground store twice and neither time did it burn well.)There are 3 pickleball courts, boat ramp and boat rental, pool, laundry, pool table, tiki bar and restaurant. The tiki bar and restaurant are open to the public. Live music in the tiki bar on Wed-Saturday nights with music ending at 11pm. We didn t have any issues with noise, however.Prices at the park (store, restaurant, and tiki bar) are reasonable. They had a chili cook-off while we there and that was fun. We tried the restaurant, and it was very good. They have daily specials and priced cheeseburger on Monday s. The also have a nice selection of bourbon. If staying at the rv park, you get a 10% discount on food. NFL playoffs were on the tv in the bar area.It is a bit remote and the nearest grocery store, Winn Dixie, is 15 minutes away. There is a small hardware store within walking distance.I received a %10 Senior discount $69 per night for week). We enjoyed it so much; we booked the same site for 2025.

Honestly, we only visited the Tiki bar, and the general store. Everyone was very friendly and played with our dogs, the atmosphere was festive and fun, and we had a great time. We will visit again with our travel trailer!

Restaurant with outdoor covered open air porch overlooking pond with occasional alligator visitor. Located in back of RV park on the river. Attractive to locals and bikers. Has tiki Hut with live music which is usually pretty good. I enjoyed the salad bar a couple of times. Also had grouper sandwich, catfish bites which we enjoyed. Since we camped there, we ate there quite a few times and were pleased with all our meals. Alcohol was exceptionally cheap here. We would camp, eat, or visit here again.Parking: There is plenty of parking for cars and bikes.

We happened upon this lovely spot while out burning gas in the country. The service was fantastic, and I loved the lightly breaded fried shrimp. Prices were reasonable. This place is casual and suitable for children. We ate inside due to it being a warm day, but there is a large tiki patio available with a wonderful view. Whenever we are out their way again, I'm ready for another serving of shrimp and cold iced tea!

Lively place with live music and fun crowd. Paver sites made for easy setup. Cute pool. Everything is well maintained. General store has any type of drinks you would need.

A nice leisurely drive ended up taking us to Renegades.....first off when you come in off the road, it's a well maintained RV park....just big enough a few cabins that looked cozy off to the side and a well stocked camp store.Seated immediately on the outside deck with a pond view....across from the well attended tiki bar and with a view of the marina and the St John's.We ordered the New England Clam Chowder.....I heard it was spectacular as well as the nachos..no meat....fresh and plentiful.Next up was 2 orders of fried shrimp meals with fries, hushpuppys, and a yummy cole slaw. Not greasy or gummy. There was music from the tiki bar that sounded pretty good. All round great place to stop!

This is a great RV park! Everything you want is right here, food and fun. Kat is the best and made check in a breeze. She made us feel so welcome! Highly recommended

Beautiful campground. Maintenance could be better. They need to spray the sites for ants. They bite . Pool area has a smell from the nearby dumpsters. Bar restaurant was overwhelmed with the bike week. We will not stay again during that time. One bartender on during lunch and it was packed. One waitress was continually complaining in front of customers. Not cool

Most of the lure of this restaurant is the location and the building itself. (A log type. Very rustic.) It's lovely sitting out on the deck with the view of the river. The food is mediocre and just above Roadhouse quality. Thank for allowing dogs out on the patio and offering both a restaurant and a waterfront bar, separated.

Campsites are really nice. There's a very good restaurant and a bar on the property. Actually the restaurant has a bar too. There is also live music. You can rent boats and jet skis. Overall a very nice place.

Stayed on Lake George for spring break with the family. This place will definitely catch your eye from the water. ITS HUGE. If you are looking for a place to party and have drinks with friends, this is it! If you are here with your family, I would keep going down river to the next place. We had 8 people and it took forever to get seated (even in a place this huge) and we still had to sit at separate tables. (no worries there) But then the food took forever and half of it was cold. My mother in laws baked potato was ice cold and when it was brought to their attention...They took the one from her plate and microwaved it and brought it back....so tacky. There are too many really good places to eat around here....Also, the food was way overpriced in my opinion.

