Sharing is caring. I had my car serviced at good year and they did a great job. They also have a new addition to their team and her name is Vivian, who has excellent customer service skills and is very passionate about her job. Congratulations and keep up the great job! A good year client.

Petros Haldoupis was as kind as he was helpful. Coming fresh off a tow truck from a flat tire and then a flat spare, he went above and beyond to help me understand what I needed and how to get it while being sensitive to my financial concerns and ignorance around cars. I ve never had such a positive experience with a mechanic let alone a commercial chain. Get your car services addressed here and MAKE SURE you ask for Petros- you won t be sorry.

Tried to upsell me from $40 to $92 for my oil change, telling me that I selected the wrong oil when I booked online and that they wouldn t change my oil unless I agreed to synthetic. Went somewhere else and won t be back.

Helpful employees, professional and fast service. Although not related to the store service, I recommend using the store to order your tires as doing it on the website can lead to mistakes. Seems like website orders are still a work in progress.

Would definitely recommend the Goodyear on Bird.I drove in without an appoint Sunday afternoon due to tire leak. My tires were from 2018 and seriously lacking tread - no part of a the coin was hidden - so I wasn t surprised when the team came to this conclusion. (I knew it was coming, I ve just been putting it off until I no longer could.)The man at the front desk worked with me on a price. When the crew member installing the tires raised concerns about my back breaks, his colleague double checked and assured me they were fine. He also alerted me that I would soon need an oil change, just to be aware.I was grateful for the straightforward and efficient service. And I was especially happy that there was no fear mongering on the team s end to press for unnecessary expenses or for purchases that were not time-sensitive. I m very glad I stopped here and hope to be back for more routine, scheduled service. Thank you!

Went in for an oil change and afterwards the check engine light was on. Turns out they disconnected the air filter housing and left the air filter loose inside.

I've been coming to this location for a few years now for checkups and a few repairs. Have always felt that I could trust the staff and my recent visit changed all that. I went in for an oil change and to figure out where a clicking noise was coming from in my car. I purchased a the full synthetic oil with free tire rotation. Got called 1/2 hour later, oil changed fixed the clicking. However, the gentleman proceeded to tell me that my front brake pads where completely gone and the metal dug into my rotors. He said they would have to completely change the rotors and pads. I thought this was odd since I never heard or felt any grinding or warped feeling. He gave me a quote that was over $600. I told him I was going to hold off and the gentleman asked me "Do you really think that is a wise idea to drive from here without brakes?" Feeling pressured I told him I would decided on my way back to get my car. I decided that I was not going to utilize their service and would change them out myself. I order the rotors and pads. Turns out, when I took off my pads, I had at least 15% to 50% remaining and the rotors were completely fine and smooth. So i returned the rotors and just replaced the pads for only $50. Secondly, they never rotated my tires which they are supposed to do for free with the full synthetic oil change. Unfortunately, I did not notice till I was home. Never using their service again and going to tell anyone that does use their service and anyone i know about this dishonesty. I attached photos my previous pads as evidence of their dishonesty.

Great selection of tires at good prices. Easy access and plenty of parking. Guys attending the counter are always nice. This time when I picked up the car. I inquired about work done and the guy wasn't too clear and provided erroneous information, so I asked him to double check and he went outside to consult with the mechanic. I just wanted to make sure everything I requested was complete. Then he forgot to to give me my key fob and I had to go back inside to get it. Other than that, everything else was ok. The job was completed quickly. Also, they offer complimentary water and coffee for customers.

I have been going to this Goodyear store for 25-30 years and I keep going back because it is always a pleasure to deal with them. Today I took a car in and Francisco was more than helpful: he had me in and out in no time. He was professional, personable and did all that I requested. Because of staff Like Francisco, I can Hardily recommend this store.

This GOODYEAR AUTO SERVICE has taken of my car for over two years. I have never had a problem. I have always called and walked in and had phenomenal service done here. The tires are amazing. The staff will always be there for each customer. I believe this is the best Goodyear in Miami Florida. Come here and I promise you will never be disappointed.

I was very impressed by the level of professionalism displayed by the manager Hector and the team. Excellent communication, assertive estimate for time of completion on the job. The facilities were neatly kept and very clean. Comfortable environment in waiting area. Good visibility to towards the shop area. I am usually skeptical of auto-repair shops but I can confidently say that speaking and working with Hector and watching the staff work on my car gave me complete confidence on their work and that my vehicle is well taken care of. When they found a problem, they literally invited me to look under my car and showed me the issue and what they can do to fix it. Parts were ordered and were resolved quickly when it didn t arrive in time. Hector was patient, polite, knowledgeable and professional with me, other customers and anyone he dealt with on the phone. I had a great experience and I will be taking both my vehicles here moving forward.

They are honest and knowledgeable. I bring my Mercedes Benz, BMW, and Toyota 4runner here for regular service. All the staff are courteous and efficient.

