We were looking for the 2023 WRX Premium. We also went to the other Subaru at North Miami and Pembroke Pines. Even though the Coconut Creek location is much further from me (40 minutes), but they have the color and the model we wanted. One of the main reason was that they were very helpful and work with me. They got me what we can qualify for. The showroom was nice and clean. My salesman (Pedro) was awesome. He was so helpful and explained everything thoroughly. The Finance Manager (Alex) was fun, friendly, and helpful. They have a great Team there to help you buy the car you needed and wanted. We will definitely recommending others.We gave them 9.8 out of 10

I live in Miami. 100% worth the drive to buy from this team. This was the easiest auto purchase I ve made. Diego was fantastic, fully transparent from start to finish. They were able to run my credit before I came, so I was there for about an hour and a half total. Very happy customer.

The experience was great. Diego was never pushing and always open to negotiate. I'm the type of client that not even pass by the dealer if the car I have in mind in the color that want is not available right away. Diego understand that and did tried to sell another model or another color. Then working with finance was easy and clear. Everything final price, taxes, registration etc.

It all started 1.5 years ago when I was getting my Hyundai serviced at a dealership south of you. I didn t feel I was getting the service that I deserved, so I searched and found Coconut Creek Hyundai. I called and talk to a gentleman in the service department name Mario. His professionalism and willingness to take me as a new client started off the relationship. Mario was always able to get me in for all of my service and repairs for my 2016 Hyundai Accent. Until one time, the engine was not repairable due to extremely high miles. Due to the service I received from Mario I was set on giving you guys my business for my first ever new car purchase at age 53! I shopped both of your dealerships, Hyundai and Subaru of Coconut Creek. I met Chris at the Subaru dealership one evening. He was a class act, very professional, no pressure whatsoever and with straight forward answers to all of my questions. I found him to be a very honest person. And within 72 hours of meeting him I drove away with my first ever new car ! I m proud to say I bought it from Coconut Creek Subaru. The entire experience was a very pleasant one. I would definitely recommend Chris the salesman who helped me and Mario the service twitter at Hyundai to anyone looking to have their Hyundai serviced or to buy a new Subaru. Signed one happy loyal customer!

as a first time car buyer I was a bit apprehensive the first time I came to the dealership but by the time I left, I was so pleased with the entire experience I d do it all over again. David was absolutely incredible, he worked out an awesome plan for me and was super transparent the whole process. I left the experience really feeling like I got the best deal I could have thanks to his hard work and due diligence. Alex in finance (also assisted by Robert) was a superstar! He was incredibly kind and patient and worked late when the system went down in order for me to leave with the car that same day. He was very informative and Robert was also very helpful with walking my dad and I through the steps of the contract. This whole team made me feel taken care of, and I am so happy with my new car I could scream. Give them all a raise!!

My wife and I purchased a Subaru due to the fact that we heard so many good things about how durable it is. It is so sad that nowadays good faith & honest people are very few & in between. Took my vehicle to the service department & basically was given 2 choices due to the fact that my issue was no longer covered on their warranty. Option number 1 just for them to diagnose as they say the problem with no repairs would be $250 out of pocket. Of course. Option number 2 is once they have diagnosed the issue having them repair it is obviously paying for the repair. The service associate was not very helpful. He didn't seem to care. So at the end of the day I had 1 of 3 choices pay $250 for them to tell me what the problem is. Choice number 2 fix the problem at whatever cost because they could not tell me what I might be looking at or choice number 3 drive waste gas & leave the dealership with nothing repaired for free. I picked 3. One of the things that I like best was that the service associate told me was that $250 charge was basically what they would have to pay the mechanic to bring the car in & look at it. I'm a bit confused though. Doesn't the mechanic get paid a salary or hourly to do his job? Also they had my name on a board so I could meet up with a sale person so he or she could try to get me to trade in my car for a newer one. Thank God I was able to get away from that one. So either have a great personal mechanic or buy an extended warranty. I will not recommend this dealership to no one ever! Final piece. I wish I knew the service associates name. Piece of advice to him. Show some compassion you never know in your life when you might need someone to show compassion to you.

I want to send a sincere THANK YOU to Sammy from Coconut Creek Subaru. Nobody likes car shopping, I know it stresses me out. However, Sammy did everything possible to make this experience a pleasant as possible. He worked with us to get us the car and the price that I wanted. My experience was excellent, and I would recommend my friends to stop by and meet Sammy if they are in the market. He sat in the car with me and educated me about all of its features. I am blessed to have worked with him. Thank you Subaru for hiring a great guy!

Sammy Hamideh took great care of my family and me, taking the time and diligence to inform me of my options and accommodating my financial situation in my search for a new car. Together we found a fair and great deal for my family. Well after the car buying process was over, Sammy touched off with making sure I knew all of the features offered in my car. I just purchased my second Subaru and I have stuck with Coconut Creek for their exceptional service. I don t live near this dealership but I wouldn t take my business elsewhere.The showroom experience is relaxed, great new car inventory and the salespeople are knowledgeable and friendly.

I went to look at Subarus in Coconut Creek and saw Steve Harrington and Hector and they were Absolutely Wonderful. I would up buying an Ascent Limited and there was no double talk or pressure at all. I highly recommend seeing these individuals at Coconut Creek Subaru if you re looking for a valuable vehicle and treated with Respect! They are the Best by far!!

Service dept is wonderful. I had emergency repair needed, drove over without appointment and Joe, a service manager, took my car right away. Service technician determined what was needed and because I needed to leave my car, Joe was able to get me a beautiful Subaru loaner. While I was there, my salesperson from a year ago recognized me and came over to say hello. Even though I don t live nearby, this dealership is the only one I will do business with.

Wow. With the NEW totally redesigned 2025 Forester coming out NEXT MONTH, you would think they would discount the leftover old design 2024. I was hoping to make a deal but was told to stop my email request.Update: numerous messages left for Mr. Anders and no return call.Mr. Sanders you replied to my review. I have dealt with this dealership since 2016 and I ve never been disappointed. They have always been very courteous and have responded promptly to any problems I ve had. I have been extremely satisfied with all the Subarus I ve had, and I expect to have more in the future. Their service department has been exceptional in meeting my needs. Kudos to Joe Monti in particular.

Salesman Horacio Andrade was great to deal with , took all the time we needed. Never rushed us gave us lots of choices color & equipment. This is our second Subaru bought this because last one never gave any trouble. & dependable . No I don t work for Subaru or coconut creek Subaru my entire family now drives Subaru vehicles

We honestly had no idea we would be purchasing a vehicle that day. We met the best guy there! Sammy Hamideh was awesome!! He answered all our questions and helped us get 1 of the only 3 Foresters that came in that morning! In the past ,auto purchases have been absolute misery and all day spent in frustration. This was in and out with a test drive , agreement and purchase! Love our new Subaru! Thank you Sammy for helping us out! It had been a rough week and you made it so much better!

Raj was awesome. I got picked up beforehand for free by a Lyft. The Subaru Forester was a great deal and in pristine condition. Follow up was excellent. I highly recommend Coconut Creek Subaru. I plan on getting my Outback Wilderness edition there in May.

Made the appointment, had my 2 year check up (tires rotated oil chg new wiper blades ect.) also they fixed the recall. My service mgr said it would take 1- 1 1/2 hours he was correct I was on the way home in 1hr and 15 min how great was that ..the only thing they did not do was wash the car and never offered but I was satisfied cause I only spent little time there

Richard, the service manager was a life saver! I had huge issues with my 2017 crosstrek and he offered to and dealt with Subaru of America and got many of the repairs covered for me. He was responsive, kind and compassionate. I ve never had a car dealership treat me with such kindness. I highly recommend Subaru of Coconut Creek.
