First let me say that I didn t want to react immediately after I left Joe s shop . I wanted to wait a few days to reflect on what honestly occurred. The positive: Joe and his crew rebuilt the front end of my 1978 Cadillac Eldorado and properly aligned my tires . This was a big job and they did a terrific job for which I am grateful . To back up a bit , My car had stalled out heading to Joe s shop for the scheduled appointment so I had it towed and Joe said he d get it started first . He called and explained that they replaced the distributor cap and coil to get it started . Then he gave me the bad news about the front end needing a rebuild which didn t surprise me . As mentioned above it was an A+ job well done! He also located a AC leak which I brought to his attention and that was fixed perfectly as well. When Joe called he explained all the work was done and that he test drove the car and it ran very well. Upon picking up the car Joe was very pleasant. We had a nice conversation and I told him I was glad to find a garage like his that serviced old cars. He also said everything is under warranty and to let him know if there are any problems. We parted on friendly terms. I proceeded to drive home and long story short the car was not driving very smoothly. It felt as if it was going to stall out at a stop light and then upon the light turning green and me giving it some gas there was a hesitation which also felt like the car would stall. I immediately turned around after getting some gas and calmly approach Joe about the problem and he was visibly upset. Stormed out of the shop with me and took a test drive. Joe angrily and disrespectfully drove the car at high rates of speed . He declared there s nothing wrong with the car when in fact there was. We drove back to the shop and he explained if you want to leave it I ll take a look at it tomorrow. I haven t got time now . I could tell he was pissed, and I even brought that to his attention in which he denied it. But I think after spending over $4000 and me being a new customer to boot that he could ve been more caring about me stalling out on the way home and took a look at it no matter how busy he was. I wouldn t have minded waiting for the car just for peace of mind driving the car home . I did make it home safely with one stall out at a stop light .It s too bad that this ruined my experience at Pops garage and left me feeling unappreciated as a new customer.

THANK YOU JOE. New to town and needed an oil change for my mother-in-law. Yes, my mother-in-law. Joe said I could come right in. He is only a mile and a half away from our new home in Parkland. Joe personally greeted me in the lobby. Super friendly guy. In and out in about an hour. I was thoroughly impressed with his shops process. I saw new and old cars alike. I am really glad I ran into this guy. He will be our go to shop from here on out.RJ Feist and Family

I got sick of the dealership BS and researched mechanics in the Coral Springs area. I found Pops Garage had great reviews and decided to give them a try. Best decision I ever made. Joe is both friendly and knowledgeable. His prices are reasonable and he only performs the service the car needs without trying to upsell. I definitely recommend him to anyone who wants to support a local small business who is both honest and friendly.

After relocating from NYC to Florida, I was looking for a good, honest mechanic, as my mechanic from NYC was a family friend, and I dealt with him pretty much since I have been driving. I brought my car into Pop's for a problem and I could not be happier. He is always fair and honest and offers me the best price possible. I have never had any problems with my car after he works on them. Overall, a great mechanic. I would not go anywhere else!!

We discovered Pop's garage over a year ago and he has become our go to mechanic. I definitely echo what people are saying about the owner Joe. He is very honest, helpful and knowledgeable. You know when you bring your car to him, he is going to get the job done and at a fair price. I highly recommend Pop's Garage to anyone looking for a great mechanic!

Absolutely love this shop! They got me in immediately and fixed my car the same day. I even shopped around for prices and my vehicle was fixed for the best price and in the least amount of time. I would highly recommend Pop's Garage to anyone! Thank you Joe for fixing my car and keeping me and my babies safe! :)

Pops Garage was recommended to us from a friend and we re happy to find a mechanic that we really trust. We take all of our cars here, (joe) the owner is a super nice and honest person. Pop s Garage has won us over and is the only shop in town that I ll take my family s vehicles to get repaired. Joe (the owner) is super friendly, and offers qualities they are hard to find in an auto shop; great service, HONEST and COMPETITIVE prices, quality work, and is respectful of your time. Great job Pop s Garage, keep up the great work! I highly recommend their services to anyone!!

