I've previously purchased auto supplies, car cleaning equipment and wiper blades here. This trip I didn't buy anything, but I was having battery trouble. One of the very helpful workers came out. Put a meter on my battery and my alternator. Both checked good, so now it's time to see mechanic. Friendly staff, helpful people, they've got my business and I'll keep going back.

Tracy and Justin helped us. Saw us unloading the old part out of our trunk and started pulling the information up. Not often you walk into a store and they already know what you need. Also knew their ORiellys parts, inventory and discounts offer to help us get the best price. Granted it was slow when we when in but very fast, helpful service from people who are not totally lost. Very impressed

I went into have my service engine soon. Light diagnosed on my Ford F-150, it was a knocking engine warning and cleared up a few days later with new fuel. I appreciate the staff helping me out. More useful than the Ford guys up in Tallahassee

Easy no haggle. Sell a car straight up or buy one pretty easy. I've had a good experience 4vtimes now.

This was the cleanest and most organized auto parts store I've been in. The employees were so helpful. The prices were cheaper than other auto parts stores

First time I've been in the Crawfordville location the two guys working there this morning were both very polite very helpful and not in a condescending you're a girl and can't possibly understand what to do with what you're buying kind of way I'll be back

What sweet and wonderful people they have working here. I stopped in to see what was going on with my vehicle check engine light and they hooked up my vehicle to their computer thingie and let me know what was going on. THANK YOU!

Came to O'Reilly's to get help from Les on a window problem I was having as he had helped me in the past. He stated he thought my switch was bad, & it was! However, window needed to be adjusted first for switch to work. He then introduced me to his friend Kevin, & he helped me with that.Thanks Les!
