Yesterday, I was at this location looking to change my vehicle and I was greatly impressed by the extremely kind attention they have at this dealership. These people are truly interested in what you need as a customer, they are really focused on providing you with such a high level of service that I was amazed. I never thought I could receive such excellent customer service at a dealer before. Later on during one of the negotiation moments, I had to speak with the manager. The manager used a phrase that really struck me: "What more can I do for you to make you completely satisfied with this negotiation?" I must say I have no words to express the brilliant attention of these people at this location. I recommend it to everyone. I need to mention her name because she s a great sales rep and she deserves this feedback Kelsey Giebel.

We purchased an Alfa Romero Giulia from the Collection and our entire experience was AMAZING! Mario our sales advisor was a delight to work with. And what can I say about Randy our leasing manager, he was very flexible with us and gave us a tremendous deal! The entire team at the Collection was amazing. I will definitely recommend the Collection to my friends and family.

Are thinking about getting your fast and luxurious car? Them this place is for you! Everyone here is friendly, knowledgeable and willing to please you with your request. Bobby is absolutely the best, go to him and asked any questions about a Porsche, Ferrari, Aston Martin or any other special car you have in mind! If you would like to know about the DB12 Aston Martin them go to Pedro, he is amazing and fun to work with. Definitely The Collection is the place to go when you are in Miami. Just go there and take a look at all those wonderful cars they ve on display!

I purchased a used car from the Collection and found their service to be incredible. Carlos Tamayo was extremely helpful, providing me with information, pictures and even a video of the vehicle. The car was detailed before delivery, and it came out looking like a brand-new car. There was no pressure and they had me in and out in under an hour once I made the decision to purchase the car. I would definitely use the Collection again if ever searching for a new or used car.

Two experiences here. Both generally polite but the goal is to just get you out of the door. Was told one thing about the vehicle and ended up incorrect. When I tried to return the lease with <20 miles on it they told me I couldn t. Long story short, find another dealer for high end vehicles. The Audi team were pretty solid.

Always professional and helpful. I could go to a closer service department for my car, but they do such a great job time and again, that I continue to travel the distance to have my car serviced at the Collection. Erick goes above and beyond to take the best care of my Maserati!

Gorgeous dealership!! Everyone was super friendly knowledgeable about all the vehicles and made my experience very pleasant. I was offered things to drink multiple times, all paperwork was handled ahead of time and promptly ready for me. Pricing was negotiated ahead of time and was very fair. Love this place I ll definitely be back again when I m ready for my next exotic

I just wanted to start by saying this has been the greatest car buying experience I ve ever had. From the moment we pulled in the service has been exceptional ! We purchased a 2023 Audi A5 S line and couldn t be happier. Our sales person was Blair and he is amazing, definitely ask for him before looking anywhere else! Gabriel the sales manager also made the experience exceptional the collection staff defiantly made this a great experience thank you Mr buitrago for making this happen for us we will defiantly be back for our next vehicle

We were looking for a very specific car to add to our collection and THE COLLECTION had exactly what we were looking for. Driving by on the way to a different dealer, we saw the car in the window and stopped without and appointment. Guillermo and Eddie were very attentive to us, and that is without an appointment. We started talking specifics and it was all done with 0 pressure and every step of the way being easier than the previous step. Our experience buying this car has reset the bar and we are so happy with this life experience!

I was shopping around for a Panamera and had a couple of options from different places. The one at The Collection caught my eye and being more than 200 miles away, I couldn t stop by to see it so I called and spoke to Carlos. Without knowing my interest level or even willingness to purchase, Carlos gave me the same time and attention a salesman would give an actual buying client. That is literally when I made the decision of doing business with The Collection. He was very informative, and patient with the million questions I had which made the process super smooth and fast. Long story short, I flew down to Miami and drove my dream car back home and Carlos checked in with me a couple of times since! Thank you so much Carlos, you re the best.

Beautiful operation - no doubt. However, we were given a weird sensation after our car's yearly service; when we questioned a price on the service bill, we were met with resistance. I contacted our sales manager and responded to the requests for feedback regarding the service experience via email and text. Not a reply. This kind of silence, in my opinion, is not indicative of what I consider to be a luxury customer experience.

