Amazing from the start to finish experience in customer service at the maximum level . When , I take my vehicle for service , I m trusting the person taking the order and the mechanic doing the actual work caring about their jobs. I feel the partnership works , when you receive your vehicle and drive off with the sense of security. Thank you Hector for giving peace of mind .Service: Engine repair

This dealership is absolutely awesome. Great sales staff, an amazing service department that goes the extra mile for their customer. Kevin from service has set the bar on what a service rep should do. He has great customer service, constantly keeping me up to date on what is happening with the vehicle, if there are any delays due to parts he goes out of his way to get you a loaner, and not to mention always calls you back if you have any questions. I will never take my car anywhere else. My next car will also be an Infiniti that I will buy from them.

What is the point of making an "appointment" if they won't even look at your car for two days? After 26 hours of being told that no one had looked at it, yet, I retrieved my car and am taking it elsewhere. Also, don't greet a customer with the term, "Bro." I am not your bro.

An amazing service experience with Hector. Left my car to be diagnosed, get the approval from the extended warranty and fix the issues. Got a loaner and after less than a week, with a holiday and a weekend in between got my car fixed. Received great customer support from my advisor (Kevin) who kept me updated. Really happy with them.

Infiniti of Coral Gables has the best service center. Great mechanics, great service advisors and an outstanding team overall. 100% recommend doing your cars services at infiniti of Coral Gables. I personally recommend Rafael as your service advisor for your next visit. He is very attentive, responsible and responds very quickly when any concerns of mine were brought up.

My Service Advisor, Otniel Arteaga, greeted me right when I arrived. He let me know how long the service would take and updated me along the way. He was friendly, kind, and courteous. I had a few questions about my vehicle and he went out of his way to make sure my questions were answered. Overall, I was very pleased with my first service experience at Infiniti Coral Gables.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Everyone dreads auto repairs I d rather get my too pulled. But Hector is unbelievable turned my 3 hour experience into a cake walk. In this age of zero customer service EVERYWHERE, it s good to see a few diamonds in the rough still left. Absolute joy dealing with him courteous, thorough, patient and even reviewed EVERY line item on my 3 page bill to make sure I understood everything. Great customer service since got to the garage at the entrance. The person in the garage guide me and provide me where to go. Victor was great, excellent service and very professional.He even offer to provide a driver in case I need to be in another place. Thank you so much ! I definitely recommended. The service team led by Michael Carrozza is exceptional. I was having difficulty with my insurance adjuster at Geico and Michael went above and beyond to make sure the issues were taken care of. He was extremely communicative with me and his team did an amazing job getting my QX30 back to running like new. As a female, it is difficult to find a service team you can trust. I feel very comfortable with the team at Infiniti of Coral Gables and they have earned my service needs from here on out. Thank you Michael and team!

I went to Infiniti Coral gables because my car starting having problems and wasn t driving correctly. I took the car into the dealership and was immediately taken car of by Hector. He was very transparent, kind, and helpful. He immediately helped me figure out what was wrong with my car. Had it fixed quickly. And helped me get a loner. He was great. Kevin was great. He keep me informed the whole time. Their loaner staff was also super quick and helpful during pick up and drop off of the loaner provided. Kevin explained all the repairs done to the vehicle and also explained the recommendations given by technician. I will definitely continue to use infiniti of coral gables

Excellent service and I would like to commend the Service Manager! He fixed the cover on my front lights that was wrongly placed by factory. He spent more than 15 minutes underneath the front if the car until he was able to pop it out and placed it correctly!No manager goes that extra mile!! Service: General repairs & maintenance

Hands down best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I will never look to another service department again after the level of service I received from Michael Carrozza, the service director. He and the others in the service department are quick and efficient and kept me updated every step of the way. Grateful I chose them and I will definitely be back in the future.

Fair, honest, and fast! Kevin Fernandez is the BEST BEST BEST service advisor and the service technicians (I don t know them by name) do a GREAT job fixing things the first time.Kevin is always straight forward about what should be addressed right away and what to have on my radar (but can wait a few months to repair).He doesn t overpromise. Every time I go I ve dealt with hector, and to him you aren t just a customer, he sees you as family. During my 40 plus years as a vehicle owner and dealing with dealership service departments, I have never come across a more warm greeting than I received from Hector Manso. From the onset of meeting him and all correspondence throughout, his service and professionalism was nothing short of stellar. Coral Gables Infiniti has a treasure in him.
