I walked in at 7:58 am to have a tire patched. There was no one waiting and only a few cars. He told me he needed 3-4 hours. I asked if he could possibly do it a little quicker, he said no! I told him every time I try to go there it s an issue, even with an appointment last time. When I said maybe I won t come back, he said ok . Terrible customer service, and I will never go back, in addition, I ll tell people I know to never even try the place!

Luis was fantastic! so helpful. he ordered the wiper blades i needed and they got delivered 30 min later. and he put them right on my wipers. They work perfectly.A couple of months ago I stopped in to buy windshield washer fluid. They don't sell that, so they just filled my washer receptacle and did not charge me anything!

Been going here for years and suddenly it is THE WORST! New tires purchased and was told balance and alignment were done. Not. And they would not fix it, said the right tech wasn t in that day. Then when I asked if a tires plus near by could take me in to fix it, the lovely person behind the counter replied, you can call and ask . They put my life at risk, lied and What happened to good customer service? If I could give -5 stars I would. Lost a 10+ year customer. Shame. Nobody will even care about this post. Bet?

Great shop - friendly & efficient staff. JACK was my consultant & treated me graciously & professionally. I had necessary maintenance needed for my vehicle & Jack walked me through everything to my satisfaction. Visit this shop for your vehicle needs.

Just had the tires on our Mercedes SUV replaced. This place damaged all four rims. Look at the damages done in the attached photos. Our car is three years old. The rims did not look like this when we dropped off our car. These are scratches from them removing the old tires. I would NOT use this business ever again. Unacceptable. Absolutely horrendous.

Made a confirmed 8am appointment for Sunday, March 17 and arrived shortly after the store opened.I was told I needed to wait an hour as others had appointments and came before me.When I make an appointment with anyone, for any reason, I come and always within 5 minutes of the time I scheduled according to my calendar.At 10am, I was still not servedIf I knew I was going to a Dr's office for an oil change, I would have gone elsewhere.Additionally, there were "non mandatory fees" added to the bill. When questioning it the answer was "It's the computer"This was also the first time using the "Brand" credit card and was suppose to receive a 5% discount for first use. There was no discount given.

Just bought two new tires two days ago in Corall Springs and drove to Orlando. Tire Pressure Low light comes up. Called the store to ask what happened. Sean the person who answered began telling me that maybe a I picked up a nail. I said that is highly unlikely. Then He sarcastically replied , I guess there is no nail on the street and laughed. The poor level of professionalism and lack of customer service is destructive to your Company. Never recommend this place to even my worst enemy with employees like Sean

First they almost wouldn't honor our appointment even with a confirmation. Then we showed thek a coupon for 25.00 and they said only if it's regular oil, we explained all we use is regular conventional. Then they decided to try an upsell us to a blend or synthetic saying that is all they carry for our vehicle. Explained the other two places we usually use have never had an issue. Tried charging more than twice the amount (65) plus taxes and fees. Can't find an honest mechanic at all.

We have been customer in this branch for years!!! 4 cars taken for several things.Today, and thanks to Louis, Lewis, Luis or however he spells it, was THE LAST time I step into that place!!!Awful customer service just because the "I have a lot of clients " attitude!!We went there requesting a job that has been done in the other 3 cars We used to bring there....Now in a "attitude-ish" manner just plugged the tablet and told my wife "I can't do that here you need to take it to the dealer"...Well lazy employee!!! I will take all the vehicles somewhere else and make sure that doesn't say TIRE PLUS anywhere around!!Because your bad customer service We are not coming back to ANY Tire Plus anywhere again!!!!We will pay out the Card we have with you guys and good luck with your great employee Louis!

This is the third time I ve taken my older Lexus here. Great experience with wheel balancing, oil change and brake light issue. I really appreciate Shaun (Sean) not sure of spelling. He is very considerate and pleasant. As an older female I felt very comfortable with his recommendations and did not feel he was trying to oversell nor take advantage of my ignorance. So happy to have found a reliable mechanic close to home.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

Maurice was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond. Not only did he assist me with the nail in my tire, he checked the air pressure for all four tires. Fast and efficient. I was in and out of the shop quickly. Would highly recommend. Great experience at Tires Plus (630 Riverside Drive,, Coral Springs).

I had 4 tires replaced. Fair price. They broke 1 TIRE PRESSURE MONITORING valve while working on the vehicle. They covered the work ($100) for this. I was please that they made me aware. JL Hunt and workers were easy to work with and decent communicators. The new tires were very shiny with armor all as well. My family and I will be back!RJ and family

We got an estimate to replace the compressor, $1900. I got a second estimate from someone else for $950When we told them we didn't want it done they asked what our budget was that maybe they could work with us. Why don't you just give the best price instead of trying to get more money for people.Then they charged $60 for the estimateI was going to bring the other car in next week for four new tires. WAS.

