We have been here for tires and service several times and this is my first review. Today for tires again John the manager was fantastic as alwaysOmar performed work on my car, verified with the test drive and conveyed to me in a professional manner what what done.We live in Davie but often go all the way to Coral Springs because they do a wonderful job

The staff upfront - Jeff, Ryan, and Jay - are always so very helpful. They explain what's wrong and what's recommended. They patiently respond to all my questions. They have taken the time to get to know me and my family over the years - and they treat us like family.

Been going here for over 30 years. I have always received fair pricing and great service from Jeff and the staff. Moved if 2016, 9 miles away and I still drive to Coral Springs for my service

The team at the Coral Springs location is amazing--they are like family--Great people and deserve a lot of credit! I have sent many people to this location because of Jeff and his team....tuff job--demanding customers and times and these guys come thru all the time!

We took my car here because my AC was not blowing cold. Likely a freon issue. I've come here for 90% of my car maintenance/issues for years despite it being 25 minutes from my house. After leaving my car overnight, I was told they couldn't do anything with my AC because they don't have a licensed technician to handle the 123yf freon. What is extremely frustrating and disappointing is why would you take my car if you don't have anyone who is licensed to take care of what likely would be the issue? They obviously know there is a new type of freon that some cars require and they know they aren't license to do it. Instead of being a good person and explaining we likely wont be able to fix your issue you may want to go elsewhere, they still took my car on the off chance there was something else to fix and make money on. Dropping off cars, as everyone knows, is already a huge inconvenience to coordinate rides to and from the facility and to and from work. Truly it was waste of time for me, and shows they're not kind good people.

Front desk person was nice and accommodating. Same with the mechanic, Lucko, who changed my car battery. He was polite, professional and efficient.

I can t begin to say enough about this Tires Plus. Everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable and truly always looking out for my best interest. I will never ever get my truck serviced anywhere else. Thanks Jeff and the whole crew.

As always, super friendly and professional staff. Answers to the phone and any questions I had. I would recommend this Coral Springs Tires Plus location.It's my "go to" place for my car for the past few years.

Literally just came to this place and they were so rude to me. I was super nice and was trying to explain my problem and they were just so mean and were looking at me like I was crazy. I guess I didn t explain it well enough and they told me that it was a problem for the dealer and that they couldn t help me. Literal bullies.

They wanted to charge me $1,000 + for my breaks. I went to another reputable mechanic and paid $350 for the same services.Edit: The guy at the front desk was very friendly.

Customer Service and care. Had to circle back for a noise from the left front tire after just replacing all four at your Wiles Road location. Though it was closing time it was bought to the attention of the installer immediately. The installer informed me of the recommended tire pressure for my Ram. He then readjusted towards the lower standard pressure and the noise...Let's just say " PURRR"!!

Classic liars who try to sell you a new tire & act like they cant plug it. Also said they couldnt put on my tires i already own. Got it plugged at an honest place down the street.

Today, February 24, I made an appointment online and after 20 minutes my appointment was canceled, I called to ask what happened and they don t speak Spanish, the guy who attended hung up my phone because I didn t speak Spanish! A lack of respect for customer service!

I had an emergency because The tire was flat, The fine gentleman at Tires Plus Coral Springs got me back on the road in a Jiffy. The good news was that my wife What's not able to yell at me for long! The helpful guy behind the counter even told me if I needed I could leave her for repair as well!

Never again, lost a loyal customer for their shady practices. They charged me $40 dollar more per tire and oil change price was more than the Lexus dealership. I ended up paying nearly $200 more of what the actually cost should be. On top, they never completed my lifetime alignment which was documented as completed and had to come back to get it done, then tries to blame me for their unethical practices. The old miserable grump upfront tells me I have to leave my car again for something that should have been down initially, mind you I came in the morning as told when I called the very same day to complain that my car was not right. Then grumpy proceeds to condescendingly tell me well did you tell us your car was driving to the right. I asked him to define what an alignment is as I told them it needed an alignment. That means your car is either going right or left. Of course, it was not done and luckily the tech overheard and said I would not have to leave my car and that he will take care of it. Mind you I had my small child with me. I am not sure how this place is still in business, oh I know how. They take advantage of the elderly, women and the vulnerable. Then they provide the better deals to the men . I will never step into this place again. I know better now, wasted my time, money and energy. BE AWARE FOLKS, STAY AWAY!

Actually, in the end, the result was as expected because I was able to buy the new tire and the car is fine according to what I was looking for and they offered me, but not 5 stars because even though they told me they had to order the tire (it was not in stock) they They would call me once the car was ready, that was at 9:30am, I waited by choice but at 1pm they still hadn't done the job, they told me it could take a little more than an hour and that's fine, I accept it. I go and wait for the call, I come back at 4:45 pm and the car was ready, but they didn't call me to tell me. that's what one would call a minor glitch in customer service. In the end, the expected product and the mechanical service well done.

Great service. The manager really made an effort to resolve my car issues. He called us like 3 times to give us constant updates. I never get called unless my car is ready. I will be using them in the future.

The last 5 times I've came here have been nothing but amazing. The customer service is excellent compared to most places and they do great work on the car. I highly recommend these gentlemen. I feel bad because I often forget their names but there's a white gentleman and Dominican gentlemen who are amazing at the front desk.
