Hands down, the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Danny was quick to respond to my questions and communicated throughout the whole process. He was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions without being pushy and made the car buying process run smoothly. The finance manager Issac assisted with the final process and was awesome! I am extremely pleased with my experience with AutoNation Coral Gables, and I highly recommend this dealership for buying a new or used car. The used cars are under a certified program, meaning you should not worry about anything for the next year, and the prices are great.The dealership staff is doing amazing work. We met the sales representative, Mauro, and went with him through several options that best fit our needs. We were able to purchase an amazing truck. He also did not stop his work when we drove out of the dealership and continued to consult us further about the car.When we needed a small service for our car, Guillermo from the service department went above and beyond his duties to resolve the issue. His exceptional service left us feeling grateful and confident in our choice of dealership.Great work!

Excellent service people here at AutoNation. Joel was great to me and valued my time and provided exceptional service. He worked hard around my schedule and ensured I made it to my meeting on time and then delivered my car after the service was complete. All this for an unbeatable price for the repair. Purchase a vehicle 6 months ago from this location. Great sales experience. I sold the vehicle. I need to send them an odometer statement So I could have the extended warranty Money's refunded. I spoke with Carlos was no help, stated. I have to come into the location I Advised him I lived 3 hours away, can we do this via email? He put me on hold and sent me to the service manager. Who never picked up the call. I called the corporate office and they're gonna take care of everything via email. Definitely, will not use this dealership in the future

Our salesmen Mauro Garcia was 5 stars on all of our experience. We drove in from 3 hours away on a Saturday, and Mauro had everything ready for us, handled our trade in quickly, new car was clean and ready and Finance manager sales through. This has been the best GM experience I have had and my first GM dealer purchase was 1982 in Detroit.

I'm a valuable customer from Tropical Chevrolet and I came in looking for an oil change. Fidel greeted me, took care of me, and exceeded my expectations. Also, Fidel recommended that I purchase a new AC delco battery, in order to avoid stalling problems.Fidel even went above and beyond by talking to my credit card agent, offering credit solutions, and assisted me through the process.I'm extremely satisfied with Fidel's excellent customer service and I will be going back to this dealership for future needs. Very good dealership, very dedicated to customers, very good cars and prices.This is the place to go for your 10/10 car.Shoutout to Santiago Vidal great salesman did everything possible to get me out with car on same day and stayed overtime literally 2 hours just to finish insurance at 10:30pm so i can leave with car.He is reaching out even after sale to check on everything.Hands down Best dealership i have been to !

My experience here was AWESOME! Deyvis helped us immediately when we got there and was super friendly, patient and fast. Buying my car here was fast not the usual places that you go to and they have you sitting in a dealer for a long amount of time. The finance manager had a colleague who was not in the same room with us even help out in our deal. I mean needless to say everyone who we encountered was very nice and helpful. If I ever buy another car I will come to this dealer and definitely will recommend family and friends.

Last Updated 4/2/2024On 2/7/2024 I purchased a 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander from AutoNation. From the moment I inquired about the vehicle I received quick response from the team. The negotiation process was smooth they were able to accommodate a good price.Upon inspecting the vehicle before closing the deal I noticed the vehicle was missing the head rest from the 3rd row seat which usually are stored under the trunk. After realizing this parts were missing, the sales agent provided an invoiced signed by the used car sales manager with a promised to send me the missing headrest.After 8 weeks from the purchase date I'm still trying to either get the dealer to fulfill the promise and provide the missing headrest or refund me $600 in order to order them myself.So far the pros and cons of my purchasing experience are:Pros- Quick responses- Got the color and aspects in the vehicle I wanted within a reasonable price. (the savings are not 100% with the headache)- location is close to the airport (I live in Tampa, I could have flown instead of driving to pick it up)Cons- Not many proactive updates on the status of the pending items.- Lack of communication after sale- Sales Managers will never call or take a phone call (seems to be a known issue)- Active Safety Recall from the time of sale (had to take care of it at a different dealer myself) not sure that is even legal.- I had to get the vehicle detailed and clay barred because it had a lot of rust spots in the paint.-The vehicle only came with 1 set of keys.Overall experienceI wish I had read more reviews in google or the Better Business Bureau. They are nice and diligent before they close the deal once they take your money, do not expect anything from them.Not even an apology for taking more than 8 weeks on providing items that were part of your car and were not delivered at the time of purchase.As a retired US ARMY veteran, owning several cars in the past few years. This has been by far the worst car purchasing experience. This is not a trust worthy place.

