Unprofessional, unreliable, incompetent, stay away from this shop - I visited this shop in person this week, Monday afternoon to ask for an estimate to fix some dents in my car. I spoke with Mr. Oswaldo but he informed me that he was extremely busy and I needed to make an appointment. Mr. Oswaldo filled out a paper form with my name and cell phone number and scheduled me for Wednesday at 10am.On the day of the appointment (today), I arrived 15 minutes early but was told that Mr. Oswaldo was not present due to a medical appointment. I asked the office employee to contact him and inquire if he would still be able to see me. After the employee called him, I was handed the phone and Mr. Oswaldo requested I come back at noon.I expressed my frustration that I had taken time off from work to attend the appointment and inquired why he didn't cancel or reschedule in advance. However, he simply stated that he had a doctor's appointment and forgot to notify me. He did not offer an apology and seemed to believe that his excuse was sufficient.

I am thrilled with the work done on my BMW! Coming from the auto industry and knowing exactly what great quality looks like, Osvaldo and his team exceeded my expectations. They delivered exactly at the time frame stated and called me to give me an update half way through. I also received my car polished and vacuumed. Thank you!

I went for an estimate after I went to another shop that was going to charge over 3k. Oswaldo walked me through everything he saw that was wrong and explained that most of the things the other shop had told me about weren't even existent. WOW! It was a shock, to say the least and I highly appreciate everything he did for us and I would trust to go back to this shop again

Oswaldo and the other guys here really know their stuff. Kind, courteous, and quick, they made a stressful process almost a pleasure. I cannot recommend them enough!

They are great! So I knocked off my mirror and jacked up my window in the process. I went for an estimate and the price cant be beat. The manager, Osvaldo, is so nice and knows what hes talking about. He ready and willing to help out.I dropped my car off around 1030am and had my car back around 2.I'm so happy, they did a great job. This is the only place I'll be going to in the future.Please note that the guys that work there speak mostly spanish. But the manager and the assistant are both bilingual so if you speak only English that's perfectly fine.

This place is a great shop. They are super honest and perform high quality work. I took my classic BMW for some extensive rust repair and was very pleased with their quality and thoroughness to do a good job.Owner Oswaldo is very polite and considerate. He is overwhelmed sometimes by the amount of work and I recommend customers to be patient while waiting for him. Worth the effort.Great quality at fair price.

My personal experience. An absolute disaster of a company and owner. Rude, arrogant, unprofessional and overall tremendous incompetency. All that was requested is an estimate for bodywork & vehicle repair. Took over a week...never provided timely updates or status, hung of phone...threatened to stop estimate midway. Took car away from there as quickly as it was released(tried to hold car hostage for payment on what was a free estimate). Absolute horror. Buyer beware ! Don't be swindled and fall for owner(Oswaldo) claim to be in business for 38yrs as a badge of honor. He and his business is antiquated and irrelevant. Look elsewhere.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

After having a terrible experience with another body shop a year ago, this shop really gave me piece of mind and professionalism. The owner is an honest and ethical worker who gets under the cars himself and delivers on what he tells you. If he says "it'll be ready tomorrow", it is. After the repair, I had an issue with a loose muffler and he looked at it right away. Turns out, the previous shop had put the wrong piece to hold it up. He fixed it, thankfully. And he showed me where the problem was. Everything he does to your car, he gives you invoices and descriptions (unlike other places). I would recommend this shop to anyone looking to fix their car and want excellent service.

Terrible experience. Brought my car to fix some dents. He gave my car an "exfoliation" which he claimed would make my paint look better. It did, for a day or two, but what he did was take off the clear coat of my car. This means that my car has become a dirt magnet and needs to be hand cleaned with a wax job in order for it to look good. In other words, the exfoliation of my car was harmful and not helpful. As for the dents, he did a bad job and promised to fix it next time. When I came back, he kept making me wait, even though I had made an appointment with him. After waiting a half hour, he spoke to me for about five minutes and then said he had to do other things and he would be back to help me later. I asked what the purpose was for making an appointment, if I was sitting around waiting for him. He got mad and told me that I had a bad attitude.I do not care if the man has been in business for 30 or even 40 years. Bad work is bad work. Making people wait endlessly -- after scheduling an appointment -- is also bad in my book. Go somewhere else. This place was not worth the price or the wait.

