I wanted to share some feedback from my recent visit to Coconut dealership. I brought in my Elantra to diagnose issues with the undercarriage, specifically focusing on the steering rack and suspension problems. I had heard great things about Coconut, especially regarding their equipment for steering rack adjustments, which is why I chose to visit.However, my experience didn t quite meet my expectations. Despite investing over $200 for their services, I left feeling disappointed. Despite their assurance that everything was fine with my car, the steering rack continued to make concerning noises that sounded like scrap metal when driving.I believe in constructive feedback, and I hope this helps Coconut improve their service. Overall, I think there s room for enhancement in accurately diagnosing issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.Thank you for considering my feedback, and I hope my experience helps Coconut enhance their services for future customers.

Great service, but I wish they would have ordered the part for the recall. I booked my appointment much prior, and when I came, there was no recall part. Kinda disappointed, but the rest was great. The lounge room was comfortable.

My first time here to do service of my car 2023 on Saturday 02/04/23My experience was weird , a mix.. was ok and bad I should say.The greeting person s smell was terrible: sting marihuanaBrandon, my advisor was nice and kind but unfortunately he was not when I picked up my carThe report had a different tag with my name so it s weird.The report said that they did the wash and vacuum service which is not true.My car was dirty and I talked with the manager or supervisor and he instead to say: let me check it and we can do again , literally said: OK!Ha!

So picked up vehicle after the simplest of services oil change and tire rotation and unbelievably one of my rear tires lug nuts was not properly tighten. Fortunately for my own safety and the safety of my family I realized something was wrong by the time I reached the first traffic light and went right back. My adviser Ty (the saving grace of this situation) was very gracious and immediately brought vehicle back to the shop where it was confirmed that tire the lug nuts were not properly tightened. One would think every shop would road test vehicle prior to returning vehicle to customer. This error could have cost lives!**Update** On 11-22-2023 @ 11:54AM I gave Mr. Stan Anders a call and left a voice message to give him the opportunity he requested to discuss the service I received. Today is 12-6-2023 and I have yet to hear a word from him or anyone else at Coconut Creek Hyundai Service. Seemingly they just don't care. Truly believe this is extremely important for consumers to know. Let's see if this update gets any attention. I won't hold my breath!!!

Had appointment on Jan 6 at 7:30AM for diagnostic check, assigned service rep Brandon. He was 1 1/2 hours late. Told me someone should have sent me home in a Lyft. Was told part to be ordered, would take a week.No phone call from Brandon. When you call Coconut Creek phone number for service, no one ever picks up.Ever. After more than 15 attempts, I reached Brandon. He apologized and made appointment for service in Sat Feb 4. I took the day off work.Once again, he was 90 minutes late. Sent me home in a Lyft to wait. ( already waited 90 minutes)Called 3 hours later, missing a part, I would have to come back for repair.He said he would order a Lyft so I could get back to dealership. He never did. I tried calling for 30 minutes, but no response, so took an Uber myself, only to find that THE PART WAS NEVER ORDERED. This guy flat out lied to me, made me miss a day of work, and I'm out $20 for an Uber. Service manager acted like "hey, no big deal."UPDATEYou can see service manager reached out below.This is how they returned my car after the repair!!!!

Just picked up my newly purchased car days ago and came across what I d consider a pretty benign issue which, nonetheless I wanted remedied. I drove into a ridiculously backed-up entrance to the service department causing me concern from the get-go. After having to exit my car to hunt someone down, I was told I d need an appointment. Ok, I understand that. He went on to tell me that the first available appointment was over a month away! Huh? If this is the service experience myself, and other Hyundai buyers are forced to endure, I would absolutely NOT recommend this dealership. You may ask, then why give them 2 stars, well, the service guy who delivered the ridiculous news about the wait was actually very polite and attentive. That deserves a star considering how people are nowadays

Terrible customer service at the auto service area. It takes weeks to set up an appointment, they don t return calls, don t call when parts are in, and generally act as though they don t really care. We ve bought 3 cars there and leased 3 - Tyrone in sales is fantastic. But the service department is something completely different.

