This was definitely one of the best experiences I ve had with a dealership. My sales manager, Angel, was professional, knowledgeable, and helped me negotiate a great deal. He even followed up, with me after I drove off the lot. I love my new Mercedes! Kudos to Angel, Rene, and the rest of the team at Mercedes-Benz Coconut Creek!

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Fabrizia during my recent purchase at Mercedes Benz of Coconut Creek, and I must commend her exceptional professionalism, proficiency, and courtesy throughout the process. Her depth of knowledge truly impressed me, and she ensured a seamless experience from start to finish. I would also like to express my gratitude to Nately for handling my offer with utmost care and professionalism. While the overall experience was positive, I encountered a slight hiccup with the finance manager, who may have been having an off day. Nonetheless, I am delighted with my purchase and grateful for the outstanding service provided by Fabrizia and Nately.

We had a great experience here and will definitely come back again. We knew what vehicle we wanted and they had it all ready for us when we pulled in. Everyone there was really nice. Our Salesman was fantastic David was very personable and never once pushed anything on us. He was top notch and if go there def ask for him. Our finance person Joseph was fantastic also and def ask for him. He was very personable and helped us and walked us through all financial steps. They both are top notch employees. Thank you both so much for a great experience and we love our new purchase. God bless to you both.

Where do I begin? Alexis is the person to go to if you need a car. She turned my very unpleasant experience buying my first car into one that I was extremely pleased with. Nobody will ever be able to sell me a car again, other than her. I don t feel like she was just trying to sell me a car the entire time. She treated me like we knew each other for years and we instantly connected. She definitely knows how to brighten someone s day, especially with the week I was having. I came for a car that I didn t end up liking aesthetically but due to the service she provided I forgot all about the dealership hopping stress and she gave me the motivation to keep going. It felt like we were going through this together. I believe God brought me to her so she can give me hope. I was driving by the dealer and decided to try it out we met and clicked instantly I ended up calling out of work and exploring other options with her and leaving with a Mercedes C300. I definitely have a bestie for life. Somebody give this girl a raise!

Drove all way from Kendall to coconut creek not knowing the outcome! Liam told me head over so I listened! Treated us very nice had a lot of patience & I came out with a beautiful GLE 350 I m so happy with my car! They were very understanding of what I needed and took care of me! Definitely recommend going! Also, Natalie the manager was super sweet making sure everything was going good with my car & looking into all the questions I had! Definitely very professional!Don t miss an opportunity in going & getting your dream car at this dealer.

I would ve loved to give this dealership 5-stars but my experience thus far has been mediocre. I came in the dealership on December 17th by recommendation. I wasn t sure what type of vehicle I was looking for however the person who referred me had a similar experience and ended working with another sales person and being called back after leaving. He wasn t available that evening so they paired me with Liam. Liam had been at this dealership for 3 months , At first it seemed like this experience would be an impressive opportunity but that has been far from reality. Note, I came with my own financing and was fully prepared to buy a vehicle but this salesman not only hung up the phone on me twice throughout our encounters; he continued to be increasingly frustrated with my questions and anxiety from purchasing a new car. Liam also had me come to the dealership repeatedly at times that he was not prepared to engage with me. Liam couldn t explain the warranty remaining on the vehicle adequately after being in sales for 15+ years at another dealership (Dodge) he kept telling me to ask finance. This should have been my sign to run but at this time I was sold on the chosen option. I asked to switch salesman but was told give him a chance. Take into consideration I DO not live in near the dealership so Everytime was a 42min hike. He offer an Uber for the day I was picking up my car, then never sent it. This was just the beginning of a few issues SOI took delivery of my vehicle on December 22 and by December 30th I got a call from Mercedes the bells and whistles navigation and Mercedesmeconnect had expired. EXPIRED REALLY!!! In less than 10 days when I repeatedly asked about warranty etc The day of delivery my car was missing a drivers mat and the sales manager stated come back 4 days later they would provide me with a new set and I am still waiting on Liam to let me know if they have arrived. I texted this salesman ( granted I considered it s the holidays) and my text has yet to be responded to!! I tried to text but no response so on 1/3/24 I called and this man told me he is busy right now. Someone with this attitude shouldn t be at a luxury dealership. I asked to speak with the sales manager Jason (I think) and I was told he is busy. This guy belongs at Dodge! His attitude SUCKS! I am not confrontational but he will encounter the next person who will not put up with his attitude. I will not be calling this salesman back whatsoever!!! I am reporting my experience to Mercedes USA. This whole experience has left a distasteful impression. On a positive note Dave (sales) Michael (finance) and Scott (finance director ) were fantastic representatives of this location and were pleasant!

