Jerry was awesome. Definitely made my truck buying experience extremely seemless and smooth. He was patient, helpful and handled everything like a true professional. Super nice guy, his manager was so welcoming and attentive as well. I truly had my best ever car buying experience. I bought the 2024 GMC sierra SLT, from the get go he had me look at it, talked me through features and options etc. Thank you tons for such an amazing experience.

We were at the point where our lease was ending on our Buick envision we were negotiating with four of the dealerships, but the Coral Spring dealership gave us the best offer.We dealt with Paul Borghese, the manager who was very patient and honest and got back to us right away with an offer and when we got to the dealership everything we negotiated remained the same.When we got to the dealership, the salesman, Jerry and I know why he was nominated as the salesman of the year was outstanding, personable and patient. He couldn t do enough for us.There was no rushing.There was No pressure sales from either Paul or Jerry. We felt very comfortable. They never made us feel like we were being scammed or charging hidden fees or anything. This also goes for Oh Jesus the Finance manager, Mr. WolfI would highly recommend this dealership and the 3 staff members that we dealt with.

Emmanuel was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable in regards to the car I was looking for. He really understood my needs and I m thankful for going straight to the point and not wasting time in regards to what I wanted from this purchase. I believe that a sales person who truly connects with his client and delivers is an exceptional asset to any company. This was probably the most pleasant car repair I ve ever had. The service manager Alan Payson was terrific! He called me at least twice a week to keep me informed on status of parts shipment. I would recommend this Dealership and Alan Payson s service department very very highly.Ten stars in all regards. I m sure the mechanic had a part in this. I didn t meet him, but my car runs great so Many Thanks!!

The lack of communication and not being valued as a customer was a dealbreaker for me to decline services with Coral Springs Buick GMC. I didn t receive that from my Service Advisor and it s disappointing as well as frustrating.As an HR administrator, I know first hand the value of providing stellar customer service AND making sure our staff are treated as valuable employees and giving them the attention and guidance that s required.Going forward it s my hope that each Service Advisor learns the appropriate skills to provide the Best Customer Service!Thank you.

My advisor was great , the problem is this , this service department is set up with the customer not in mind , I showed up half hour early because I got out of work early , my advisor was on lunch , perfectly acceptable, he deserves to eat , the problem is since I can only see 1 advisor to had to wait 15 minutes to be helped by another advisor, that makes as much sense as a football bat , the customer should walk in and what ever advisor is available the customer should be helped , once again my advisor Allen was great , the system that is set up is the problem. Yes I was early, but I was the only customer there for those 15 minutes I waited to be acknowledged. My oil change went well in a timely manner once I was helped . Good people, not a good system set up for customer success.

It was a smooth experience, the attention of the seller was amazing making the experience less stressful and clear on every step!Normally when buying a new car takes around 5 hours or more! And everything was done fast in 3 h or less I felt that they care about my time and that was amazing !!I had a music system in the old car and the seller help me to get it out and help me on everything amazing service!

I had a very satisfactory experience when buying out my leased car.Emmanuel greeted me at my car and assisted with gathering necessary info. He was very accommodating and professional. The finance person was also professional and friendly. Other than the interest rate I am being charged, everything else fell into place. The transaction actually surpassed my expectations especially after my initial transaction when originally leasing wasless than a pleasant experience.

I needed a same day appointment for my oil change and they were very accommodating. The waiting area was clean and coffee was complimentary. Sales associates are friendly, and the wait time was not bad. When I came in my A/C was not blowing cold and when I left it was working great. I don't know what they did, but thank you very much, you guys are amazing!!

Amazing service we were in a jam, we needed to get the car fixed so we could drive 19 hours back homeThe sun roof was stuck in the up position.Allen payson the service advisor made sure it was fixed in less than an hour time we were thrilled and now able to make the trip without the window being stuck in the open position. Amazing amazing service.

Upon arriving at the Service Center, I was greeted immediately and told that my advisor would be Luis. Luis greeted me and stated my service would be completed as soon as possible. In the meantime I was given a token for a luncheon at the Honda Center. The work was completed as scheduled and Luis brought me to my car, which was also washed. GREAT! Service.

Well, had my car towed in on a Friday, it took two weeks for my car to even enter the shop for diagnostics. The first 7 days I couldn t even get a service advisor on the phone. Finally called Buick Corporate offices. Still waited a week because they couldn t find my car. Wires were chewed and they claim it happened in my driveway. Finally got my car back and it hadn t even been washed. Spiderwebs,streaks, hard water stains from sprinklers which I m still using rubbing compound to remove, and thee worst customer service. They also left a floor panel part that had been unscrewed by the Buick roadside service completely unscrewed and put back together. After 3 leases and one purchase, I will never return to Buick. They have lost a very loyal Buick customer.

Great dealership and great experience. This is the 3rd car I ve purchased at Coral Springs Automall and walked away confident that I got the right car at the right price. From 2004, 2010, and now 2023 I have had the same quality experience. They take care of the customers. I have no problem referring family to them because they back their word.

My experience started when I googled a GMC dealer near me. Coral Springs GMC came up and I started to look through the vehicles. I knew what I was looking for it was a matter of do they have it and how fast can the buying process be. I sent an online inquiry and immediately received a response from store manager Lamise. She asked when I could come by and look at the vehicle. I told her what my expectations were and about my trade . She said come in we will take care of it. That s exactly what she did! I went in the very next morning, a Saturday with my four month old . She immediately took my car back to get appraised and I started looking at my options. She set me up with sales rep Pierre who was patient and brought out the vehicle for me to drive. He helped me put my car seat in the car and we went for a test drive. He was knowledgeable about the car and explained all the features. When we came back I stated I did love the trim of that specific Acadia. Lamise then reminded me I actually emailed about another Acadia on the lot! Long review short that s the car I walked out with! Easiest process ever at a dealer. Michael Borno was also exceptional and very fast with the finance process which is known to be long . I walked in with numbers in mind and that s exactly what the entire team did for me and my new little family. We are so happy with our new Acadia . We didn t have to compromise on any features down to the very color . Will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a new vehicle . The follow up process has also been great. Thank you again guys .