The last thing you want to consider is taking your Hyundai car for maintenance at this car dealership because they will keep your car for weeks without even bothering how you commute to work!They never give a loaner nor arrange for a rental car, nor even care how you would commute to work.The worst of all is when Frank Picciotti handles the paperwork at Maintenance! The most ignorant I ever came across in my 60+ years.The irony was that the car was ready 4 days before I sent a reminder to Frank that I need the car!I will sell my Hyundai and never buy Hyundai again simply because of their lousy services!

As an educated and Christian man I give people the benefit of the doubt but this facility is not a place where craftsmanship or intelligence goes hand in hand. Avoiding this facility like it was the plague is the only thing that I can for warn you about. The thought of another human being having to deal with these people sickens me to the point of massive headaches and gastrointestinal pain.

Service is terrible they don t care . Calling ahead to make sure they had parts /tires in stock made no difference . They could care less about your time or if you ever come back. They miss small details like putting a new sticker in windshield for when oil needs changing

Absolutely incompetence. Never taking my car here again not to mention they markup just about every car when other dealerships around the area sell at msrp. They wasted my time on three separate occasions. Not to mention the techs joy ride cars. Take pics of your odometer have a dash cam. If you like you car this is the LAST place I would recommend.

The staff was extremely polite and informative the entire way through the process. They were also very clear about which things would be best to handle in house and which I would be able to manage personally. That kind of honesty is the exact thing I look for when working with a car dealership. I feel like they truly have their customers best interests at heart and endeavor to provide quality customer service. Took vehicle in because engine light was on.7:30am on Tuesday spoke with Alex Casta�o, asst. serv. manager. Assigned to Jessie Leto, serv. tech. Rented a car.Called to check on status on Wednesday around 3pm. Left different messages for both Alex and Jessie.No call back.Pulled the vehicle on Thursday at 10am. It had not been touched. Over 48 hours since drop off.Note - I had asked to see if resetting the engine light would solve the problem since I had played with the gas cap. That would have taken 2 minutes. Never done.Service: Engine repair

Warranty service needed and was told I wouldn't get an appointment for over a month. Mechanical issues means it could have just gotten worse. Was asking for the reason and was absolutely even keeled and kind... can't say the woman I was speaking to. Very rude, short answer, explained nothing and acted like I should have expected this. Didn't care to give any specifics to ease my mind about my next hyundai purchase. Politely ended the call despite the rudeness and called back to see if I could speak with someone else. Phone rang non stop for about 5 minutes. A man picked up and I started to ask if I could get any feedback for why service appointments were being schedule so far out and got hung up on. Wish I had a recording of both calls for everyone to hear. 100% undeserved. I called Rick Case Service and asked the same question. Kind. Courteous. Quick answer to my question. We just signed our new lease with Rick Case in Davie on Wednesday even though they are a 45 minute drive compared to coconut creek, a 5 minute drive. Service equals sales and they don't teach that at Coconut Creek, it seems. This could've been an easy transition for a stream of future business as this was our 9th hyundai acquisition between my family.

