Four words. Blair Sterling and Andre Chin. Walked in for service on my wife s car with Andre who recommended Blair. Treated like family deal done in 45min bought my daughter her first new car. Will be back for my car soon as I always leave myself last. What an excellent team The Collection has. Thanks a million times.

I had a very good experience at The Collection Audi for my new car purchase! I visited other Audi dealerships prior to them and there is no comparison. The level of customer service and knowledge made the difference for me. Emmanuel helped me during the entire process and made everything so easy and stress free. He was very attentive and he also made himself available anytime I needed his help with anything related to the car. I enjoy my new Audi and I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car!

We had a terrific buying experience at The Audi Collection. Danielle Fernandez was our sales person. She was so easy to deal with, and her no pressure approach was so refreshing. When it came time to negotiate, the pricing was transparent with no hidden fees. No games! Highly recommend.

Our Audi experience at the collection was great!Micheal (advisor) is excellent! He is attentive to our needs and has great phone manners. Returns phone calls and offers his direct line by text for immediate attention.His appointment coordinator (Gabriel) is the same!Wonderful phone manners and he really is interested in the customers best interest.Great job guys!!

Had to take my Audi etron GT for a service visit and had several updates and recalls to do. Michael Rodriguez was exceptional. He scheduled me for a visit, reserved a loaner for me and made sure that everything was done excellently. I truly valued my service experience with Michael and The Collection.

I have the best service advisor. About couple months ago the problem was supposed to have be taken care of and my warranty is due to expire soon:/ otherwise I very happy in the past. This by the way has nothing to do I would think with the advisor.

The service was great. The reason I did not give five stars is because my car was promised in the paperwork, to be returned on Tuesday afternoon and it was actually ready Friday afternoon. They can t really provide ETAs on when the car will be ready before seeing the vehicle, which makes it difficult to plan- especially when once they do give you an ETA, it s inaccurate. I understand car volumes and the importance of thoroughly evaluating the vehicle before being able to promise anything, but this was a body repair of damage done before I even took possession of the vehicle, so they knew exactly what they were dealing with per the IOU in my lease file.

Sevice was great. Took a bit too long to repair, but understandable. The manager was awesome: Michael. A bit upset that they didn't clean the interior, after they put their dirty shoes inside. But in general, great job.

Fantastic service like this starts with the tone set by management. Thank you for the best-in-class service from both Marlon and Jessica. Marlon is a gentleman and a pro. Jessica was out during our visit but never disappoints. My first Audi and I couldn t be happier that I am in great hands.

Sarah was exceptional!! I ve had my eye on a green Audi RS3 for a while now but most were already pre sold. This was the only dealership we found that wasn t charging over MSRP so we were fully prepared to just place a deposit in an incoming unit and wait until July. Well, on April 1st I got a text from Sarah informing me that there was a green RS3 available! (Someone s deposit fell thru) At first I thought I was being pranked as it was April Fools (lol) Thankfully that was not the case! We were able to complete everything virtually as I live in KY. The process was smooth and a breeze. Roy in the finance dept was also wonderful. I truly can t say anything negative about this experience. I ve been in car sales myself for 7 years so I tend to have pretty high standards. It s hard to find other dealers who provide transparent, efficient and exceptional service but The Collection knows how to do just that! & Again a HUGE thank you to Sarah absolutely amazing, professional and personable! She made me feel less like a transaction and more like a friend.

Michael Rodriguez in Audi service is the absolute best service advisor! They did an incredible job on my vehicle as well as Camile & Jose in the reception area, were so attentive and accommodating. They both ensured I was happy waiting for my car and offered to take me around whilst I was waiting. Thank you Collection for your efforts and I shall be returning here.

The Collection is an impressive establishment. The building has breathtaking cars with an impressive view. Upon entering I was formally assisted where then I was escorted to Michael Rodriguez, my Audi service advisor. He was super helpful in explaining the service process and assuring me I wouldn t have any delays in waiting for my car. Upon receiving my vehicle, it was super clean and I didn t have any service lights or warnings. Through it all I thank The Collection for their help, couldn t have had it any better.

It was ok. They did the oil change that I bought the car in for, but wanted me to bring the car back another day to do repair for a USB jack that came loose and they weren t willing to attempt to repair that day. They seem to be clueless that taking the car there for service is a huge headache since they don t give me a loaner car. Never mind the fact that when I went to buy my Audi was in the middle of the pandemic shortage and they didn t have a car to sell me, so I had to go all the way to Audi in Stuart to find the model I wanted. Also, I bought prepaid maintenance for the car, but they were trying to stick me for $360 of maintenance that wasn t covered by the prepaid maintenance coverage I bought from Audi when I bought the car.

Had a fantastic experience with the Collection. My sales representative Mr. Hassan was very attentive and quick to get back to me. I prepared the majority of the order ahead of time, online. As a result only spent about 2 to 3 hours at this beautiful dealership. Can't take a star off for the horrendous interest rates right now because that's just not their fault, would definitely buy again!

Took my Q5 in for service for the first time at the Collection. The service advisor, Marllon was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Will definitely be returning to him in the future.The Audi tech Kayla who did the service was an absolute pro and left the car brand new. Will also request her specifically moving forward
