Absolutely hands down best customer service. Front desk staff was very accommodating. Angelo the owner took the time to walk me through my car and explained what was wrong and what my options where. He shopped around and gave me the best price for parts. They completely everything ahead of the estimated time so I was able to get my car back and did not have to waist the entire day. I had called ahead to make sure the sway bars would arrive when I got there. Someone was already waiting in the very accommodating waiting room when I got there. I had expected to wait awhile since that was my previous experience with most car repair shops. Only twenty minutes later and I was out the door. Extremely quick and also a lot cheaper than what I was quoted at some other shops.

Brought my car into brakesxpress and the minute I walked in I was welcomed politely. I had my front and rear brake pads changed. I expected to be there long and the manager shook my hand and apologized for the long wait anyway. I will definitely come back for more work done and will recommend this shop highly.

As a first time customer, I was super impressed with the service I received at BrakesXpress Total Car Care. We called Angelo and he was able to accommodate us within the hour, which was fantastic! Angelo gave us his recommendations, was very professional, and the synthetic oil change & tire rotation took 25 minutes, max. I will be getting all of my services done here moving forward & would recommend BrakesXpress Total Car Care to anyone in the area looking for a quick, painless experience!They also have a nice waiting area with WiFi, coffee & a TV.Services: Tires, Oil change

Took the car in for an oil change, but the dashboard also showed a notification about windshield fluid. Got the car back with same notification. So basically they focus only what you actually requested. Didn t recommend or suggested to top off the wiper fluid. The staff is friendly and inviting. Oil change was quick.

I started going to Brakes XPress last year when I saw how many 5 star reviews they had. Reviews did not lie. We've been to Angelo(the owner) quite a few times in the last year and he's taken great care of us every time. He's always honest, gets you in so quickly, and he does a great job. He even tried to help with an electrical issue I was having, even though that's not his specialty. Didn't even charge me for his time. This week, my husband had a problem with his Jeep that was pretty urgent. Angelo got him in next day, had the part in stock, and had it done within a few hours. Brakes Xpress has our loyalty for as long as we live here.

I took my vehicle to be serviced at the car dealership that I usually go to for scheduled maintenance. I informed them that I felt my car shake when I would accelerate on the highway. After they inspected my vehicle they informed me they had found the problem and it needed to be fixed immediately at the cost of $1,100. I decided to take my car to BrakesXpress because it came highly recommended from a co-worker of mine. They did not disappoint. I was told there was nothing wrong with the part the dealership claimed was needing repair. I just needed a wheel balance. I saved hundreds of dollars and even got a free slice of pizza from the owner while I was there. I can t guarantee you ll get a free slice when you go though. BrakesXpress Total Car Care provides the best service here in Coral Springs!! You can t get a 15 minute oil change done anywhere else at an affordable price! Angelo is always happy to help, he is completely honest with me every time! I wouldn t take my car anywhere else. Thank you for the quick and easy services! Last second oil change and radiator fluid added. Angelo got me out in 30 mins. He was kind enough to top my radiator fluid with no charge. Not needed but appreciated. Honest and has great customer service. I ALWAYS go back and recommend this location. Free wifi and coffee in the waiting room as well. I've Lived In Coral Springs For Over 25 Yrs, And I Finally Found An Honest Car Repair Man. I Thought I Needed Brakes For My Lexus. Angelo Was Honest And Said My Brakes Were Good For Another 20K Miles. He Could Have Just Changed Them Out AndBilled Me Over $400. He Now Is Taking Care Of My Families 3 Cars. These guys are great! They re fast, reliable, honest & seem like they do a good job. I went in for an oil change & tire rotation. They noticed my check engine light was on & that I was low on coolant. They topped it off for me & even replaced the windshield wipers that I had bought the day before & was planning to put on myself. I appreciate their help! I ll definitely be coming back again

Angelo over at BrakesXpress Total Car Care did a phenomenal job with my car. He & his team gave excellent customer service. He helped me with the charging of my air conditioning, oil change, and tire rotation. In the last he replaced my brakes as well and did a great job then as well. He is friendly, fast, and explains issues clearly so customers can understand the issues they are having with their car with best way to fix them. If he can save you money, he will. If you don't really need to replace a part, he will be up front and tell you. If you live close to Coral Springs, this is the service center to go to hands down.Services: Tires, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

The entire staff is always friendly. Angelo is amazing and reasonable. I had taken my car to the Honda dealer and was given an estimate much higher than what I got from Angelo. When I dropped off my car, I was greeted with a smile by everyone and Angelo made sure to show me that he had gotten original Honda parts for the work being done. Recently had my brakes done here(return customer) and am super pleased with how nicely my car is driving since then. Gave me a great deal and I'm super appreciative. Especially considering, for what they charged to do both my front and rear brakes, another shop had quoted me more for just doing the rear brakes alone.
