I have been coming here for several years and they have always given me top notch service. Whether it's a simple oil change or something more involved, they have always taken care of me, been super transparent and called and explained what they can to me before doing something that will cost more than I expected, no nonsense, fair priced and just your general local crew that knows their stuff. I highly recommend them, be patient with them if it's not an emergency and get what you need scheduled and you will be very happy with their level of professionalism and ability to get it done.

I had them replace the engine mounts on my Ridgeline. The lady up front was wonderful. The mechanic, Mark, not so much.He replaced the engine mounts and didn't properly snap in the plastic cover on top of the engine. Then the truck ran rough and vibrated. Then an emissions fault light came up on the dash. I had it diagnosed at two other places. There is a vacuum leak and possibly a bad O2 sensor. These components must be removed to replace the engine mounts. Mark takes no blame. He also wanted for me to wait to bring it back in. I will never bring a vehicle there again.

First and foremost I wanted to take the time to say thank you for fixing our vehicle. You guys are very knowledgeable very nice loving caring people I appreciate that. Calloway helped me out of a jam while I was on vacation and totally unfamiliar with the area. The check engine light was on, which could be a serious matter. The closest Honda dealership was 35 miles away and couldn't guarantee to see me in time to get me sorted out by the end of our vacation, but Calloway saw me straight away, diagnosed the problem as a sensor failure that was not critical, and resolved my problem. They didn't even charge me. Can't thank them enough for their quick and authoritative support. A real life-saver!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Broken down on vacation and Hobby s Towing brought my car here. They knew we were OM vacation and took care of the car quickly and affordable. Much less than I expected. Incredibly pleased with the quickness and price, not to mention the customer service. Hard to find good people working in honest shops sometimes. This is the shop to do business with. I have been taking my vehicles to Callaway's for years and wouldn't ever want to go to any other business. They are a family business and are fair in their assessments of what is needed and will not tell you that you need something you don't! Fair and honest people.Still taking my vehicle to Callaway's. I can't even say enough good things about this family business and how much they care about their customers. I really appreciate them!

These folks are the BEST. I was clear across the country on a wildfire when my car broke down on my mom. They gave it prompt attention, gave me peace of mind and their rates are incredibly reasonable. They NEVER push unnecessary extra work on charges on you. Ladies, trust me, they also NEVER mansplain anything and they are a top-notch shop who treats everyone with respect.

Heard about Callaway's when I first moved here 15 years ago. Their reputation for honesty and being good folks is very well deserved. They helped keep my 2013 Vibe alive well past its prime.

I am so glad I found this repair shop for my F-350 truck. I had a problem with it, and was really impressed with the service I got. They really check out my truck and got it back on the road. The only drawback to them is may take a couple days for them to get to it, as they appear to be in high demand, which I cannot hold that against them. They are honest about everything it seems which is hard to find in auto repair anymore. But they will they you up front that there are people ahead of you and it will be a couple days before they can get on it. I found them to be very fair on their pricing also.

I've been to Callaway's twice now. Good work, price was very reasonable, they seemed quite honest. I didn't feel my truck was in worse shape after I left, which is important! Had that happen a couple times at other places in Crawfordville but maybe it was coincidence. I will definitely be back in the future. Maybe it was by chance but I was able to get very quick turn around also! 5 stars

Very honest and knowledgeable. Took my f350 diesel there and they diagnosed a tough problem with great accuracy. I feel like a lot of shops will just guess and throw parts at the vehicle, but not here.

In my 40 years on this earth, I have found only a handful of genuinely honest mechanics; Mark and Sheri Calloway lead that list. Mark Calloway's lot is filled with ambulances, fire trucks, state law enforcement, and other critical government emergency response vehicles. This is because when you've had a repair done by Mark, it is done well, it was the right repair, you know the work is solid, and that when Murphy's law strikes - he will stand behind his work.Mark has cared for both my professional vehicles and my family vehicles - my wife's toyota t-100 is there as I write this. Keep up the great work Mark, your integrity and honest labor will keep the lot filled with loyal customers.Scott

I took a 1999 Mercury Mystique in on Monday morning. Wednesday afternoon, they hadn't even started working on it. If this is standard service, it's amazing they're still in business. I won't be back.
