All I did was drop a car off for a friend. The female employee that greeted us was very polite and very helpful. I believe she was actually one of the owners. Their prices seem fair and competitive.Update. My friend's car was done A day early and is running like a dream.

Simply the best. I am a little reticent to write this review; however, this is a family owned small business. Typically going to the auto repair shop is like going to the dentist. Haddock called me every day to update status. Unheard of in today's business. Robert, Christy and family are the American dream. Hard working folks that say what they are going to do and do what they said they were going to do. In today's business environment with e-commerce taking local money they provide the small town family owned business service that e-commerce cannot provide. Robert is a master tech and Cristy is the consummate business partner. One cannot go wrong with using them for repairs.BTW this was a 7.3L diesel repair. Enough said. Please support Wakulla small business.

This place has truly exceptional customer service AND they do efficient and reliable work. The Haddocks are honest people and helped us out when an unexpected disaster occurred with our truck we put regular gas in our diesel truck!Kristy was amazing when I called and helped calm us down in our hysteria. We hadn t turned on the truck so she assured us it wouldn t be as costly. It was a Friday afternoon & she allowed us to have the truck directly towed to their location.I was stressed the entire weekend, but then Kristy called me on Monday and gave me such a low, affordable estimate. Then they had the truck ready to go on Tuesday.It is currently running beautifully thanks to them.If you are looking for an honest, affordable, & skilled mechanic then go here.

They are some of the nicest people. Kristy was very informative and upfront. My jeep wasn t as bad as I thought it was and after fixing a few things, we couldn t believe how reasonable they were. They gave me an honest quote beforehand. After in an emergency having to rely on another mechanic for 3 months with zero results and many attempts to extort money out of me, I had it towed to Haddock's. In 4 days my vehicle was ready. Work was flawless and I had zero issues but they told me if I did to call or come back and they would take care of it. Honest, Dependable, High Quality Work and I will not use any other shop. Haddock's has my business for life.

Amazing work and outstanding customer service! Highly recommend!!!Their work ethic and personable staff are bar none the best I have found. I will use their services forever.We had a family emergency that required a sudden move from Florida to Louisiana. Limited funds and time meant we had to be strategic. We decided to get a hitch put on my 2016 Jeep Patriot Sport and I called around several parts places for prices. I couldn't believe that no one could tell me if they had the parts I needed because their computers weren't up to date enough for my vehicle. I called every place in Wakulla and Leon County that I could think of. Hopeless, I called Haddock's Automotive.When Christi answered, she was as kind as she could be. She listened to me and then offered to make some calls to try to locate the parts. I laughed and wished her luck, but hey, if she wasn't busy, why not let her try, right? So, she calls me back within 30 minutes to tell me where I can go pick up my parts and she even got the price for me. She lets me know that given my circumstances, the shop can fit me in the same day, no problem. I am totally blown away with her service and think to myself how I feel bad that they aren't busier... since they can fit me in and all at the drop of a hat.Fast forward to me dropping the parts off and low and behold, there are cars and oil and workers and parts everywhere. They WERE in fact very BUSY but I didn't have a clue by speaking with Christi. She didn't treat me like they were swamped, like they didn't have time, like I needed to figure it out on my own.Quickly, they installed the hitch and wire harness and sent me on my way. Their price for the work was more than fair, in fact, they could have charged me more based on the book. The hitch and lights work perfectly. They really are a great business!

Amazing service and very nice people. Brought my daughters vehicle in for AC problem and cracked radiator and they repaired perfectly for a reasonable price. I dropped off my 2010 Chevy to be looked at. The mechanic said the thermostat needed to be changed. I was called and told the truck couldn't be fixed and was given a bill. None of the problems was fixed and the next mechanic I had work on it said the thermostat was never touched.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Robert and Kristy are wonderful people, they have done quite a bit of work for me especially lately after I bought a car from ALH automotive. Great work from welding, to small or large engine repair on cars and trucks. This shop has got it going on. Great on price and outstanding on work! Don't waste your your time taking your vehicle to anywhere in wakulla county but Haddock's Automotive on shadeville hwy
