Mike and his crew are great. Very professional. Needed a transmission rebuild and they did an excellent job. They noticed a few repairs that I was aware of but did not mention to them and they brought those to my attention also since it would save me money while the transmission was out and they handled those as well. Got my car back in just a few days at a very fair price. This is the only transmission shop I will use in the future.

We were so happy to find a knowledgeable, friendly, helpful shop to diagnose my daughter's Ford Escape issues. Mike was very helpful in answering all our concerns and helping us get a rental car going through our extended warranty company. Very fast turnaround time and have a warranty for work accomplished. Absolutely amazing and honest service, I called and spoke to Mike on Tuesday about getting an rear differential changed he told me to come in Saturday at 8, I arrived at 8 he told told me they were honestly behind a bit and wouldn t be able to touch my car for about 1 1/2 and to come but at 9:30. I came back 9:30 my service we done at 9:52 and was well on my way for the day. I have never experienced so honestly and fast service when dealing with a car at any mechanical shop. Mike I appreciate you and your team for the honest, fast, and reliable service!!!

Wanted to say Thank you! Mike was awesome he answered everything and kept us updated with our truck. Mike was very professional and explained everything. They rebuild the transmission on our Ford f150. There's not enough words to describe my experience with AA One Transmission. They have exceeded all my expectations. They are very efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and people friendly.They take pride in their work, and if for any reason you are not satisfied with the work that they do, you can trust that your concerns will be rectify immediately.My reason for choosing, AA One Transmissions, was their response to a negative review. Their response convinced me that if I had a problem with the work that they did, they would stand by their customer satisfaction policy.Their response exposed their character, and honesty. I took my 2017 GMC Yukon to this shop for a full transmission repair. This family-owned transmission shop, unlike some other businesses, is serious about the work. They perform and take full ownership of it. Absolutely. Any issues that may arise due to the work they do.I had an excellent experience overall, they completely honor the warranty service that they provide.If I ever have any issues with transmission in any vehicle I own, I will come back. I recently moved to Florida from Philadelphia and haven't had to find a mechanic till now and I'm glad a friend had recommended me to go see Adam because him in his father worked with me on a transmission and transfercase rebuild on a jeep srt8 . They are very kind and they completely back up the work they do with a warranty. In this day and age it's hard to find honest people. Well there honest. I was in need of a new transmission. I brought it to Adam (actually he had to tow it to his shop). His customer service was stellar from the beginning. The job didn t take too long. Maybe 3 days. Had some hiccups that needed to be checked again after the initial repair. . Adam and his team were very attentive. They listened to my concerns and problems I was having and they fixed everything. As a business owner, professionalism and honesty is extremely important and these guys are it! I typically don't leave reviews but AA One really impressed me both times I went there. Hector is just an awesome dude that gives it to you straight and keeps his word. Just rebuilt the transmission on my Chevy Truck and went above and beyond to make me . Stop by and you won't be disappointed!

Very good service and very good pricing. Transmission Shifter cable came loose and Adam helped the whole way through over the duration of the 3 days that I was in contact with him, between getting it over there and getting it fixed. Had it done quickly and effectively. I know where I'll be going for any future transmission fixes. Exceptional work.

I had the pleasure of doing business with Alex and Adam both men was amazing. Whenever I called they was available and was very patient with me. Even after getting my transmission done I called Alex up about other issues he took the time out to help me and referred me to another shop that could help with the issue. I recommend this shop first in my book if you ever need your transmission done and want honesty and knowledgeable experienced mechanics

Well worth the money spend on the transmission, my car works great now. The mechanic as well as his crew were amazing, respectful and compassionate. My car was done within 3 days with no problem. In a world that you can not find a trustworthy mechanic, I found one.This is the best and most honest shop I have found. They went above and beyond on my mother-in-laws car. I was so impressed I drove an hour away to give them a try. They excepted my expectations. Not only was the repairs done, the price came in $70 under the estimate.Can not say enough good things about these guys. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I was charged for two transmissions and a "torch converter repair" service that was not an option on my car due to a safety recall. All for one Subaru. I was from out of town. I am over 55, and female.When I brought it to the attention of George, the manager at AA Transmission that the warrenty replacement that was used for the less expensive transmission that AA Transmission actually put in my car was proof that I didn't get the 5,000 transmission, he tried to tell me that the $5,000 was for the warranty.At what point can one have two transmissions for one Subaru? How can a transmission shop take advantage of a senior citizen when, the transmission is covered under the warrenty on the paperwork for the transmission which was placed in the car?Both transmission shops used the same national transmission company to order the transmission first put in my car and to repair this same transmission. I paid the warrenty copay and labor charges to get the transmission AA Transmission placed in my car repaired less than two weeks later.Who owns this company?

The crew there was great and made me & my vintage truck feel well taken care of. Hector explained everything that was being done and shone what the leak issue was when the transmission was taken down. If you need transmission work done check them out :)

Man I had the absolute best experience thanks to Adam at this location!!! I had no appointment and did not call ahead due to last minute complications, Adam took me in immediately without hesitation and solved my issue within 10 minutes!!! Our 2007 Ford Expedition EL was vibrating and lunging during acceleration. Our regular, trusted, auto mechanic felt the problem was related to the transmission, and we followed his recommendation to take the car to AA One Transmission. The manager, Alex, provided a free initial diagnosis, which confirmed transmission problems. He explained the repair process in detail and was very accommodating when I asked lots of questions.After getting a couple of other estimates, I chose AA One, mainly because I felt they were the most professional, and Alex struck me as trustworthy. After I let Alex know we were going to use him to do the work, he was concerned about us driving the car and doing more damage, so he sent a tow truck out to pick up our car at no additional charge. The process went exactly as Alex described, and he kept me informed at every stage. We got the car back when he had projected we would. He even came to my house to pick me up, since my wife needed our other car and couldn't drop me off.His price was competitive, but it's hard to tell if it was ultimately the best price. With transmission work, you can't get an accurate estimate until you pay someone to open up the transmission, and by that time, you are committed to them. This is why integrity andprofessionalism were most important to me. Ultimately, Alex worked with me on the price, providing a significant discount on labor and the extended warranty (3 years). The warranty is also transferable should we sell the car.While dropping $3500 on an auto repair is never a pleasant experience, Alex did everything he could to soften the blow. He was courteous, professional, and accommodating. I would definitely use AA One Transmissions in the (hopefully distant) future.

Hector in company at AA transmission has excellent service , fixed my transmission within a day , always answering phone calls , updating regularly, I will certainly be returning , works on my type of cars , nissans and is very familiar with all things , great service great attitude!!! BEST PLACE AROUND!!!.......after get bad treatment from a place up the block that ripped me off of a couple hundred dollars and not fixing the problem i decided to call Aa one trans and Alex told me to to bring it over. when i took my car over they checked it out found the problem and also told me that my car might still be under warranty, so he set up for the Chrysler dealership to do the work. not only was he honest and direct with me, something the other place was not and just trying to milk me for the little bit of money i had. he even called me a month later to make sure i had my car fixed correctly by Chrysler. I WOULD MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE!!!!Thank you Alex..