I would like to express my gratitude to Anne Lopatin and David Falkenstrom for their exceptional professionalism and assistance during my purchase of a new Mercedes. Despite my busy schedule preventing me from physically visiting the dealership, they were able to provide me with excellent support and secure a favorable deal entirely through email communication. When I eventually visited the dealer, all the paperwork was prepared exactly as discussed in our email correspondence, with no unexpected surprises. My buying experience started out a bit challenging, however, the Coconut Creek team recognized my disappointment and did everything necessary to ensure my final purchase experience ended on a high(er) note.Shout out to Marcos, Locksley, Kris and Joe for facilitating what turned out to be a warm welcome into the Mercedes Family!

Hey,I love my car however unless you have an advisor you stick to , it s kind of all over the place . I have encountered a few advisors that weren t as knowledgeable and didn t have a sense of urgency when it came to servicing my car. However, Ricky makes sure I m in and out when I drop my car off , plus he knows his stuff like the back of his hand. Other than that , besides it costing an arm and a leg to breathe at Mercedes , they re overall pretty good . Their dealership is nice and clean and their staff is nice .

This has been the worst experience I have ever encountered at a Mercedes dealership, ever. If I could give zero stars, I would. After trading in my 2019 A220 for a 2024 C300, MB of Coconut Creek failed to pay the remaining balance of my old loan and it has been now almost a month. Now MB Financial Services Collections is calling me directly to pay the balance since they have not yet received payment from MB Coconut Creek. I am now on the verge of having negative impact to my credit due to these people. I have called the Finance Manager, Jason Morgan, the dealer representative Joshua Garmon, the salesman Julius Engel almost daily and they have yet to resolve this issue. As some of the low reviews indicated, when you call MB Financial Services, they tell you to have MB Coconut Creek call them. Good Luck. This dealership only cares about getting you in the door so they can sell you a vehicle and that's where the relationship ends. If I would have known this, I would have gone to MB of Pompano or anywhere else. If the issue isn't solved in a few days, I will need to pursue legal action to resolve this matter.

I am giving this dealership 3 stars because of Service after I purchased my brand new vehicle. Joshua my sales person was great when I was buying the vehicle about three weeks after the purchase. I sent him a text with a question after being unavailable to find the answer online or in the manual. He said he will get back to me. A week later I let him know I m still waiting on his response, I never received an answer.Two days later I texted him stating that I purposely wait to write my reviews on big purchases until I see interaction/service I receive after the purchase. He stated that he was extremely busy.I wish I had taken my money and purchase power down the street to the BMW dealership.Edited: I got to speak to the GM who helped me restore faith in human beings. He answered my question and listened that s all I needed.Thank you so much

Joe, Natalie, Scott, and Fabrizia were amazing they were able to get the exact car that I wanted. They were patient and understanding the entire process. I wasn t pressured into anything I felt like I had a choice in every decision made. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a great experience in getting a reliable car with people who care about your outcome.

First time I had a 100% positive experience buying a car at a dealership. They didn't have any hidden price or trying to add service that I didn't want or accept without my consent like the other all did and I had to spent time on the phone to cancel.Jordan is great and very helpful, she made the entire process stress less. I'll absolutely recommend them.

I've been to many different branches of Mercedes dealerships. MB of Coconut Creek is by far my favorite branch. They're incredibly fast, they genuinely care, and they do their best to provide amazing service. Kris is my favorite tech/sales/person! Totally recommend to everyone.

I am currently living out of my sprinter, I have it decked out with a toilet, shower, bed, tv, everything. I set an appointment to get the 20K service done and was not told ahead of time that I might have to leave it overnight. When I booked the appointment I selected the option that said "wait for vehicle" vs getting a loaner etc. When I got there they mentioned they would not have it done. To their credit, the pulled strings and got it done.Now driving my van for a couple of days I noticed my DEF warning came on again. They charged me for DEF refill but all they did was reset the warning, my tank was half empty. I had to go and buy some and fill it myself. This does not inspire very much confidence in the other work they supposedly did. For all I know they didn't change my oil either. Who knows at this point.

I had an outstanding experience working with Marcos with my new purchase. I usually don t look forward to going to dealerships, but after finding a car I was looking for online, I knew I had to head over to Mercedes and possibly make an impulse buy, which for me, would depend on getting the right associate to work with, as I m not really a fan of being sold to. Marcos met me immediately as I walked in, very genuine and friendly. I felt comfortable and at ease, feeling zero pressure. He listened to what my concerns were from the start, which was important because I knew exactly what I wanted. He assured me he d make everything as seamless as possible if he earned my business, which he did. I knew within 10 minutes into the conversation that I d be leaving with that car. Marcos stayed late to make sure he delivered as promised. I am very pleased with my experience at this particular dealership, and with Marcos. I d most certainly do business here again, and will recommend others to as well. Well done!

