After many positive reviews and recommendations , this morning I went to Northbrook auto for an oil change. I ve never been happier. Reasonable price. The staff was friendly, amazing I had a few laughs there. The clients waiting were super friendly all for just an oil change I was so pleased and happy with the experience !! will be recommending, this place and I will continue to have my Car Serviced there for absolutely anything great job guys. I definitely would rate a 10 !!!

CRAZY! It breaks my heart to put this review, considering I think Tyler and the staff are very nice, but the incompetence demonstrated is on par with what I would expect at a Jiffy LubeI had a leak in my evaporator that they claim they couldn t find so instead replaced my condenser fan not once, but twice due to the vibration through the chassis and steering wheel. Condenser fan was never even the problem. Taylor looked at me right in my face and swore he checked himself on 2nd attemp only to walk him out to the vehicle, Turn it on, and him shake his head knowing they never fixed it. Complete bold face lie.If it couldn t get any worse, I told him I was having oil leaks into my driveway. They swore they checked it and use these exact words bone, dry and super clean for a truck that old made Tyler walk out to the parking lot get on his knees and look up under the drain pan with Niagara Falls of oil leaking between the pan and the transmission. Stevie Wonder could ve seen this leak. He just shook his head again and claimed his tech never even put it on the lift this placing blame to his tech. Then, instead of fixing it, or giving me a quote, just said that they would sub it out to another transmission shop, which is absurd. I can take it to a transmission shop myself and I definitely would not give you that job considering the incompetenceFinally, they had two different attempts to figure out where squeaking was in my transmission. Again claimed couldn t find it. No idea.Took it to a competent shop with a professional mechanic not Jiffy Lube 2.0 simple solution of the gasket and seal on the oil pan and transmission. Put a die to easily find the leak on the evaporator and fix that and easily found that the lower control arm how to grease fitting installed , greased, squeak went awayAsk them for a full refund on everything that I paid for and asked me if I d meet him halfway at 50% and had to elevate it to a manager just to get a refund on this. How embarrassing. Most unprofessional shop ever! Beware this is what happens when you go to a corporate chain glorified oil change place not a true professional mechanic.Anyone looking for a real auto mechanic contact County Line automotive on 441 n Wiles and ask for Scott. He fixed all the above issues easily and had a very fair price.

My mother and I have been taking our 2008 Honda accord to northbrook for years for any problem and not only do they always fix the issues but they do it with prompt and courteous service. Staff is always great and their rates are always fair. Can not recommend highly enough.

So glad to have found Northbrook Auto! They had me in and out so quickly on Saturday, it was great! My whip is running smoothly and I will definitely be back! Awesome people over there!!

Really nice staff, very fast work, and good prices, i needed balancing in my tires and they did an excelent work. Thank you, for sure ill be back in the futureI'm back in the place and the service is incredible, the guys are fast, clean, and honestI think is one of the best centers in coral springs

I came here after finding out that my mechanic had closed his shop. Man, I was not dissapointed. These shop is great. They are honest and decent with their prices. They fixed my brakes and gave me an oil change and didn t take me to the bank. I m glad I found this shop! I highly recommend it!

Northbrook is the BEST!!! I have going here for the past 8 years! No matter what I need for my car they are always there to help me, and give me the best price out there! They are the most honest shop I have ever been to!!! Super friendly and hard working crew! It doesn't get better than Steven and Beth!

Not my first time here and will certainly always be my go to for tires or repairs. Got a blowout and had to order a tire online, as no one had it in stock - dealer only. Called Northbrook Auto and asked if they could replace it today. They told me to come right over and they would get me right in. How many times have you heard that from other Tire Shops, only to have to wait for hours? Pulled in, they took me right away and BAM, I m out the door. Quick, courteous and professional. And they didn t even sell me the tire. That s amazing customer service!!

Came here to have a tire plugged/patched. Things started off well, as the gentleman in the front desk was helpful. He told me they could perform the work immediately and to pull my car in. Things went down hill fast from there. The guy assigned to do the work was extremely rude. The guy was just plain nasty. As he walked back into the shop, visibly upset I couldn't tell him the exact spot the nail was at, he would make snide comments to the other employees.. I Finally had enough and asked him to lower the vehicle and left without any work being done. No wonder this place was empty.

Have used Northbrook for years always friendly, always good service. Very organized, they have clean airconditioned waiting area, I was able to wait for my vehicle this morning while they did a tire rotation on tires I had purchased from them over a year ago. They did it quickly and did not even charge me for it! I love Northbrook!

First time coming to this place yesterday and was more than satisfied with the work here. They replaced my stripped stud and installed two new tires within reasonable time without breaking the bank. I'd definitely come back for future work. Thank you guys!!

Most honest mechanic shop EVER!! I have taken my car here multiple times for oil changes and they never try to upsell you. I brought my car in thinking it needed new rear brake pads and they looked at the car and told me it was just brake dust and dirt causing the noise when they could have easily charge me 4 brake pads.

I've been going to Northbrook Auto for OVER 10 years. Steve (owner) is honest and fair. He and his staff would never tell me I needed something fixed/replaced if it really wasn't necessary. Highly recommended for HONEST and GREAT work!!

One of the best places to have maintenance done on your car. They are fair, honest, and looking out for the customer. If you are looking for a family business and is not one of those big chains that treats you like just another number this is the place to go.

The best customer service I've ever had in an auto shop. He was honest with me, even suggested a cheaper option at another shop. Of course I gave my business to them . The service is worth every penny.

I want to give a big shout out to the men at Northbrook Automotive. The saved my trip, I had a blow out on my boat trailer on the way to the Keys, and I needed a new tire. I tried three other tire stores before I found them, and not one of them would help me. Not only did Northbrook help me but they gave me a great deal on four new tires so wouldn t have the same issue going forward.George J

I am very picky and careful with who I let work on my car. They treated my car as they would treat there own. Steve and Tyler were great, got me in and out quickly and exceeded my expectations, I will be back!!

I can't put into words how much I appreciated the honesty of the guys here. They didnt sugar coat anything or try to scare me about my cars condition. I asked for them to save the old parts because I'm curious about how these things work, they were happy to do so.
