Went to Coral Springs Automall on Saturday, skeptical about leaving with a vehicle as I wasn t really in a rush for a new vehicle and wanted to look. I went with intentions of looking at the Nissan Pathfinders, but it was like a zoo. I wandered down to Kia and spotted the Sorento Xline that was on the lot. I was immediately greeted by William and told him I was looking at 2 different Sorentos on the lot, but the price one the one I really wanted was higher than I was looking for. William, Mark, Essan were all so helpful and was able to get the vehicle I wanted in a price range I was comfortable with. They ran numbers on both and was willing to check numbers a few different ways to handle our trade in and get to a comfortable payment. I m really pleased with the service of Kia and their help! They made everything as smooth as I could ve hoped for and we left with our new Kia that day and the one I absolutely love! You guys were great! Thank you again!

I went in to see about getting my first car and was a bit hesitant as I don t know how dealers work, but Juan Lopez made me feel comfortable and Wasn t trying to take advantage of My lack of knowledge. He gave me a great price and Didn t add any bogus fees. The financial manager gave me a great deal on car services as well. I feel like I was well taken care of and plan on getting my next car at that same dealer. Highly recommend!

I had the best experience ever there. No pressure just friendly talk. They went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted. Mikhael was very patient and explained everything. Total transparency. I can only recommend this place if you want to be treated respectfully. We went to 3 other dealerships and walked out because they made me feel I was wasting their time. I will always go ba ck to this Dealership.

Came in to get a car andSucceeded!!! Everyone was really nice. The process was smooth all my questions were answered professionally and clearly.I had to wait a while but that's not much of an issue the goal was met. When I'm in the process to get another car or if a friend needs another car I will be coming back here no question. Definitely come here for great service with great prices.

This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle. Peter was very helpful, friendly, patient, and made it a very fun & exciting experience. He made it much easier & pleasant experience than I thought it would be. He answered all my questions, was/is very knowledgeable and was not pushy at all; which I've experienced at every other car dealer anywhere. The owner & other staff were also very kind, informative, & friendly. I would definitely recommend this Kia location and will keep coming back!

We went to Coral Springs Kia after having had issues with follow-up at another dealership. As soon as we walked in we were quickly greeted and helped. We spent a lot less time here than we had at the previous dealership and actually walked out with a car! From the salesman to the finance manger to the insurance agent, they were all there after close and still extremely helpful. I would recommend this dealership to family and friends.

We appreciate the staff staying late to allow us to leave & return with a trade-in vehicle. This was the smoothest process I have ever experienced with purchasing or leasing a vehicle. My sales rep George Daniel was very attentive and paid attention to detail. Financing went really smooth as well.I called Mr Daniel on Sunday the day after my purchase to inform him that I was experiencing a whistling sound from the sunroof. He encouraged me to bring the vehicle in first thing on Monday morning and he would handle getting it checked out. While on my way to drop off the vehicle before 9 a.m. I suddenly receive a phone call from Mr Daniel that he had spoken to the service department regarding my issue and he was told that it was the roof rack that was installed which was making the noise. It all made sense. It saved me time and hassle and no repairs. He went above and beyond and had an answer for me which saved me time and heart ache.Overall, a very pleasant experience.

DONT BUY A KIA. they all have very serious manufacturing defects. and will try to humiliate you when you ask them for help. Then they basically told me they cant even fix my problem. but wanted to charge me 250$ and tell me that there is nothing that they can do! DO NOT BUY A KIA!

I have been coming to this particular location for quite some time and i have never had a bad experience. Each person I have ever interacted with has been a pleasure and takes the time to explain things to me thoroughly. I have recently been working with service advisor Jake Pomerantz and he has really taken the time to work with me and make sure my vehicle is up to date on maintenance and whatever service it s needs.

We went there today, and Williams Zapata took care of us even though we finally did not get the car because they did not have the color I really wanted, but he was super nice and being so patient with us. He showed us the cars and tried to meet our expectations as possible. We really do appreciate him. This is the best experience we have ever had with the car dealership. We will definitely go back to him if we want to get the car. Wish you a merry Christmas and a happy new year, and thank you so much for being so kind and nice to us.

I was going into your dealership for a recall on My car. I made an appointment and took my car to your facility. Then I was told I would have to come back because There were many recalled parts for them to order. So I made an appointment for that. I come to your facility.As requested to pick up my car. I was then told apparently that part was not Ordered. Once again wasted my time. I am now once again have to make another appointment. So how do you think I feel about KIA. I have purchased multiple cars from you. As well as a friend has. Just to let you know.Jeff Was very apologetic and very nice. Apparently the people who repair the barge do not know what they're doing

I recently visited this dealership to have a key fob that I purchased online programmed. I was told by the Advisor that if my fob does not work, I would have to purchase one of theirs. So, I proceeded with my fob, but after paying the programming fee of $189.95, I realized that my fob did not work. I called back and was told to come back so they can try it again. I went back the following day and it still did not work. The Advisor claimed that they used the fob to press the start button to start up the vehicle although it still does not unlock or lock the doors. In my opinion, I felt robbed of my money because they clearly can see that the fob did not work properly and should not have charged me.