Very disappointed in the level of service my mother received at this "luxury" dealership. We went in for a battery (lifetime warranty) We got an appointment that same day. The battery was dead in my mother's car. We were able to get a temporary battery put in to make it to the dealership. Upon arrival Liz Berrios was our advisor and she absolutely is terrible! Terrible service, terrible attitude, terrible communicator. Completely WASTED our entire day. First, she wanted to charge $119 for a tech to take the borrowed battery out and put the dead battery back in. Its a 5 minute job. My mother approved it nonetheless. Then they would not give us a ride back to our office because it was too far so we called a ride. 5 minutes before we were going to get picked up, Liz calls and tells us not to leave because she can get this done right away. We waited and it took 2 hours! Why would she do that? Then when it is finally "done" she gives us back the key says she took care of everything and there was no charge. We were glad to get out of there. We grab lunch only to get a call from Liz an hour later saying the battery in the trunk is not ours. It shouldn't be as it should be the borrowed battery. Long story short she did absolutely nothing. She never had the tech put a new battery in, they put the WRONG battery in the trunk and never told us anything. What disgusting service she provided. What is awful is the quality employee that Mercedes hires. She offered no apology or remorse. We will never come back to this location and will be sure not recommend this place to anyone. Hopefully they retrain their service advisors or hire people who actually want do their job. We sat there for 2 hours and NOTHING WAS DONE! Unacceptable.

My experience with this car service was extremely disappointing. Despite promising certain services for my car, they failed to deliver. Upon seeking a second opinion, it was revealed that they hadn't changed my wipers as claimed and had only poured more oil instead of actually changing it. A few sensors are getting triggered now and error lights on my dashboard are coming up after taking it to this location. Spending $1000 for such subpar service is unacceptable. Avoid this car service at all costs. I called to complain and they said to being the car back, I bring the car back and now they want to charge me more money for diagnosis fee. Take your money somewhere else.

I would walk across hot lava on an asphalt pavement before I bring my car back here willingly. The service advisor I had, Andrew Chisholm, was the biggest headache ever dealt with at a dealership. He's not informative enough, talks around in circles like he's trying to make sense of what he's saying. He is very condescending and isn't very knowledgeable in the areas he should be. Every time I had a question about something...he had to go "find out" ... Service advisors are to provide you with service right ? Right. Which I did not get. Andrew's customer service ethic is not up to par with my liking. The whole time this place had my vehicle, it was nothing but problems. The people are lax and seem to not really care about their jobs. I called multiple times and texted as well and wouldn't get a response until days later sometimes...his excuse was he's was dealing with a "customer"...so for 2/3 days you were dealing with someone sitting at your desk ? Lol, okay. Whatever helps you delusional people sleep better at night. I also called and left a message for the manager in service, but I never got a return phone call back from him regarding my frustration in the voice-mail I left. I record all interactions, including voice-mails i leave as well. Proof is in the pudding. Do not call me either regarding this review trying to rectify anything. My mind is made up. Some of the people that work for this mercedes location might as well be nasa rejects.

I bought my vehicle brand new in 2019. I brought my vehicle in for service in May of 2022. After picking up my vehicle, I got a mile down the road and my vehicle began to overheat. I was able to turn around and get the vehicle back to the service center without any damage. The radiator was leaking profusely. The service center told me that it was not there fault and that they didn't even have time to fix it. I had to have it towed to another mechanic to get it fixed because I didn't feel like arguing. Fast forward a year later and I had another service in June of 2023. They did a complete service check up as well as fixing all the recalls that were on the vehicle. I believe they call it there 112 point inspection which includes tires, brakes, steering, shocks and all under vehicle components. Two days ago, I was leaving my parking lot and my vehicle came to an abrupt halt as if I hit something. When I got out to look, my front tire was completely bent inward. The tire rod was completely snapped in half. Thankfully, I was not driving on the highway because I wouldn't be here to write my review. I had the vehicle towed in to Mercedes and I was told that it was still under warranty. But then i get a call back stating that they would not honor the warranty because the vehicle was in an accident 3 years ago. I have had 3 service repairs and checkups with Mercedes since that accident and they gave me the all clear on my vehicle and they said it was perfectly safe to drive. Now, they are handing me a bill for $7,000 to fix my vehicle. Spoke to Gonzalo the service director and was told that it must ve been impacted but has no proof. He brushed me off like I was a filthy dog from the street. I would not recommend this service center to anyone. They leave your vehicle in a dangerous condition and then want you to pay them to fix it. Talking to lawyers now because this is crazy and not to mention I could have died.

I requested a loaner a week in advance for service that would take longer than a day they took a week to get back with me. They said they did not have loaners available. The service advisor is always super nice and tries to do his best to help me. It is the management at this dealership. this is the second time this happens. Maybe it is time to buy a Lexus. They always have Lexus vehicles available as loaners. This is why Iam giving only 3 stars. The experience of buying such an expensive vehicle goes down because of this.