Guy was a clown. I got a punctured tire and he told me to get a new one from him for $800. I went to Ovi s tire s&s car care and they repaired my tire for $35.

Great!! Experience!! I called spoke to Sean, to place an order for Two Continental tires he ordered them came in next day as promised, my wife came over left her car, the team installed them did balancing, alignment and rotation and Even put a nice shine on all the tires as well. I recommend this location for any one in the Coral Springs for all your tire needs, we will be back again for sure!Service: Tires

Alignment and tire balance in an hour or so. Free tire rotation while having all 4 tires balanced.It was not my first visit to this tire plus. They had a new person who was just as nice as everyone else and as fast taking my vehicle in. For a Saturday visit when everyone is very busy this was perfect.

Guys are awesome my battery died I changed it car started went outside an our later brake lights were on so I drove over told them pulled it in the bay and replaced the plastic piece on the brake pedal in 30 sec super nice and helpful..sounds stupid n easy but it made my day lol great manager thank u!!!!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I was there after a recommendation from a friend. The service was great, Rafael, the new manager did a great job: He started with a general inspection and gave me a list of everything that was needed. He helped me prioritize the items that were urgent (safety issues) and the items that could wait longer, due to my budget. He also offered me some discounts and promotions that were available. I was really impressed with his professionalism since I have had my share of crooked mechanics. The rest of the mechanics in the shop were also professional and friendly. When I went back to pick up my vehicle, I could sense the smooth driving (I replaced the tie rods and got an alignment, among other things)! It's nice to have a mechanic shop you can trust!

I have been taking my car to this location for 2 years now and every time I go there the service and attention are incredible. They are very professional. I took my car two days ago and they were able to fix all the issues that my car had really quick. The person in the main desk answered all my questions about the services that I needed for my car and layout the prices for me which always make me confident on not feeling that I will be ripped off with the prices

I sure wished I read the reviews first before taking my car here. Then I would have known ahead of time how much of a scam artist these workers are.To begin with I brought my car there for an oil change. To which I have a hard time believing that it ever occurred. I left my car with them for 2 hours.Thereafter, I received a call from them stating that my recently new bought tires I came there with had a nail in the tire and it was unfixable. So they asked, if I would like them to change my tires and that it would cost me $400. The worst thing about this is they're charging me the price of 4 new tires for one damaged tire. (Mind-blowing) However, I declined that offer. So upon arriving home I had my friend check my tire for the nail. Only to find a half of screw that wasn't even long enough to puncture the surface of my tire.But silly of me to believe that these honest gentleman would use such conniving tactics to get customers to spend more. I just wished they had the integrity to let me know more about the concerning things going on under my hood.

I had a good experience when I first visited this place. There is a tires plus within 1 mile from my house, but customer service is terrible there, so I decided to give this location a try after reading good reviews. I called to asked for cost of alignment. The manager told me the price which was pretty good, so I made an appointment and had the alignment done. The price was the same as he told me over the phone. Wait time wasn't too bad.That's why I was so disappointed. I needed mounting and balancing of the 2 tires, so I called like I did before to check the price. A gentleman( I believe the manager) told me "It would be $46 plus tax for 2 tires, so around $50." and told me, "There is only 1 technician working, so come early in the morning. " So I did. I went there around 7am. There was the manager handling inside of the store. I spoke to him and everything was ok until he told me the price is $63.83. I told him that I spoke to the person 2 days ago told me it would be $50. He told me "I was the only one answering the phone and I was working 2 days ago. I don't think I told you that." He asked me if I wanted to cancel the service. I proceeded with the service because It's not worth searching for a new tire place and wait again. However, I would go to a different place if he told me the price up front. If he told me the price by mistake, he should have admitted it and horror the price this time. It's not a good business practice at all. I believe the manager hasn't changed since I visited there first time. I will not probably go back to this place for service again.

Arrived 30 minutes early to drop my vehicle off for service only for the front door to be locked. Gentleman opens the door and refuses to take my vehicle because the computers are "turned off and everyone's gone home" for the day. Mind you it is 6:30pm or so and close of business is 7:00 pm, all I want to do is drop my vehicle off so in the coming days it could be serviced. Hard no. I leave my vehicle seeing as I was getting no help from Mr.Lazy Gatekeeper and just had to figure it out in the morning. Tuesday I arrive and aired my grief of the previous evening with the gentleman behind the counter and went along my way only to receive a text to "Call J at tires plus" so I did out of curiosity. Jay took 100% accountability for his employees action and assured me Mr.Gatekeeper would be held accountable and took the situation in to consideration when the bill came. I've used tires plus for many years and will continue to do so at this location for the simple fact that Jay is a stand up guy. Truck ran beautifully after service and the work was done at a reasonable pace.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment
