Firestone Saves the Day for Drone Training School's 007 Mini Bus!As a fellow drone instructor at Drone Training School, I know how important it is to rely on your vehicle. Recently, I was on my way to teach a class in the area when one of the tires on our trusty 007 mini bus got damaged. Luckily, there was a Firestone auto care nearby! Here's why Firestone is a lifesaver for Drone Training School:Quick Service: They were able to get us in right away and assess the damage.Tire Experts: The staff at Firestone were knowledgeable and professional. They quickly determined we needed new tires.Got Us Back on the Road Fast: They didn't waste any time getting us new tires mounted and balanced.Safety First: They made sure the 007 mini bus was safe for the road before we left. Thanks to Firestone's prompt service, we were back on the road and in class on time! Their expertise and efficiency were greatly appreciated. This is the kind of service you can rely on, especially when you need to get back on schedule for important training sessions.Tip for Drone Instructors: It might be a good idea to keep the number of a nearby Firestone location handy, in case you ever run into car trouble on the way to a training session. Thanks to Ryan and Julian for their help!

Every time I have walked into ANY Firestone, anywhere I have been I have been sorry I made that choice! I walked in asking for rite rotation and balance. I specifically asked for the balance because my car was shaking at higher speeds. After waiting for 4 hours for them to start working on my car (which is not what I m complaining about at all) I literally watched the guy just rotate my tires and not even attempt to balance them. Probably they did the same when they installed my tires to begin with. Previous experiences include but not limited to:Bad alignment (steering wheel literally at 30 degree angle).Brakes installation that resulted in brake hose rubbing on my rim and causing me to lose brakes at 70mph 3 days later And many more! I don t know why would anyone not do what you paid them to do. I really don t!

So first visit about 3 weeks ago I had 2 nails in both of my rear tires so Firestone repaired that and I went on my way. 3 days later I had my tire light go on so I brought the van in again and they couldn't find the leak and said I was good. This morning I went from 42 psi to 20 psi from over the weekend. So I went into Firestone again and I even found the leak this morning and marked it with paint and then tried to show the guy at the front desk but he did not care. I then found my tire in a bucket of water after sitting for about 4 hours. I asked the mechanic why the tire was sitting in water and he told me he could not find the leak even though it was marked. So I waited about 14 hours the past 3 visits for a leak that was super easy to find and nobody cared that I was waiting all day. Horrible customer service, I will never go to a Firestone ever again

I was able to drop my car off in the morning and they were able to complete an oil change, replacing rotors and brake pads on all four wheels and install 3 new tires with brake fluid flush and alignment all by 2 PM. The service member who helped me was polite and helpful. He emailed me a detailed quote so I could see exactly what they planned to do and the cost before I spent a dime. When I got in to drive my car right after the service it drove so smoothly.I just got the service yesterday but so far, all seems good.

This place is a SCAM. Had a slow air leak in one of my tires so decided to go here to see what was going on (this is also where I purchased my tires not even 3 years ago). After several hours, told me I had 2 nails and staples in the tire so it had to be completely replaced. Also, they told me all 4 of my tires should be replaced and realigned due to dry rotting-asking for over $1200. I declined and took it to the trustworthy non-corporate place I usually go to and turns out that it was just a small nail that they easily could patch up (free of charge). Will never go back to this place and do not recommend anyone to go here. This place is a 100% scam and just want your money.

Ryan and Shane were so nice, they answered all my questions, understood all my quirks (without judgement or eye rolling) and I don't encounter that like never. It was way more pleasant than going to the dealership. When my 2 complimentary oil changes expire at Mazda, I will be bringing her in at Firestone to get my car serviced instead. I hope those 2 don't leave, you got winners,

The tech, Ryan did a good job understanding my request and providing input on recommended additional service. It was also done very quickly, I got my car back in 2 hours when I was expecting to have to leave it overnight.

I had a Flat tire, call the place and Patrick was very helpful and knowledgeable, left tire to be patched but they told me that they couldn t fixed it because the screw was to close to the outer wall, had to buy a new unfortunately but Patrick had the patience to look around and search for the best price and tire when store was about to close.

Shayn Hoyo was excellent. His customer service was outstanding. I arrived at 6:30 and they close at seven. He could ve easily turned me away as others did. But he provided Service with a smile. I watched him with other customers and he was excellent with everyone. Truly outstanding employee.

