Quality Auto serviced my Cadillac well and saved me 2.5k for catalytic converter by rightly advising me to get it fixed under emissions warranty. Another auto shop wanted to charge me 2.5k and Sheehan Cadillac denied me at first warranty for catalytic converter but now accepted when manufacturer corrected them about the warranty for catalytic converter up to 100k.Thank you Jay, Francisco and Jason for your honesty!!!

Very cool owner, the owner has a little brother that runs the shop. They are very professional and will diagnose any car, and solve all mechanically issues that you having with your vehicle I highly recommend. The pricing is fair the company name speak for itself..

Always had really amazing service here and the owner takes his time to explain everything and offer options. I have been bringing my 4 personal cars to Quality Auto for 10 years. Every transaction has been professional and timely. As a result, I now have my 15 company cars serviced at Quality Auto as well. They are honest, fair , and professional. They were originally highly recommended by a friend who had been taking his cars to them for over 5 years. This recommendation would account for hundreds of transactions.

Very disappointed by the actions of the owner I went in several times before for a problem that was never resolved. I was charged on two different occasions for other items but they never resolved my problem it always seems that you go in and something new pops up that they want to charge you. I've been in the automotive industry 30 years and it's the first time that I go to a repair center and they suggest something and then you have a bill that pops up on your receipt that you never had any idea that they were going to charge you so as far as the type of treatment very unprofessional and I would not go there again. they advertise it being a AAA center but it's far from it. I've been with AAA for many years and it's it is the very first time that I've had this type of treatment.

First the name is not "Quality Auto" It is A1 Auto repair. I went there once when it was recommended by AAA as Quality Auto. My husband took my Mitsubishi Montero there, under New Owner and they did not know how to fix it. Truck was shaking badly.. 3 times, they said they fixed it and they told us to take it, drive it, and bring it back if issue was not fixed. Still not fixed. They've adjusted the cable throttle from the cable. This is Not the way it should have been done. The mechanic did not know how to raise the RPM for this car. EGR Gasket was put in the wrong position. Idle was adjusted using an " idle screw" We paid over $2000 for this job and had to pay another shop an extra $416 to undo what they did. They were just "winging it" with this truck. We have all receipts from them and next shop that showed what they did wrong. They gave us the run around and did Not want to rectify the issue so had to post.Service: Auto maintenance

I went here last year to have 4 tires installed. They have me a price up front and when I went to pick up my care an additional $20-$30 was added on to the bill. They should know there is a tire disposal fee when changing a tire and should let the customer know up front. The real reason I am now reviewing this place is because I just brought my car to get serviced and my tires rotated and I find out that several of my bolt have been cross threaded and the dealership I brought my vehicle to will not rotate my tires with fear of breaking the bolts. This is not something I would expect from a place that claims to be Experts . I have worked in the car business for many years and I would never recommend anybody to this place. Typical mechanic shop!

Always fair, reasonable and knowledgeable. Won't take our car anywhere else for service. And they're AAA approved. You won't be disappointed or ripped off.

Honesty goes a very long way with me and Quality Auto in Coral Springs provides that along with fair prices and EXCELLENT work. I would and do recommend Quality Auto to anyone. Tony the service manager is great!

Very good quality repair shop with fair pricing. I had full brake job done and also front end stabilizer & sway bar replaced. Very satisfied, Tony the service manager is very good. They have a night box for drop offs also.

I was once a loyal customer until they took a little too much off the top.You'll call in and reach Tony or Eddie. The price they tell you it will cost will actually be 1.5 times what you're actually paying.I called in to ask for the price of a regular oil change and was told "Around twenty bucks." (This is designed to make you come in, thinking you're getting a great deal). Their out the door price for an oil change is actually $31.95 not $20.00. I have a bitter taste in my mouth because of multiple incidents of dishonesty like this.Call ahead to know your "out the door" price that you will be paying.

Spent over $1100 to have car completely stop running and junked a few weeks later. I was charged for a part they told me I wouldn't be charged for, then I was eventually refunded the generous sum of $20. One of the mechanics walking through while I was there told me he had them "running around like chickens with their heads cut off". Well it showed with their work here. Used to trust this place, not after this hack job. ZERO STARS

Dropped my car off at 9:30am was told work would be done same day. Had to call them at 4:45pm to see how much and when it would be ready. They told me 5:30. Then called me back right away to say work hadn't even been started. I had to pull teeth to get the quote for the repair. Went next morning to get the car and was charged $20 more than originally quoted. Not friendly at all,NEVER again!

I've been waiting for 3 hours. Currently sitting in Quality Auto Service waiting for a radiator cap. Was told 20 minutes initially. Then, "under an hour hopefully". When I ask for an update after an hour, I was told "he'll be here when he gets here." It's been 3 hours now, and I've just been told "it'll be another 45 minutes." That's just about 4 hours of waiting. Thanks, Quality Auto! (sarcasam, I am severely upset and frustrated.)

Have tried 4 times to get a car inspection for new insurance company.I have been told 4 times that cause our fax isnt working now for 5 days we are not doing inspections.I went to gieco today and they say i can bring it directly to them but owner refuses to help im very dissapointed

Terrible place. Amateur workmanship. Would not recommend them to put air in your tires!