This is our 3rd car buying experience with The Collection, each time has been a great one, it is very nice to see that customer service stays a priority, my husband and I would like to thank everyone at the dealer, special thanks to Luis Hernandez, he always goes out of his way to make sure we feel like family and we couldn t be happier with him, we would be coming back when we need another vehicle. Danielle Fernandez helped me purchase my Audi and she was amazing! She was so patient with helping me find a model that would fit my budget and lifestyle. She helped me sell my lease to Carmax (where they gave me almost $3,000 more than my original dealership was going to give me.)I didn t feel rushed into purchasing and she actually advised me to get everything sorted with my old car before jumping into a new lease. I m so thankful she did because I was able to bring my monthly payment down!It was a very luxurious experience and she was very kind and understanding of my needs the entire time. An amazing attitude and energy to be around. I will definitely be personally requesting her once my lease ends.The branch was also very clean, beautiful, and just an overall good experience. None of the dealership anxiety and stress, in fact, it was very enjoyable.I m happy I decided to go with the collection and will definitely be returning for future cars!

We were in the market for a new car and when friends vociferously recommended Steve Barmann at The Collection and how incredible he is, I kinda internally rolled my eyes going, well, I'm still buying a car, it'll still be a terrible experience, but decided to go here because of their insistence. Six weeks and a new car hence, I'm completely evangelized and cannot imagine buying a car from anywhere or anybody else in the future. Steve's thoroughly kind, deeply informative and shockingly non-pushy demeanor, alongside his attentive service and reliable follow through is unlike we've ever seen - in any industry. The Collection as a dealership is classy across the board; the infrastructure is impeccable and the overall service is exemplary. Cannot recommend enough!

My experiences at The Collection has usually been seamless in the past years. Yesterday I had a much different experience because of employee Camille Daley. She put her hands on me without my permission, continuously harassed me and spoke to me in such a condescending way she almost brought me to tears. I felt so uncomfortable and humiliated by her.After dropping my car off in the service department. I decided to order food at the cafe before ordering my ride home with the receptionist. While at the cafe counter I wanted to throw something away but couldn t spot a garbage bin near. After a bit of searching a woman sort of appeared over my shoulder and then was in my face. I asked if she worked there & she said yes I do (this was Camille Daley). I asked if she knew where I could throw this(cup) away. Camille instructed me to leave the garbage on the cafe counter, tapping the counter simultaneously showing me where to place it. I paused for a bit and she repeated herself in words and gesture. So I placed the cup on the counter. As I was about to turn to walk towards the tables near the cafe Camille puts her hands on me and pushed me towards the door while saying let me show you, if you re ever looking for the Garbage again it s right over there . She said something else but I was in my thoughts puzzled by the way she was speaking to me and that she put her hands on me. I told her okay, thank you and walked to the tables near the cafe to have a seat.Remembering I needed to order my ride home, I went to the reception counter. And out of no where Camille says to the receptionist, so loud for the entire room to hear Alexandria is having a bad day so take good care of her because we want her to have a good day, okay. I was shocked and confused by the statement because I hadn t been rude and said very few words to her or anyone else for the matter. The receptionist paused to listen to her and I looked at Camille with pure confusion on my face and she said to me yes I just want him to take care, good care of you because you re having a bad day and I want you to have a good day. I just stood quiet. I was filled with emotion from shock, confusion & embarrassment. She was saying these very unreasonable, false statements, very loudly.After that I went to sit back down near the cafe. Camille then calls my name, while walking towards me & hands me a ticket(a ticket I did not need) She then forced a very uncomfortable conversation on me.Camille Repeatedly asked me if I had been to the collection before, saying she d never seen me before. I mostly answered her with one word responses hoping she d see I wasn t engaging with her and leave me alone. But she continued to make, what I considered a rude and unwanted conversation saying It is always nice to see people of culture in here and that she knows it can be intimidating for some to be here(the collection) . The statement the people of culture had me stunned & the only word I could utter was what . I then asked Camille and intimidating, for who? You or the clients? Camille answered the clients . She kept on talking and I stopped responding and she eventually walked away.A little after that interaction w/ Camille I went outside to speak w/ my advisor about my car. After speaking with my advisor I went back inside of the building to the receptionist to check on the status of my ride & AGAIN before I could say a word Camille starts approaching me while calling my name. I, irritatedly answered Camille yes, how can I help you? . After she finished talking, I asked the receptionist if my ride was there and he told me yes and gestured to where my ride was.Camille insisted on walking me to my ride, I declined her offer, she insisted again & followed anyway. Then said I saw you walking from the offices(outside), you looked lost so I just wanted to make sure you found your ride . Frustrated from all of her harassment I asked for her last name. Camille Daley will be the sole reason why I don t go back to The Collection.

Terrible experience!Went in to pick up a key and what should have been 1.5 hr work turned out to be 5 hours. The service advisor was less than responsive and while the Service Manager was aware of the whole situation, he never showed up.I have been trying to contact said Service Manager for a month already (left messages with reception and sales personnel), no call so far.At this rate, get yourself a 30k car so expectations can only be exceeded. Terrible customer service is being nice.