I bought my first truck here, and honestly, this was the best experience out of the 5+ dealerships I dealt with through my search process. The saleswoman that helped me out, Barbara, was nothing but the best. From the moment I first got in contact with her, she helped me find the perfect truck for me, and even in this market, she was able to help me get what I wanted. She never hesitated to answer my questions or requests via phone, in person, and in text. She was also extremely patient with me and provided me with all the time I needed to make sure I was comfortable with the truck.Last but not least, Barbara was very transparent with the price, and she delivered the price she proposed from the beginning with no hidden fees or any other dealer aftermarket price. Juan Rojas the service advisor at this Chevy location was so so so helpful. I started noticing my car was having some issues when parking and I called to get it looked at. Juan was super helpful in giving me a quick appointment throughout the holiday season. My car took a bit longer than expected to fix, and I was offered a car service to go pick up my car! If any level of service is what you're seeking, this is not the dealership for you. Just try calling and connecting with anybody in any department. It's literally the Soviet Union in the 1970s. If Wayne heizenga was alive, every single person in that dealership would have been fired and banished from the car business forever.

I went to the garage to buy a custom Silverado, cash payment, the seller was supposed to send me the offer within 15 minutes, 3 hours later and despite my attempts to call and several messages no news. I tried to contact a manager at the garage, no one took my call, a shame this quality of service...

Juan was great! Very consistent communication and follow up. I feel that the warranty policy is garbage. I bought a big car for a reason (Tahoe) I have three kids in sports and all the dealer and the car rental location could offer me was a Chevy Malibu. This was absurd! After speaking with Juan they were able to approve a Traverse which I had no choice but to settle for (not Juan s fault) but in my opinion if there was anything the manager could ve done he should ve and I just didn t feel like there was any consideration for that. Otherwise it was a quick turnaround for the part and repair for something I expected to take forever considering parts are constrained.

My Experience could not have been any better, first I met with Geo, I told him what truck I was looking for, once he knew that, we went over all the rebates and discounts that I would qualify for, and that's how he came up with the price. I've been too 3 dealerships before I went to Coral Gables AutoNation, and those 3 dealerships were not upfront with me from the start. The Price I paid here, was at least $4,000 less with more options on the vehicle. Too say the least, I'm extremely HAPPY.

There were two main issues: 1. Expectations about timing weren t properly set. Initally it was said that the car was going to need to stay in the shop during 48hr, the rep that took care of my case told me 48-72hr but ended being 10 days. 2. Lack of information. I texted and I called several times and there was not much update and the days were passing. My husband had to call very upset in order to get answers and the car was fixed when we mentioned that we were picking up the car without fixing.I understand if you don t have enough employees but if the customer knows from the beginning that timing can be up to two weeks, everything can be seen on a different way.

The worst experience I'd ever had. Very unprofessional technicians, hold my car for 36 days just to reset program, at the very beginning, I was told it's transmition, and we were waiting for the parts. In the end, when finally part was delivered, the techician checked the car and realized it was something VERY easy(reset). So, I am assuming he never checked the car as it was supposed to be done since the beginning. To reach out service over the phone to get an update and status of the car? Forget about it. nobody ever calls you back.After my review, I have received an email with response... for further issues you can contact with the General manager by phone number. Was trying to call several time, I think even governor is more connective and easy to get reached out. Receive a call from the manager, with response that they will try to help me, with what had to be taken care if when my car was there. I had provided with all nessesary information and after that can't reach that person

Great, Fidel was friendly and professional. I came in for a transmission fluid flush and change. Typically this is not offered on high mileage vehicles unless the transmission was serviced according to maintenance schedule previously. I had this service done last time at 51000 miles. It was done at Autonation Chevrolet Orlando Airport. The GM service log did not show the service, however I had the receipt showing it was completed. I picked up the vehicle and 16 quarts of new trans fluid was added. Vehicle is running great as before.

Took about 6 weeks to get my order. Then when I came to pick up my order they couldn't find it and were quick to throw the parts specialist Erich under the bus after 20 minutes they finally found my order. Wouldn't reorder from them again if I can avoid it.03/19 I called to speak with the General Manger. The phone number given is just their main number, so when I asked someone in Parts to speak to the General Manager he put me back into the cue. Maybe the person responding to this Review should put a name of who to ask for and maybe an extension to dial....