Wow! Service this good deserved more than just a google review! Saturday I came out to my Toyota sienna with a good size screw in the drivers back tire knowing the remaining tread life on the tires would easily last me another 10,000 miles I couldn t take the chance with my wife driving our children around with rainy season around the corner.I took the van to Firestone on 6350 N St rd 7 and had the pleasure of dealing with Patrick. What a great guy!!! He was extremely patient and took both my financial situation as well as my concerns for my family and found the best solution for our family. Firestone All Season tires with a 65K mile warranty. I also opted to spend the additional $200 for a lifetime alignment for those that don t know Firestone has a deal with tires plus and a few other nationwide companies that will align the car as many times as you would like during the life of the vehicle, always a no brainer if you financed your car or own it.Not only did Patrick take the time to explain the differences in ratings in tires and how tread patterns can mean a different wear as well as a different ride as far as comfort. I feel confident that all of my tire needs as well as alignments oil changes and all car maintenance can be done by these experts and you can trust the work of hey are providing. Quality work with fair cost you can t beat! Perfect location for Coral Springs, parkland, coconut creek and margate.Go check them out and get new tires on your car and make sure you speak with Patrick. STAY SAFE!!Thanks again Firestone! I know feel confident knowing my wife has brand new tires in time for the rainy season and the tread life of 65K would bring us to just over 100K miles

Do NOT use this business for your car, I left a working van for alignment at 8 am. I picked it up at 5 pm, and they told me I had to change a bunch of things EXTRAS, including front shocks, what they haven't realized is that I just installed them new 1 Month ago, so please specially 55 and older communities, go somewhere else,...look at the steering wheel position, they made it worse , I went back confronted them about the wheel and the paperwork that proves that alignment was done, he told me ohh we keep back there somewhere, for me this GUYS and FIRESTONE are scammersGO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Went in for an alignment. Was told I needed 2 tires. Bought 2 tires. Then was told alignment couldn't be done. Paid $25 for new tire alignment. Got ripped off. Because tires weren't aligned. Feel taken advantage of. Now will have to pay car repair AND ANOTHER CHARGE FOR TIRES TO BE ALIGNED.

Horrible experience. Left with a donut when I thought I could get my tire fixed. I had to begged them to even put that on, which took a whole hour for them to do, even though I dropped my car off 3 hours before. They told me they could patch it up but when I came to pick up my car... nothing was done! and they tried to charge me more than $300 for 1 tire . then proceeded to tell me they don t even have that tire in stock. I drive a 2012 Toyota Corolla. Like what the hell!!

Routine oil change for the past 10 years at the same location and only handled here. Now the oil pan doesn t want screw back in. I have contacted for the past week social care and no resolution. Loyalty and over 10+ plus cars later, still can t assume responsibility and fix the issue the location has caused. If I could I would rate lower than 1 starUpdate: Firestone took care of oil pan and acknowledged expectation was not met.

Extremely happy with my experience. Ryan the manager was very attentive to a problem I had and turned the situation around. I had my tires installed, balanced and aligned in less then 2 hrs. Purchased a life time on some things I would definitely recommend getting like, tire rotation, alignment, and a plug repair for life that s a great value. Over all I would recommend this store

On a work day morning, I realized that I had a slow leak in one of my tires and wanted to have it repaired before I went to work. I stopped in at Firestone and asked Ryan if he could take care of it for me in short time, and he was able to accommodate me. I appreciated the good service and Ryan's Cooperative attitude towards my needs. Thank you.

Awful.. They found a way to not make a wheel alignment. Claimed that there was a corrosion (which there was) of a screw at the left rear arm but my car had the wheel alignment 3 months ago at another firestone location with tire replacement(and that corrosion was there 3 months ago as well). The corrosion was at the screw on the arm and the technician told me that he could not open the arm for alignment unless the corrosion part to be replaced ( just laughable). On the other hand, the guy at the front desk gave me an estimate to replace some parts of the car ( R arm to be replaced because of the corrosion on the screw) and then the wheel alignment would be done( by the way I have life time wheel alignment purchase so I would not be paying). However, they simply did not complete my car s wheel alignment and ask me to replace some parts of the car for $503. So you are gonna be paying $503 to them to get a free wheel alignment. After giving me the receipt, he also told me that they are not doing such replacements there! So if I had asked for the replacement they would not be helping either.. Oh boy..

Don t go they will waste your time. I dropped of my car at 9:00. I was told that the car would be ready later that day. I called for an update at 3:00 to find out they cannot get the part. No one communicated this with me. Lost a day of pay for no reason.

The staff was welcoming when I came in. The gentleman behind the counter took my car right in. I went out for some coffee and sat for 45 minutes and before I came back, I was called that my car was finished. No fuss, no problems.

