I was so impressed with the high level of professionalism and client care at this location. I went in with an issue with my car battery that I had purchased there and the level of service I received exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be going back to this location and referring my friends.

Awful customer service with a very sarcastic manager who couldn't help someone who is handicap by a broken back and couldn't bend over to use their auto computer. I should sue him and the company for not providing handicap services. The garbage that came out of his mouth was incredible! I went to Advance Auto which helped me out and sold me the part I needed.

My car battery died and I went in to buy a new one . It was such a draining day after work , but Rohan was so kind and able to change the battery and my wipers in less than 30 mins . He is really the best and made it all a great experience !! This is a great quick stop if you need any supplies/service or just some helpful advice .

The manager was not very welcomimg, tested my battery, and had to ask to test my alternator. His assessment was that the alternator was bad. Which was not true, The alternator was brand new and installed the same day. Anyways, he did not offer an alternator as a vendor. He has very poor skills.

Location has self checkout now. Associate at the check out directed me to use it as he was too busy with his phone. Only for the checkout software to crash and he still had to come restart it. I'm thinking I might just switch to buying online if this is the level of service we will get at box store prices. Stars dropped from 5 too 2.

Horrible customer service, tried to get my battery replaced and they said I didn t buy it from there even tho it was on my account, I will definitely not be buying a battery from there ever again!!

After spending two hours between Walmart stores, I called the nearby Autozone and checked if they had the right battery for my car. They said Yes; however, they couldn't find it when I drove to the store. Then, I had to go to another one.It was not a great experience after 8 PM, on such a long and tiring day.

I went to buy a box of screws and when I got to the cash register to pay, they tell me that it is not in stock and that it is not possible because they do not have it in inventory, and I still ask him why? That I need her and she told me that she was sorry and she couldn't help me. Bad everything, bad service and poor availability. I'm not coming back anymore, I'm sorry!

I wanted to say thank you to the team tonight at this location for helping me with selecting a new battery for my car. And a big shout to Brenda for helping me change my battery. Although it was an hour before they closed, she had great customer service, was quick, and just an awesome person!

Last year I bought a battery at this place and they installed it with no issues. I've been having issues with the battery lately so I went there to get the battery replaced since it had a warranty. They agreed to give me a new battery but said they won't install it because it takes more than 30min.After realizing that the battery wasn't in stock, they sent me to another location in pompano beach and they also refused to install it. They wouldn't let me get a refund so I could buy a new battery at the dealership. Luckily there was a body shop next door and I paid a guy $75 bucks to replace it which he did in way less than 30min.So basically they only install your battery when you buy it but then if you need it replaced they make all kind of excuses to avoid doing the job.

Joey was awesome!!! I actually came in for valve stem caps and because of rain was checking out wipers. Joey saw me looking and asked if I needed help. I purchased new blades and Joey put them on my car. Voila! Now I feel confident being able to see while driving in the rain.

Christina and Nate were extremely helpful, they helped me diagnose an issue with my battery and replaced it with a new one, I payed for an upgrade and even though their policy doesn't allow for them to work on batteries in the trunk they still were able to provide me the tools I needed and the knowledge to replace my battery on my own answering all of my questions, giving me advice, and all in all making sure I could leave without jump starting my car. Thank you Christina!!!

EXCELLENT quality service. When i walked in it was immaculate. Nate the manager was very friendly and honest. He explained my options and provided the best battery and price for my model vehicle. AUTOZONE team work is amazing and the battery was installed within minutes of purchasing. AUTOZONE IS THE BEST

Came in last weekend I spoke with Lorenzo he is very knowledgeable about cars and helped me with great advice on my electrical issue. I will only come back on the weekends and ask for him.Great worker definitely see potential and not like the rest who hide in the back and talk.

They do not have enough inventory, always something missing. I went there yesterday just to buy some towels to dry my car but had to wait so long for the guy with the long beard that I left the place. He was doing too much talking with other customers. I went to Discount Auto Parts and found what I was looking for 1, 2, 3 and out quick. Not that b.s. In Auto Zone Store in Coxonut Creek.

What a great experience I had! After getting my car battery jump start, I visited this Auto Zone to purchase a new one and Nate was the kindest and most understanding person I have encounter in a while! He was genuinely happy to help me! He expertly installed the new battery and explained the warranty. I will definitely recommend this Auto Zone to everyone! Nate you are Great!!

Look, its AutoZone. How much can be said about an AutoZone? However, we did go in looking for something we had no idea about and staff was quick, helpful and friendly. So in terms of AutoZone's, this one is top notch. I wish I remembered the name of the girl that helped us, but she was awesome.2023--Went to AutoZone again for windshield wipers. Please note that I am completely braindead when it comes to automobiles. I believe his name was Eric, but whatever it was, he was great. Walked up, asked sizes, found them quick and showed me the way. Very happy with this AZ location.

Exceptional customer service !!!! I can t thank Nate enough for the level of patience and care he showed me today. Nate was very informative and knowledgeable. His customer service went above and beyond what I expected. I can t tell you the last time I went into a business and left feeling how I did when I left this autozone. Zach was very nice. He helped us do a return and purchase a new battery for our vehicle. He was kind, patient and went above and beyond by calling other stores in the area to confirm they had what we needed before sending us over. This is our new favorite auto zone store. My son went to a tire shop to change his tire. Unfortunately the guy stripped his lug nut. And didn't even try to take the stripped nut off. Which put him in a very bad position. He took it all over the place to different tire shops to get the stripped nut off. But nobody could or would. Last stop was to Auto Zone to see if they had a tool to get it off. That's when we met Ali. He saw the problem and took the time to make sure that the part that we bought would work.( it took a few tries) But finally the tool worked, and we all celebrated as if we had parted the RedSea . But that's the point. He wanted to see out problem solved as much as we did. That's what customer service is supposed to be about. Caring about resolving the customer's problem. We are so grateful and will always be an Auto Zone customer. You need more employees like Ali. Thank you so much for you service. From the Coopers

Christina was so helpful today. My jeep battery was dead, and to find out I had been buying the wrong battery the last 5 battery replacement. She assisted with putting my battery in and was very willing to answer any questions I had. I will definitely be back to see Christina!!!!!

2 gentleman we're awesome. They know their stuff. They should be promoted they are great at what they do. I really love that store. Went in for battery and came out with a much needed new battery. will be a customer for life. My husband shopped their for 11 years god rest his his sole.

Mike is on point. Professional, courteous, patient and immediately resolved 6 issues for me in less than a minute THANK YOU MIKE !!!! and AutoZone. And, the parts needed are below the price! I ve compared.Went to pick up my part Rohan was helpful with other parts. Thank you Part came earlier than expected. Yeiii
