I went to get a title change from a seller to myself and the two staff front desk ladies were extremely courteous and very helpful! They helped me with all that I needed and showed great professionalism. I wish they could teach other Tag Agency s in the County how to treat us the costumers and how to do their Job right. I congratulate them both for being the professionals they are. Thank you both and God Bless y all.

Very good service, organized by using high technology check in machine that gives you options for the service you re looking to do, the only inconvenience thing was that they don t accept debit/credits cards only cash or check which in my opinion this modern days most people don t use checkbooks anymore or carry much cash on hand , but can t complain that I least they waited for me to go get cash from the Chase ATM that luckily it was right next to it because the office was already closed. Hope someday it ll take in consideration to make changes that ll be more favorable to customers because it could be a hassle for the customers to find out they don t have enough money to pay for the services they need and is a waste of time having to leave the office to pull out money and come backThank you

I was called in a timely manner but the charges that were levied for counter attendance were outrageous. I was charged $10.00 to renew my handicap sticker and renew my license because I chose to do it in person. And charge $3.00 to write a check? The state is a greedy entity.

Much better nowadays. I used to come here years ago and I dreaded it. Now they implemented a touch screen to check in and it s about 10000% more efficient. You get your text letting you know it s you re turn. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Thank you technology.

I have used different services at this location throughout the years.I always had good customer services.I came today to change my license plate, and as usual, I didn't have to make an appointment.I just walked in, was seen within minutes, everything took less than 20 minutes.Thank you for always being so professional and kind.

Made an appointment 2 hours before appointment time same day). Arrived on time, checked in, was called as soon as attendant was done with previous customer. My issue was resolved, and I was done within 15 minutes. Attendant was ver helpful and friendly. I was very pleasantly surprised.

My experience with Coral Gables Tag Agency was extremely disappointing. Firstly, their phone lines seem to be perpetually unmanned, making it impossible to get through for assistance. Upon arriving in person, I was met with extensive wait times that wasted hours of my day.The customer service representatives displayed an unprofessional attitude, often engaging in idle chatter instead of attending to customers. They also refused to provide services that were advertised online, citing arbitrary rules to avoid their responsibilities.Overall, my visit to Coral Gables Tag Agency was a complete waste of time, money, and effort. I hope they improve their customer service and efficiency in the future to avoid similar experiences for others.

The younger woman, I believe her name is Leslie, was so helpful and quick to register my vintage moped. I had issues at the other agency in calle ocho, but Leslie was so knowledgeable and resourceful. There was no line either and I was in and out quick! Thank you so much!

I had to title and register a fleet of vehicles for a business purchase, and it was my first time registering vehicles in Florida, so I was not looking forward to the process. The team here was incredibly efficient, and made it a painless and, to the extent that titling vehicles can be, enjoyable experience. I would recommend them for your tag/title needs.

They go over and above. It was so easy to check in and very little line, they didn t have my license plate so called another location to skip the line. Easiest and most experience I ve ever had.

Paid these folks close to a grand for a custom tag and it s been over a month with no contact. I ve called half their offices and their phones say it s outside business hours (it s not). Impossible to get in touch unless you drive there. Disappointing considering the price.

Make sure to check in at the kiosk to your left hand side when entering. I was waiting in line and didn t see the signage to my left. Other than that, service was kind, informative, quick, and efficient. They were properly staffed and I did not have to wait long in the queue. I was in and out within the hour. Make sure you have all your documentation needed.

First Excellent service. There was understandably a wait, but the app kept me informed. Quite honestly, I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the staff was able to move through a significant number of people with such efficiency and timeliness. I would also wish to comment on the kind staff member that assisted me. She was kind, informative and so, so helpful. She truly was one of the best!

Was not crowded. Possibly due to rainy weather.Staff was friendly,efficient , helpful. Although three other customers were ahead of me, I was out in 30 mins.Easy to locate.Would recommend to anyone.

We went to the Coral Gables Tag Agency today to register two cars and get new Florida registrations and license plates.The staff was very pleasant, knowledgable, and helpful.They honored our appointment in a timely mannerWe were completed in about 30 minutes from the time we arrived until the time we departed. Big Thanks!PART III went to pick up my license plate today. Everything was like clockwork.Great work! Thanks again!

After waiting on hold for a half hour to ask about the agency charge for a duplicate tag, the women says, I don t know, could be $5 could be $50. You have to go in to find out. They don t take appointments even though their website says they do. Oh and she won t transfer you to the actual agency in Coral Gables because they are so busy. But I m not to busy to drive their and wait in line to find out info I could have found out on the phone????

The people are very nice but the wait is awful and there is no way of knowing how long it is going to take because there are no more numbers. you put your name into a system. It says there s only one person in front of you and you re still waiting over an hour. If they re the only tag agency in the area, they really need more employees, I have been going there for over 15 years because they are the only one in the area and it has never been quick.

Great experience. Well organized, give you an update via SMS about the queue status and waiting time. Very Polite team. It's a small agency, if you are in a hurry and place is busy, you should check the queue.

The place is a little small but they provided excellent customer service. The ladies were extremely helpful walking me through the process of registering my car and getting new plates. The process was new to me because I had just moved here from NJ where the process was different there. Thank you for your help.

The phone number is never connected, I would call at 9-12 for hours i would call and no one would pick up, it would send me to a machine telling me after hours but i would call from mon-friday. This place is just trash I have to drive over there just for a simple question or detail about registration and then they tell me to wait for just a question. I hate this place

This Tag Center is very Organized, the Staff are very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend this location!