Absolutely useless service department. Called and spoke to a girl 3 weeks ago to schedule an oil change. Had to call 7 times today before someone lazily answered to confirm, and they said they have no appointment scheduled. The scheduling department is so incompetent that they can't even enter an appointment into the system correctly. I wish I remembered the name of the girl who originally made the appointment, I would gladly call her out on her complete inability to do her very simple job. It is nearly impossible to actually get someone to ever answer the phone in service.My wife bought her brand new 2022 Santa fe Calligraphy from them, but I can assure you that her next vehicle won't come from this place. They offer 3 years of free service, but it takes 3 years to ever get one from them. It's all rainbows and sunshine when they want to sell you something. But once you buy it, good luck ever getting anyone to lift a finger to service it. Save your time and sanity and go somewhere else to buy or service your vehicle. This place needs a MAJOR overhaul of its employees, starting from the top down.**** Update **** The manager reached out to us shortly after the appointment screw up. He scheduled us for another appointment 2 weeks from the day we spoke. We accepted and brought the Sante Fe in.Fortunately for us, when we dropped the vehicle off, we made sure to speak with a service advisor. After a few minutes, we were informed that the service advisor we were originally appointed to was off for the day. Had we not asked to speak to any service advisor, our vehicle would have sat there all day with no one doing any work to it because our advisor wasn't there to accept the vehicles appointment. Joseph, our new advisor, said he had to migrate the appointment into his file so he could even see it. He said he had to squeeze us in, even though we had an appointment.My advice to the service department is to stop making appointments specific to any one advisor. That way, if the advisor is off, appointments don't get overlooked. Simply have advisors accept the scheduled appointments as the people arrive at the dealership.They changed the oil, rotated the tires, and performed a recall inspection. Everything went smooth, took 2.5 hrs, and picked the vehicle back up. Joseph, our new appointed service advisor, was great.

My first time using the Service Dept. It was a good experience. It took much longer than their estimate and my writer went home sick, so I didn't get to talk to him. I made a first, 7:30 am appointment for morning of 12/28 . I was there at 7:20, first vehicle and first person there. Someone came out about 7:30, checked in just the vehicle and then simply waled away left me standing as he went to the next vehicle behind me. Someone else came over to me and told me to go inside as no one gets there until 8 to check me in - very surprised to make me wait that long, but OK. Other customers started showing up and around 8am, they started calling customers to check them in. After about another half our and 8 people called in who clearly came in after me, I went over to find out what was going on and why wasn't I called. No one could answer me. I kept asking for the supervisor, was sent to a lane supervisor who couldn't help me and told me to wait for the service manager to come walking through some door. It truly seemed no one cared. After another 10 minutes, asked for my car back, was told I had to wait until other vehicles were checked in. AGAIN, NO ONE SEEMED TO CARE. Finally, my car was brought back, no apologies and when I told the guy who brought back the car what happened his reply was "that's how it goes". This is nothing close to how I was handled for almost 3 years up at Freehold Hyundai, these people were far from professional or caring. Maybe it was my New Jersey license plate, but they just lost a customer as I'm ready to purchase or lease a new Palisade but not from Coconut Creek. I just had to report my experience and frustration and emailed corporate.... assuming anyone at corporate cares...and have not heard back. I also posted this privately assuming someone from the dealer would contact me which did not happen. And by the way, as I was composing my email to corporate, the service department called me on my phone at 9:33 to check me in. That was over 2 HOURS after I brought in my car for the 7:30 appointment. When I explained to Brandon what happened, he basically said all he wanted to do is make sure I took my car back and hung up. No apologies, no how do we make this right....nothing.Update - did receive a response - typical canned response telling me to call the manager. Maybe he should call me?Service: Oil change

Friendly and professional greeting right from the start even tho I was a few minutes late. Ty, service writer, was very thorough and promised the car would be done, short of anything noteworthy, within about an hour. His prediction proved true practically to the minute. My vehicle had a noise coming from back. 3 other mechanics could not figure out why. Took my car to the dealership. The service manager was extremely professional. He took my vehicle in 4 hours ahead of scheduled time and had it returned within less than 2 hours. Turns out the noise was from the trunk latch becoming loose and metal hitting metal. He took care of me big time when it came to the invoice. I was very happy with the experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend this dealership.

My car needed repairs that took a few weeks and Mario gave exceptional customer service. He made sure I had a rental during the duration of my repairs and was always upfront with the how much I would have to pay out of pocket. My salesman Jason Rubinson made the appointment for me and helped me with questions I had about all the bells and whistles in the car. From the moment we pulled up to check-in to the moment we picked up rhe car, there was someone there to make the experience smooth. Connor provided us with all the information we needed and the options we had, he was knowledgeable and patient! Very good service from start to finish!