Horrible experience!I visited this store for years, I was always its client and I knew that it is always super busy, that's why last time I decided to book an appointment online.When I was there they told me that the appointment was just a reference and that I have to wait a couple of hours to be attending.Even when I was having a conversation with my attendant and I was going to give in to drop the appointment, another employee at the front desk interrupted my conversation saying I was wrong and arguing about what the appointment email says. I was shocked and showed him that the appointment email says drop off and pick up time, but he started saying that if I said it was like that then that was fine, but he didn't care (when he wasn't the he was serving me) and that I have to wait because I don't have privileges over other clients... (the most absurd thing is that he out of nowhere started interrupting my conversation when he wasn't serving me, he had a client in front of him and stopped talk to her to start attacking me).The person who was assisting me, although I did not respect the appointment and was also telling me that I should wait those hours, but he was kind, however because of his partner I decided to leave the store, and almost a cross the street there is another company (competitor) where they attended me very kindly (although I had to wait too) and the Bill was 30% cheaper.I didn't recommend this store anymore. It is always crowded and now you know (maybe) you can have experience like I had

Excellent service! Been coming here forever. This must be the 5th time getting new tires for all my cars! It was nice seeing the guys again after such a long time. Hector as always, very cordial. Walked in through the door and recognized me as an old customer. Funny thing, wasn t even going to buy new tires! One thing led to another, viola, bought new tires! Store Manager, Jose, which took care of me at the end, totally awesome, too! Great job guys!

Was about to leave on a road trip and car wouldnt start.. night before thanksgiving and it was 7pm.Called them, they had a battery and tech ready, jumped my car rushed over and made it in time.Thank you so much to the late night team on 11/23/2022, think Francisco answered the phone and helped me out. If it werent for the team i would have been stuck in Florida and miss my vacation, they saved my butt big time!!!! other places were closed or didnt do the battery replacement. Thanks again 10/10 will visit again.

I've been here a couple times. I got 4 tires the first time(about 5 months ago). Very good deal, they matched the price to the online offer and gave me a discount. The tires came with a rebate offer that I submitted and quickly got 40 USD back. The service was quick and the staff was nice. I came back to fix one of those tires(flat thanks to a screw). The service was once again great. They were able to fix it free of charge. I will be definitely coming back for the free alignment that I got with the tires purchase. I totally recommend this service store.

I had them clean my air filters and whatever chemicals they used leaked into the car and the fumes are unbreathable. They insisted the chemical smell would evaporate but after several days the car is barely drivable because of the lingering strong fumes. The smell is toxic. I would not use this location.

I had the best tire service ever at Goodyear in Miami at Bird Rd and 37th Avenue. I have never met Hector before, but he treated me like I was his only customer and he was the owner of the store. Even when I called before bringing my car in, Hector was very helpful, professional, and courteous on the phone. The store was very clean, organized, and everyone followed all safety guidelines. I would like to say thank you to Hector for doing an excellent job and I will definitely recommend your store to everyone I know. This kind of service is rare, unfortunately, in Miami. Hopefully Hector will start a new trend in service and I hope Goodyear realizes his value to their company.

I had my doubts taking my car here for an oil change, but the dealership wanted to charge me 2-3 times as much for the same thing and here tire rotation was included. I was treated very well and had an excellent experience. Service was very fast and the manager(Petro) was very professional and gave me a very good discount; my first impression of him was an honest person that wouldn't screw you over for money. The mechanic that serviced my car was very friendly as well. I'd definitely take my car here again.

I ve been going to this Goodyear (Bird Rd & S Douglas Rd) for over 4 years. I trust them to give me an honest diagnosis and not be charged an outrageous amount, like at the dealership. I always ask to speak with Petros, Service Manager, because he is professional and offers excellent customer service. Jose, Store Manager, is also great. This specific Goodyear isn t a franchise. So, there s no incentive to trick the customer into paying for extra unnecessary services or being up-charged. I appreciate the transparency throughout the process and their willingness to help out customers in whatever way they can.

If you are a woman or a man with no experience of car mechanics I would stay away. I went to have a punctured repair on my back tire, the goodyear salesperson told me the tire was not good enough to be repaired and needed to be changed he suggested I changed the other one too so they would be the same plus alignment he quoted me over 500 dollars. I went to another tire repair place, where they proceeded to repair the tire and when I asked about prices to get new tires they said no worry about this I didnt need to change them yet. I hardly use my car only use it for pleasure not even to commute. It is a shame people behave this way, to try to price you up to try to skin you even though it is not needed. I learnt I cant trust their advice so I will not return to goodyear

Had a really good experience here. Dropped my car off late one evening, right before they closed. Service guy Kevin was really friendly and helpful. Got a call at 7:20 AM, shortly after they opened the next day, telling me what the problem was. They fixed it for a reasonable cost within several hours. I had my car back by lunch. Will definitely use again in the future.

Came here because of the great reviews. Although they don't do the type of work I need to get done, they still looked at the car and gave me a temporary solution until I can go the body shop. All 3 men there were very helpful, especially Peter. Will definitely go back for my tire needs.
