Been here multiple times. Jack is friendly and helpful. Juan is knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the lady on the counter/phones is unhelpful, and also does not pass on messages. Trying to follow up on a commitment from the shop has not been easy.

As I was having an issue on my Atlas, I was recommended this place by a friend. I had the pleasure to meet Juan who has been amazing.He took the car in the morning, ran a series of diagnosis to understand what was going on, called me back couple of hours later, explaining me the issues and suggested me to call a VW dealership as he thought my car would still be under warranty... it turned out it was!Honesty is what we should all expect but it's unfortunately not the norm anymore, which is why I wanted to take a comment to highlight it.I will come back to Juan without a doubt next time I am in need and could not recommend anyone enough to give this place a try if you need help with your car.

Another great experience with 45,000 mile service on 2012 BMW 535i at German Car Care. In at 8:30 am and out on the road again by 2 pm good as new. May never need to buy another car.Prior Review: 2012 BMW 535i started making a humming noise several years ago. Finally took it to Braman Service in August 2020. Repair to blower motor did nothing. Humming continued. Became louder. Took it to Braman Service again in July, 2022. Diagnosed as left rear wheel bearing and tension struts need replacement. Estimated cost: $6489.06. Sent Braman estimate to German Car Care, price and all. Counteroffer for same repair came back: $2761.96. Drove right over and repair was done the next day. Car drives like new! Saved $3727.10.Prior Review: Amazing. Was having trouble starting car and could not get through to dealer to schedule inspection. Called German Car Care instead and asked if 2012 BMW 535i battery could be replaced. Man who answered the phone said come on over, it will take 30 minutes and cost $280. I went immediately. Got confirmation that battery was down to 4 percent. Replacement took 20 minutes, not 30, and I was ready to go. I highly recommend this place. Great experience.

We requested for a set of new spark plugs and wires to be installed in our car. Checked myself after the job was supposedly done and the included picture are the spark plugs still on the car showing they're the same old spark plugs worns from years of use (not new!). Also the plug wires all show obvious wear from age, definitely not new as we requested to have replaced. I'm honestly doubting if they even did any work at all. Hundreds of our hard earned money wasted in a dishonest service. Not recommended!

The service at this shop is amazing, the technicians are very helpful and knowledgeable . Incredible customer service! They did a great job on the car, they were fast, kept me posted and super professional. Jack, the manager, was fantastic. They also returned my car completely cleaned-up, I think they actually did a detail wash and sanitized it too, all free of charge. I highly recommend, and no, I don t work there, I m just a happy customer.

Juan and the German Car Care team have provided the best auto service I have ever had, bar none. No dealer or indy shop compares. I have had multiple vehicles serviced here over several years for diagnostic work and routine maintenance. Juan cares about your car and his profession, loves finding the right solution for you, and ensures you are satisfied. I brought in my Audit A4 for a coolant leak and it turned out to be the water pump that was damaged. I highly recommend this shop for your German car needs. Juan has been very professional, friendly , honest and very knowledgeable. The cost of the repair was very competitive with similar shops and definitely cheaper than the dealer. I got the car back in a few hours. This is the second time I take my cars to this shop. Both times have been a good experience.

Juan and Miguel were excellent! They did an amazing job with my vehicle, very honest and transparent throughout the entire job. Great experience. Everything from customer service to quality craftsmanship. They inspected my car (1988 Porsche 944) thoroughly, clearly explained the work needed, the time it would take to complete, and the approximate cost. The work was done on time and on budget. When I picked up the car, it was running perfectly - it was even washed and cleaned inside. I highly recommend German Car Car to anyone who expects the best in quality car service. Great, great job.

Took my 2016 Porsche Macan S to them to diagnose a hesitation when driving off from a stop or going uphill. Car seemed to lag, hesitate and not get into gear properly, generally rough starting off. They changed my transfer case oil -car had less than 60k miles. FIXED THE PROBLEM. Thanks for that! I will be taking it back to them for other maintenance as needed. Very nice folks and they got me in immediately and did the work while I waited. Saved me money by not getting taken to the bank by the local big name shop. I suspect they would have hit me for a complete replacement of transfer case. Working fine -6 months post service. Bussiness and bussiness owner like these deserve to be recognized. Juan took care of me like and my car needs with exceptionalism. His service was outstanding. He had my best interest at heart from the very beginning, meaning he is not one of these people after your money or ripping you off. Also, he really is an expert on what he does, it makes customers to trust him. Thank you Juan for yoiur amazing service. You truly are appreciated.