Made an appointment same day and drove to the business. Apparently they don t take same day appointments even though the website allowed me to. I asked how long it would take guy said there were two people ahead of me and he could get me the car by end of day. WHAT?! End of day?! Not coming here again

Went in unexpectedly with damage to right rear tire on my sister s car. Called and told to come in. Patrick helped my sister right away. He told her that if the tire could be repaired that s what they would do and if it couldn t he would let her know so she could decide what to do. Fortunately the tire could be plugged and this was done within an hour and a half. Patrick was professional, and very helpful! I highly recommend this location. I have always found that the Firestone locations here and in New York to be extremely helpful customer oriented and honest about repairs. Good service good advice and customer care!

I wanted to purchase tires that were on their website and said they were in stock. However when I went to have them installed I was told they could not sell me the tires because they were old. I feel it was bait and switch because the tires they ended up selling me cost hundreds of dollars more. I had no choice but to have them installed because of damage to one of my tires and I was due for new tires. I could have had them installed elsewhere for less but I couldn't travel on the damaged tire

This place is amazing but more importantly Allen that works here is the most attentive to details, honest, knowledgeable, he went above and beyond and would not take a tip a payment or anything for the extra care he took!

They fixed my tire $20 but I wait more than 1 Hr for it and I was take looking back there. I just not understand why they talk so much and do not attend the customer quickly. If my tire is not flat I will go to a different place. But was fixed the right way.

Making an appointment is a complete joke with this place. This is the second time I've made an appointment and the same individual (Michael) immediately says they can't honor it. The first time was a simple tire rotation. After a bunch of back and forth he agreed I could leave the car and it took all day. This time it was for an oil change that I called five days in advance to make. I was assured over the phone that the appointment time would be no problem since I was concerned that I was over with my mileage and this needed to be done soon. When I arrived, it took three or four minutes of Michael staring at me from the Shop before he decides to finally come to the counter. He immediately tells me that they're busy and won't be able to get to it. I explained that I had an appointment that Alex made and he raises his hands up and looks around the place and says "I don't see an Alex around here and we can't predict the future". Nice customer service. I bought many tires over the last ten year or so from this place..... never again!

I purchased 2 new back tires a little more than a week ago. Earlier this afternoon my right back tire went flat. I brought it into Firestone and the guy Mike at the counter stated they could change the tire today. He turned the key pad around and punched all the buttons. A few minutes later as I was waiting in the waiting area I receive an email from Firestone with estimated charges of $44.85. I stated I thought it was free. Mike stated I can't read your mind and didn't think $40 was a big thing. I had to pay for road hazard for the new tire, new tire wheel balance labor, scrap tire recycling fee and FL state tire fee. I stated it would be nice if I would have known what the charges are before service. He stated we don't have to change the tire. I didn't have a choice since I had the donut on and needed a new tire. Very upprofessional and had an attitude. I'll continue with oil changes and the tires since there is a warranty, but I won't take my car to Firestone for any other service.Service: Tires

I am not expecting the Ritz Carlton of tire shops, but common decency would be nice. I saw many female customers while I was here and they all looked worn out and frustrated by the treatment they were getting by the 2 males at the counter. Many people are here because they have to be, they are missing work time, and possibly incurring unexpected expenses. Treat people like you care or at least act like it. Management needs to get rid of staff like this who are damaging their bottom line. I will go somewhere else next time. We have many cars as well as tons of family, friends and neighbors in Parkland and Coconut Reek that I will share this review with.1. Aloof people at the counter, they don't even look at you, they just stare at their computer while entering your info, especially the older white male at the counter.2. The guy at the counter did not even go out and do a walk around my car before taking all the information and letting me leave.3. They told me they would call when the car was done, I had to call 7 hours later in the day for them just to say my car was ready hours ago.4. Then I went to pick up my car, they snuck in roadside protection for the tires upping the bill by almost 12%. I never asked for the roadside protection and they never "offered" it before just adding it to the bill. Beware of this tactic, it's not a good business practice if you want customers to trust your establishment or if you want repeat customers.5. My car had dirty smudges and hand prints where they worked on the car.6. Giving a 2 star because all of these are totally preventable with training and maintaining a quality staff. Management has work to do.

If I could leave zero stars I would. My husband took my Tahoe to be serviced prior to our road trip for vacation. They not only falsely stated that I needed a new battery, but they also charged my husband an additional 26 quarts of oil which came out to $150 for an oil change! Ryan who is the manager stated they charge by the ounce. Which if you take a basic math course you d know that the math isn t mathing. My husband filed a complaint with cooperate and he contacted them. The second time he called cooperate to follow up cooperate stated that Ryan closed the case to it being handled which was a LIE. Hey Ryan do you know how bad this looks? How many people have you done this to? Ryan closed our case knowing that we were overly charged and without our permission because what he is doing is a scam. We will continue to peruse this compliant and take it further if need be.Service: Oil change
