Amazing amazing amazing team !!! From the owner Felipe to all his team members are great. They are very knowledgeable, patient to answer all questions and explain the whole process. Great pricing, fair with excellent quality. Felipe worked to make sure he dialed in the suspension to exactly how he knew I wanted it.I took my focus RS into the shop to install borla exhaust, peddlers coil overs and front and rear sway bars. Car is handling and sounding beautifully !!!Will be going back to take my other cars for my tuning and aftermarket upgrades.If you are in south Florida and anywhere near Coral Springs, this is where you want to take your rides.

We took our new 2024 Corvette Stingray Convertible in for some after market modifications. The shop personnel are very professional, and the mechanics perform exceptional work. It showed in the results! Very pleased with the outcome, and would recommend this auto performance shop to anyone looking to upgrade their vehicle.

Took my 22' WRX to Velocity Factor this week for an ETS downpipe and intercooler install, as well as a tune. Amazing work by Felipe and his team. True professionals and outstanding customer service. I will continue to bring my car in for all maintenance/service, mods and tunes!

Felipe the owner was super helpful, kind, respectful and patient with my new 2021 Civic Hatch Sport. I came in to the shop super nervous and i left INCREDIBLY satisfied and relieved. I got a cobra cold air intake and turbocharger inlet pipe from PRL and the installation was flawless. Felipe even helped me make sure my tune was setup properly with the race MAF.I couldn t recommend this place enough to anybody who is looking for QUALITY work!!

I'm sorry to say, but I will no longer be using this shop for anything car related. I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years. But it seems the quality has decreased over time and continues to do so. I've recently brought my car in for a simple tire installation and oil change. After picking up my car I was sent pictures of a piece that they stated was "broken upon arrival". This piece is connected to my air intake. I was told don't worry it has been fixed and all is good. Upon leaving the shop within 5min of driving my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree with error lights. I called Felipe (owner) to discuss the broken piece and try and find a resolution. His response was to do another service "change spark plugs" which was not the cause of my car malfunction. I brought the car back in and we did a scan. The scan clearly said that there is an Intake leak. Felipe refused to acknowledge this error and kept persisting that new spark plugs would resolve the issue. I continued to let him know that I am not wanting to do spark plugs, and just wanting my car to drive properly like it was before I came in. He then went on to clear the code and told me all is good. Clearing a code was NOT a resolution but a Band-aid that he tried to use to fool me into thinking all was well. After I mentioned that the error lights and drive malfunction error returned, he told me there's nothing he can do, and I should take my car somewhere else. I was disgusted and disappointed at this point. They would rather lose a client then to accept and resolve an issue that they caused.So be it. Never again. Do not go here. They are all about a dollar and not quality or customer satisfaction.

Felipe is the best tuner I know and the only one I trust. I ve been coming to this shop for years. I took in my 2017 86 for some nice tasteful upgrades. It has a HKS supercharger with a flex fuel kit tuned to E85. It has a beautiful exhaust system and great wheels. Great work done by Felipe and his crew. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for QUALITY tuning and builds. You can t go wrong here unless you go wrong yourself and do something stupid to your car on your own. On the tuning side Felipe is a Pro Tuner and has even gone to Cobb Tuning School. The tunes on the cars I ve brought in have had 0 issues and have been extremely reliable. The only issues encountered where hardware failures due to natural circumstances and none to installation. Once again I highly recommend this shop, ask for Felipe and he and his ASE crew will take care of you.

I blew my motor like an idiot and I took it to Subaru of coconut creek. It was the worst experience I have ever had. They had my car for 3 months and did nothing. I had the car delivered to Felipe and within 2 months my car had a new motor built completely from scratch. He walked me thru everything he wasDoing. He treats customers cars like they are his. I will never take my car anywhere but here from now on

This shop is great! I had an issue with my WRX, it would idle roughly and it would shut off after reving it. I really wanted to find a trust worthy shop that was local to me so my research brought me here. This team is awesome, they had my car ready in less than a week ( turs out one of my intercooler couplers was broken ) and some new spark plugs and a new battery later the car runs like new. Thank you guys for all the help, see you next time.

Highly recommend these guys! They ve done amazing work ranging from installing a turbo inlet to intakes and midpipes on my 22 Audi RS3, 22 BMW X3 M Competition and 22 Chevy Silverado ZR2. Definitely worth the 30 minute drive from where I live!!!

I've been taking my mint condition 91 MR2 Turbo for years to Felipe at Velocity Factor for all of my specialized car care needs for many years. In addition to routine car maintenance, he and his team swapped my original 3SGTE motor for a 4th generation 3SGTE, which exceeded my expectations in terms of work quality, attention to detail, and thoroughness. In addition, he converted the rear tail lights from the old "zenki" to the newer "kouki" style. MR2s are timeless classics and there are very few mechanics who specialize and have the in depth technical knowledge to keep these cars alive and live on.

Felipe is a great guy, I understand how busy he is but constantly helps me with my build and works extra hard to make sure I m happy with my car. I recently got a protune on my WRX and it s a day and night difference from the of the shelf tune. I am a pain to deal with and Felipe always delivers, I cannot recommend him enough and look forward to continuing my build at velocity factor.

Felipe and crew are world class. I brought my Porsche 997 to him to have some work done.....suspension, wheels & tires, stereo, and other stuff. I have to say I'm quite pleased with the level of professionalism, communication, and overall worked performed. I would recommend Velocity Factory to anyone and I will be surely having them do more work in the future for me. Great Job!

Can't say enough about these guys. Brought my newly purchased STI over to Felipe and the crew at Velocity Factor with a fuel rail leak and immediately felt welcomed. Richard brought my car in right away and took the time to explain possible issues. I then spoke with Felipe directly and he went above and beyond to explain the repairs and discuss next steps to take, and possibilities for future modifications. I've had numerous cars and been to numerous car shops and I can truly say this is the best car shop I've been to and the best quality of work that I've experienced. I specifically came to the shop based on the outstanding reviews and have already been there twice in the past 2 weeks with both my cars to have work done. Felipe, Nick and the crew are truly an exceptional group that does the utmost to make you feel more like a personal friend than a customer! Definitely my shop for life!

I feel like a Formula 1 driver when I pull up to Velocity.More than 20 people make up a F1 pit crew. Felipe and his team are 10x smarter and faster! No matter the make or model! They take pride and responsibility for stabilising any car, making speedy mechanical and aero adjustments, to properly changing the tires! Safely releasing the car with everything you wanted and more!My entire family fleet has in some way received the Gold standard Velocity treatment.Their passion for what they do is top notch! Brought my car into Velocity Factor for brake pads and fluid flushes. During the process of doing my brakes the tech noticed one of my brake calipers was not functioning properly, Velocity Factor called and informed me and proceeded to rebuild the failed caliper with my approval. I would highly recommend Velocity Factor for anyone who needs work done to their modified sports cars unlike other shops Velocity Factor will not turn you away for your car being too low or modified they specialize with these vehicles and will go above and beyond to make sure you are a satisfied and life long customer.