Our server Kylie was absolutely awesome, as were our MR ribeyes cooked perfectly. Hidden gem! Great live band too. Happy smiling staff and clean restrooms (well as clean as can be expected on a slamming Saturday night). Will be investigating booking a Cabin so we can enjoy the entire experience next time!!!!!!!!!

Somewhat disappointed with our experience here. We were looking forward to some great food after a day of boating and visiting the spring . The whole place is really cool! The service we received was great- she was very attentive and helpful. The gator bites were really good! Great batter on them. However, my husband and friend ordered the prime rib for their special and it was really lack luster. They both said it was dry and flavorless, and had to salt the crap out of it in order to get it down & soak it in the au jus. Their Mac n cheese tasted like Stoffers ready to bake Mac- not bad but nothing to write home about. I ordered the Mahi Mahi tacos and the fish was great but the flavor of the tacos was nothing! No kick or tang, just fish with pineapple and cabbage. A little sprinkle of some tasteless sauce. The side of rice and beans is literally just that- rice, black beans with a little onions and no flavor. Another person got the shepard s pie and he also said it was tasteless. The real kicker, and what made me want to give this review was the fact that this restaurant does NOT have a baby changing table in the restrooms. They were clean and well decorated but yet they do not have any place for me to change my 5 month old I had to sit on the toilet to change her. My general thought is if you have a kids menu, you should have a changing station or something in place of it.Wish it went better, for $100 I expected better good and for a place that appears to welcome families should have a changing station.

It's a beautiful place on the River. The weather today was amazing .I was disappointed with my blackened mahi, it wasn't very well seasoned and it was overcooked.Hush puppies were overcooked too, but husband had a very tasty cheeseburger , so he was happy.I should have ordered the fried grouper sandwich. The place was so beautiful I had to give it 5 stars.

Authentic Florida, great location on the river with a cool Tiki bar, and a great back roads country ride getting there. Shrimp Po boy was good but bready. Good burger and fries. Service was great on the Sunday we were there. Hard to beat cold beer and bad karaoke.

First visit was much better than tonight s. Unfortunately we drove the 40 miles from Deland to take our friend there for their first time. My wife ordered her main entre as the spring salad. It sounded good in the menu description but what she received was a bowl full of the center hard core parts of white iceberg lettuce. There were no leafy parts of the lettuce and the lettuce was old and had brown edges to it. After picking off a few of the cranberries and walnuts, she decided to return it and just order a bake potato, which was not hot enough to melt the butter she put on it. Our waitress was very understanding; her manager not so much. She told us that s the way this salad is prepared and the owner told her she would not take it off our bill. That s not what we wanted, just a decent salad. The bad attitude of the owner will keep us away in the future

Party of 3 had the Grouper Dinner and two French Dips. The French Dips were exceptional, the prime rib meat melted in your mouth, Au jus just right and no salty after taste. The Grouper was equally impressive and done to perfection. Our waitress was helpful, suggested the special (all you can eat shrimp), and verified we were enjoying our meal several times. Highly suggest Renegades

Beautiful place, very clean and well kept. Campsites are paved (with stone pavers), pull-through, a little close together but it's all about the location, right on the St. John's river! Gorgeous scenery, ponds with fountains, a full service marina, jet ski rentals, amazing tiki bar with live music, super clean, modern cabins. Went to the restaurant and had ahi tuna and homemade fries. Tuna was a tad bit overcooked, no big deal, and the fries were a little cold. But everything was tasty, our server was a doll and we had a great time. Definitely going back!

This place is awesome! Really nice restaurant with a bar! And a out door tiki bar too. Looks like a good place to park a r.v or rent a cabin you can also park your boat at the dock from at John's river.

Only giving 2 stars because the atmosphere is great. Otherwise, if you are looking for friendly service and great bartenders you will NOT find them here. The bartenders at best are rude and could care less if they sell you a drink or not.