My 997 started leaking coolant significantly so I went to German Car Care around the corner from my house. Not only was I received from the owner Juan but he also talked me thru the trouble shooting process and responded that day with an estimated time of completion and a price. I couldn't be any happier to have found a reliable, friendly and price competitive place to care for my car. I am a picky guy and I can highly recommend Juan's German Car Care.

Juan is the best. Went there twice for minor issues on my Mercedes Benz. He fixed for $50 what Mercedes Benz said would cost over $700. And when he could not fix something he instead recommended to me anorher specialist that could. The man can be trusted and service is great

Took my mercedes amg truck here for brake pads after dealer quoted me 1600 for front/back pads excluding rotors.Juan was fantastic and the service was completed under his original quote and on time. He showed me the measurements before the work was done and showed me the after work was completed. I paid 40% less than benz quote for the same benz parts and labor (minus the loaner car of course). Brakes feel great.Given the current environment, i had concerns around sanitization etc. Juan has his shop masked up, socially distanced and full of sanitization products. They wipe down everything inside the car that they made contact with and even cleaned the key.I couldn't be happier and recommend this shop to anyone one with an import that they want taken care of properly and cost effectivelyI am definitely bringing all of my cars here moving forward.Well done German Car Care.

Great quality service. I took my vintage 57 Speedster to GCC, needed rebuild of carburetors, special order parts, etc. Juan did a professional job, stayed with it, till it was right. Fair price, now runs as it should. Highly recommended. Steve Owens

When I arrived in Miami in Jan 2010, I was skeptical of repair shops, but my 2004 Porsche Boxster needed service so I had to choose. Juan was very professional and explained what he would do and what it would cost. I dropped the car off on Wed and planned to pick it up on Thurs. I had a doctor appt and he insisted I admit myself to the hospital ASAP for a heart condition (A-Fib). I ended out staying in the hospital thru the weekend. I called Juan to say I could not come to pick up my car and why and he took care of it with no charge until I was able to come on Mon.Later, my car was flooded during a heavy rainstorm. My insurance company denied the claim and totaled my car. Juan intervened and spoke to the adjuster who agreed to a second opinion. The claim was approved and my car was repaired. That was 2 yrs ago and my car has not experienced any issues since.I recently brought it in for the 100k mile service. Juan called with and estimate and when I told him it was a bit too high for my budget, he performed the service and excluded a couple of minor things which would not affect the car.If you are looking for a REPUTABLE place to bring you car, you need to speak to Juan at German Car Care. My landlady said she heard good things about them after I told her of my first experience. I promise you, they will earn your trust and loyalty. They also have a deal with Hertz (their adjoining neighbor) for a good price rental while your car is being serviced.I migrated from the North Shore in Massachusetts and heard about the scams in So FL, but Juan has earned my trust and confidence.

My car is a BMW and I used to go to the dealer for maintenance but their prices drove me to find an alternative. In German Car Care I found service superior to the dealer's. When I moved to Miami, I took my Mercedes CLS 55 AMG to the Coral Gables Mercedes dealership for scheduled and unscheduled service. Every time I went there I was charged $500 plus and nickeled and dimed for many ancillary services not in the mercedes maintenance book. The clencher for the Mercedes Dealership was my battery died and I was charged 340 for a new battery and 140 to install it. Now the battery is easily accessible in the trunk. I could have changed it myself in 10 minutes with simple tools.I happened to drive by German Care Care which was close to where I lived. And talked to Juan at German Car Care about the next scheduled service and to see if he could do it. I was up for a C or D service which is more expensive at Mercedes than the A or B service. Juan sat me down and showed me the Mercedes maintenance web site and pointed out there is no difference in the C or D service as opposed to the A or B scheduled service. I also had an air suspension shock leaking that he gave me an estimate on that was half of what Mercedes wanted to charge.I have taken my care to him several times and other cars of family memebers. He is always honest, reputable, and fixes things the first time. I have nothing but good things to say about his comapnay.ML
