Mike was an absolute life saver! He was very patient and understanding of my request and I was in and out of his store in no time. I now know there s someone at the Coral Springs branch that I can rely on to be helpful and caring, which is so important when it comes to vehicle maintenance! Contrary to my previous visit (noted below), Mike didn t give me a hard time at all and I m so grateful to him for his help!I visited another location before coming to this one and it was an absolute nightmare! All I wanted to do was exchange a set of break pads for essentially a different size because the ones I bought did not fit my car. I was told I needed to take the break pad off my car and bring it in in order to get the exchange. They flat out told me they could not help me unless I could bring my break pad in.

Mike, the manager was really helpful. I had an issue with my battery warranty. He came back from break and took care of the issue. He was very courteous. Welljerf was just as helpful and patient until the manager arrived to further help with the issue.

Came in for a battery change and was assisted by Mr. Carl. He made sure I got the right battery based on the usage in my car. My Sub and Amp were using a lot of battery power. As a result, the basic battery wasn't able to manage the cars output. Since the recommended change by Mr. Carl there has been a significant positive change in overall performance of the car. Than you sirGreatly appreciated

Kamar, in Coral Springs at 2120 university drive is freaking amazing. Not only does he have tremendous customer service and support attitude. For a young man he really wants to help. He doubled check that I left with the right items because I got the wrong items. Thank you for your cheerful and attentive service. I have 4 boys and I teach that to them and was so happy to see that. As an owner of a plumbing company unique Improvement Inc, I ask my technicians to be like you. Wow!

It s International Women s Day and Yvette proved how awesome women truly are! I stopped into AutoZone after JM Lexus told me it would cost $150 for a diagnostic and $200 something an hour to find out what went wrong with my horn and repair it. I asked if they could just replace the $5.00 fuse first to see if that was the problem. But was told no. So then I met Yvette M. At AutoZone. First, she got permission and drove me home after my car locked with the key in it - that wasn t supposed to happen! But she was a life saver. Then, Yvette researched how to replace the fuse on YouTube while I looked it up in my manual. Between the two of us, we did it! For $11, 2 girls found the location and replaced the fuse without any male assistance . And it worked!! You rock Yvette! Couldn t have done it without you! I am so grateful for Yvette and that AutoZone had such an amazing person working that afternoon!

Amazing service! Came in for a dead battery and Carl had me back up and running with a new one installed in less than 10 minutes. I would recommend this location to anyone in the area.

After visiting quite a few auto stores for a new car battery saved the best for last ! Carl the store manager was of great assistance and patient also installed my new batter himself ! I will definitely be back and highly recommend for anyone else in the area !

I had a great experience with this Autozone location. I drive out of my way to come to this location because everyone is helpful with everything you need, from installing wipers to installing my car battery. Great customer service from Carl and Ivette.

Had an emergencyNeeded a new BatteryThey are right next to pep boys went in and pep boys was busy an unable to assist. Went into auto zone right next doorCarl greeted me and checked my battery and I thought I was going to pay an arm an a leg for my Battery however it was a lot more economical than expected and he installed the batteryCarl thank you kindly and merry Christmas

Awesome place, showed up at 7:30am needing a battery check and it was bad, Mr. Joseph one of the sales representatives was super ready to help me and within 5 mins he was already installing a new battery for me that came with 3 year warranty.Highly reccomended!!!

I go to this location so often that they know me by first name. Kevin is very helpful as well as others at this store. I have three cars in family that I maintain mostly myself. Generally most parts I need are available. Good customer service.

Came to this location just for a alternator and battery test and thankfully it was just my battery. Carl was a big help, very courteous and attentive. I would recommend coming to this autozone to anyone in the Coral Springs area.

I came for a battery test. Carl was very friendly and attentive. Right away he confirmed my battery was still under warranty and he came out to swapped it out for me in no time. No wait and great service. I was in and out within 10-15mins max.

Taneil was very helpful replacing my battery which was still under warranty. He took care of the problem and replaced it super fast . No needed to have an appointment. He did a great service. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing! It s never fun when you are on vacation and a battery goes bad, especially when it s a dually with two batteries. Here we are with no tools and a dead truck. Called Autozone and within the hour they were dropping two batteries (not horribly priced) into the truck. Evette was super helpful testing the batteries and Carl made changing these beasts look easy. Highly recommend.