I have been looking for a reliable, honest mechanic for over 20 years. It appears nowadays that's an oxymoron...I came upon Joe after seeing his ad in a local magazine, and after reading his reviews decided to pay him a visit. I liked Joe on the spot. He has a calm, everything will be all right vibe that puts you at ease. I sensed he was honest and knew what he was doing, and decided to trust him with my 2006 Infiniti G35 that has over 100k miles. I normally would have never done this but I'm very glad I did... He performed the scheduled maintenance and everything he felt was needed to keep us going strong. The car runs beautifully and I feel I was treated honestly and fairly. Upon picking up the car he came out with a bucket and showed us all the parts he had replaced, and explained everything he had done and why. Try that at the dealer... Very happy overall, and will certainly bring any car I own to him in the future.

I ve been coming to Pops Garage for the past few years. The owner Joe; is honest, professional, and up front with you on any issues you may have with your car/truck. That is my experience with my truck. It was full of problems that other shops could not figure out. Joe was able quickly find the issue and fix my truck. I am very happy with the amazing service at Pops garage.

I've never been a fan of big chain repair shops and always try to find a mechanic who owns and runs his (or her) own shop. �Did some research when I moved to town and found Joe and Pop s Garage. Just what I was looking for. Joe is honest, dependable, reliable, trustworthy and any other superlative you can think of. �He s nursed my 16 year old Hondas along for three years and I have every confidence in him. We took a used car to him that we were considering buying; Joe checked it out thoroughly and found a leaking transmission. �That alone probably saved us a $2000 repair bill if we had bought the car. For a personal mechanic you can trust, you can't go wrong with Joe.

My Oil pressure gauge was going off and I went to Pop's to figure out the issue. Joe was very friendly and professional. He stopped everything he was doing to make sure my truck was okay. If you are looking for an honest mechanic who knows cars this is the place. Owners Joe and Dave were great. They were able to quickly and efficiently diagnose the problem with my car and fix it without any hassle. They stand behind their work. What more can you ask for? Great place with nice, honest and skilled people.

Sick & tired of having to go to the dealership because of prior terrible experiences and small unreputable shops. Recommended to go to Pops Garage by a former co-worker who spent many years working as a mechanic alongside Joe. Stopped in for routine maintenance, quick & easy! Thanks Joe! Steven SaundersExtended circles - 12:07 AMWhen you think of Pop's Garage think of a family oriented place to bring your car. I took my 08 BMW X5 to Pop's Garage and before leaving I felt like family. Joe and Vicki are the owners of this wonderful state of the art facility that made me feel at home the moment I walked through the door, Joe took care of my vehicle and explained everything I needed to know. The honesty you get from Pop's Garage I don't think you will get anywhere else. My wife's vehicle get serviced here also along with my neighbor who I introduced to Joe, they love it here too. To anyone who needs a vehicle repaired this is the place, Joe works on all cars from vintage to new, Joe really knows his stuff and will never let you do or get something you don't need. I have been looking for a place like this for a long time and now I found it, but don't take my word for it just come in and experience it for yourself, you wont regret it.

Honest, prompt and excellent work!I brought my Honda generator in that was not working. They analyzed the problem and offer me various options for repair and we agreed to the least expensive option and the generator is up and working to full capacity again. Dave is great to work with and they delivered the generator directly to my house at the completion of the work with a complete explanation of how to keep it in top shape. I would highly recommend their work.

I found my auto shop! I was recommended to them from the Coral Springs Chamber, so I took my company car there for an oil change. The service was incredible. I was in and our in probably 45 minutes.. probably less. They gave me suggestions on the car but were not high pressured sales men. They didnt up charge me or take advantage because I am a female like other shops I've been to in Coral Springs and they were HONEST! To me that is worth every penny. I am now a forever customer!

