Got a quote for $600 for a part, looked elsewhere and ultimately came back and then got a completely different quote for the same part (~ $1100). Told the guy I just spoke to another person in the shop who said it was $600 so I ended up paying $600 for a part to bring to my mechanic to put on. I asked if it was returnable just in case and was told it was. After bringing it to the mechanic and learning it wasn t what he wanted to replace I called and they flipped the script and said it was a special part and couldn t be returned. He even had the audacity to say he never said it was returnable even though I had seen/spoken to him in person less than 6 hours earlier. At no point did they say it was a special part before now and nowhere on the receipt was that indicated either. Paid $150 more than buying it online because I thought I d be able to return it if something went wrong. Shameful.

Parts department with incredible high prices compared to a few months ago. I wanted to return what I bought, and I get my money back im a check by mail. The door of the place was closed ans no one would open. Spent 15 min waiting outside until I had to call and placed me on hold. Then came back and answered and then went to open the door.