Excellent body shop, I have taken my car to Osvaldo many times and he never disappoints. My car always turns out looking like nothing ever happened and it lasts. The paint never chips or cracks after a couple of months like with the work of other body shops. Bud's work is excellent, I will never take my car to be repaired anywhere else.

I was happy with what Oswaldo did. I first went to another shop near-by and the person insisted me to change the whole bumper, with an outrageous estimate price. I went to Bud's and they were creative, did not change the whole bumper and came up with a full repair which looks good and costed me less. I will come back.

Called in for an appointment and they told me to come in at 1:00.I went in at 1:00 and waited for probably 35-40 mins.After finally being attended he said that he could not give me an estimate right now and to leave my car in the parking while I ran errands elsewhere and he will give me a call when he has the estimate.Never received a phone call for the estimate or any kind of follow up and got a parking ticket for leaving my car in front of his shop.

I made an appointment for 2:00 PM for a simple quote on repairs. Upon arrival nobody greeted me or asked how they can help. I called the number on google because I was confused of where to go and was told to wait out front by my car. I waited for 45 min and nobody came out to help me. When the owner of the shop finally came out, he helped someone else and completely ignored me. I waited a few minutes for him to end his conversation and said "Excuse me sir, can you please help me? I have to leave for work by 3pm". He said "He was here first", pointing to the other person. And I said, "but I've been here for 45 minutes and my appointment was at 2:00pm". He ignored me, walked away and continued to speak to his staff in Spanish. He purposely went out of his way to ignore me and talk to the other men that were there, all while I stood there patiently wondering when I would be helped. After a 50 minutes of waiting in the hot sun, I decided to wait in my car in the AC, since I didn't know how long it would take. When I realized I wasn't going to get the service I was expecting, I decided to leave and use a different body shop. What a waste of time.

A professional body shop dedicated to please the customer with attention to detail and great customer service.Very clean, organized shop in the center of Coral Gables with access to the train or car rentals across the street.Highly recommend it. The owners name is Osvaldo Jaramillo.

I went to the Body Shop on Saturday, August 19th, 2017 to get an estimate for my car, and I have an estimate that my insurance company sent me to have overlook, to check if there are additional damages. I had Oswaldo check my car, he found additional damages, he needed to check underneath my car but, the guy that does it was not there. Oswaldo told me to come back Monday at anytime, I did, I arrived, I had to wait for about THREE HOURS, only for Oswaldo to NOT check underneath my car, do the same thing he did on Saturday, He told me he will submit the supplement to the Insurance company and call me back later that day. He called back, he apologized for the long wait, he told me that the Insurance company want him to take pictures of my car to prove what he is submitting. He asked me to bring the car in on the next day (Tuesday) I asked him what time 8am he said no, bring it at 9am, I arrived at 9am on Tuesday, I had to wait ALMOST THREE HOURS for him to NOT TAKE ANY PICTURES, throughout me waiting he kept walking by saying, HE WILL BE WITH ME SHORTLY, I walked to his office a couple of times, he kept telling me to wait, it was almost 12pm. I LEFT, HE NEVER CALLED OR ANYTHING.. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

I have been coming to this body shop for quite some time and remember cutting through it to get to the Metrorail on my way home from Coral Gables High School. There arent many body shops or mechanics in the area and the rising rents and property values mean that only the best survive.Admittedly, the place is run like a well oiled machine. It pays to make an appointment and to keep the appointment. There are cheaper places, but none located in Coral Gables or centrally to Miami/Coconut Grove/Key Biscayne. If you want the best results, this is the place to go. If you want lots of your money spent on fancy waiting rooms and free snacks, keep driving and youll find someone happy to pay more in overhead and less in skilled staff and quality materials.

Drove there for an estimate and was told estimates are by appointment only, I looked over at him and said, I have never heard of a body shop that requires an appointment for an estimate, Good Bye!! Wasted my precious time driving there.

Save your time and money and go elsewhere unless you want to wait a lifetime to get your car worked on and hope they have the space because if they don t they will just send it to a yard. They aren t always full because they are good at what they do so don t be fooled by that.

I ve worked here for almost 3 months, and I have to say, that this place is truly a mess. I don t recommend anyone to step foot on this Body Shop, I recommend you look elsewhere, it will be worth your sanity.