Joe and his team have performed a lot of maintenance on my 1964 Thunderbird, and have time and time again gone beyond the call of duty to make sure that I was receiving safe, reliable, and lasting work. If you have a classic, these guys really know their stuff and their guarantee can't be beat. Thanks again Joe, you know that you have a customer for the life of my car!

This place is top notch , I have been there three times and I can honestly say that I will not take my vehicle any place else . Joe is the best , he got me right in was able to knock out a very big job quickly and at the same time keep the cost well below the price we agreed on . He even showed me pictures of the whole job , I have never had a mechanic do that and then I mentioned a slight problem with my AC and he took the car in the back and fixed it at no charge .... your the best Joe thanks again !!!

Very reasonable prices. I have a 2000 Honda Accord that needs a lot of work, so I've been to this location several times for small and large jobs. Joe's a nice, honest man who will work with you financially if you really need. He'll show you what's under the hood to prove that something's really broken and that he's not after your money.

Pops garage does not live up to his glowing comments. I brought my car in to replace a faulty distributor. When I picked up my car, I was flabbergasted by the bill presented. $100.00 for a diagnostic fee which does not come off the bill. $210.00 for labor which was way too much for this repair and a distributor which was grossly over priced. When i looked at the bill, it came to a whaping $541. When I drove the car out, it was Undriveable. I immediately went back and told joe (the owner) the car was running horribly. He told me to leave it and he would check it out (for another $100.00). Stay clear of pops garage as it is a money pit, and my repair never got done. I had to take it to another garage and pay them as well.

Fantastic Experience. I am very pleased that I found a mechanic I can trust. I have had a pulley replaced, numerous oil changes, an alignment and a.c. recharge. I havent left a review and figured its about time. Give Joe a call and see for yourself.

My son now has his own car, and we have had Pop's check his car out twice for a few issues. I feel like he now has a honest place to have his used vehicle looked after! Highly recommend Pop's Garage!!!!

Nice garage with nice staff. I went there just to check out my car if it's okay or not, because I bought it used from dealer. A man there helped me with my concern. He also suggested me to change several filters which were not so good. He seems honest was not too costly. He also changed position of my tyres, ge said that your tyres are opposite what they should be. So he has good knowledge. Nice service.

My car sounded like the steering needed a new tie rod. I had it happen before so i was planning to spend $300+. They found a piece of plastic from under the car that was loose and rubbing on the axle.They could have done the work and i wouldnt have known anything but they stuck to the HONEST in their name. When you find a mechanic like this in S. Fl.You better hang on to them and let them do everything!!! Even gave me a great deal on an oil change!.

The guy who answered the phone is straight up nasty and a jerk. He insisted on using aftermarket barged on my car and when I told him I don't want that he hung up the phone on me

If you need any vehicle service, scheduled maintenance or repairs of any kind this is the only shop you should consider. Impressed and happy with all that was done to my vehicle. I will return and recommend this shop to anyone and everyone. Thanks Joe for the great work.

had work done on my 2000 jeep grand cherokee laredo on 10/4/2016. requested premium shocks to be installed on my car. when i picked up the car the ride didnt feel right. talked to the local parts store . bennet auto supply on sample rd to the manager rob.was informed the shocks that they installed. did not meet original equipment specks. and were the cheapest available.not feeling comfortable with them working on it again i replaced them with the premiums myself. which returned the performance of the car to its proper status.was told by the owner at pops. joe zarem he would figure the amount to be refunded for the substandard shocks and get back to me. when i returned for the refund he refused.i had also left new wheel lugs to be swapped out on all four wheels. they did not install all as promised . and told me they did.owner was very a condescending toward me describing me as an idiot and how he would just keep me hanging for the refund . when he did not know i was sitting just outside his office. when he emerged and noticed i had been listening he told me i will not refund your money. (he had the return parts in his possession for the whole day.)

Believe it or not there are still honest people out there. Unlike most garages in South Florida Pops Garage is honest. They are a place you will recommend because you know who ever you send there will thank you a million times over.
