I can't recommend this place more. The staff is helpful and attentive, especially Jada at the front desk and Garrett, who did my estimate. They were fast and accommodating and my car looks brand new!

Updated review: Had to have some body damage repaired on my Ram 2500. I was sent here by my insurance company claims adjuster. In my opinion, they did a very mediocre job at best. It took a while to get my truck back the first time. There were issues immediately that should have been a red flag. They didn t reattach the fuel filler to the body of my truck and all four valve stem covers were missing from the tires they. They had a someone come out and attach the fuel filler and the caps were located and replaced. On my way home I noticed all 4 tire were over inflated. Not to mention it was raining when I picked it up and I couldn t really inspect the paint. A couple days later I washed the truck and realised how bad a job they did!! Overspray, dull/un-buffed areas and bleed through spots pretty much everywhere they worked. They actually painted over chips in the hood!! I called them and the insurance adjuster and was asked to return the truck to them.The second time they were supposed to fix all the issues with their work. Let s just say it looked much better that the first time, but far from being done right. Still has bleed though on the hood and the most egregious thing is they failed to tighten the bolts that hold the hood on the passenger side and the hood is misaligned!!While the people are nice, especially the young lady at the front desk, their paint and body work is not great and quality control is simply nonexistent!! I would NOT recommend them and will ABSOLUTELY NOT use them again!!Updated review.

I wouldn't recommend using this company as a whole.. I seen first hand how they do business and the quality of work isn't good.. the management only cares about the bottom line and not the customers they cut corners. reuse old parts that insurance paid for then pocket the money.. workers on focus on surface work if you won't see it they don't focus on it.. paint work is subpar. cars leave with out being paint corrected.. dirt and dust though out the paint job.. cars leave this company with swirls marks though out the fresh paint.full disclosure i did worked here.. I been working in body shop for most of my life. I take a lot of pride in the work I do and I never experienced a shop not care about the quality of work that leaves their place.. there were numerous times where I was doing paint correction and the operation manager Mathias would come and literally take the car from me because "the car had to leave" he was more worried about the car leaving and getting paid for it then the quality of the work that left.. the point of this is to make customers aware of the fact that A1 body & glass robbed me of pay they shorted me $3.00 an hour for months on my pay check..so if A1 body and glass doesn't care about their employees and robbes them and then don't want to be honest and fix the issue THEN HOW DO YOU THINK THEY ARE GOING TO TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS

Jada and Garrett were both patient and helpful with any questions I had. Garrett explained the process of ordering parts and replacing the bumper really clearly. The job was done well and fast, overall really pleased!

We have dealt with A1body and glass for years, and we ve always been satisfied Jada has been such a help contacting us always being there for us answering questions, being very professional, friendly, and efficient. I must say the whole staff is very professional .. we recommend A1 Body and Glass!

Best job ever, and customer service was amazing.The work on my car was perfect even the paint on the replaced part was the same as the rest of the car.The customer service was also amazing, Jada is so pleasant to talk to and gave me accurate information o the status of the repairs.

I had a great experience. From the time I walked in Jada was beyond pleasant. Garrett was helpful and accurate with my estimate time. Throughout the time my car was being repaired, Jada kept in contact updating me. When I picked up my car, Jose was there to give me a thorough walk around to inspect my car making sure I was satisfied. I would recommend this location for repairs.

A1 Body does beautiful work. They have done repairs on our cars over the years and we have been extremely pleased with their excellent work, staff and Jada at the front desk. Garrett Pollard was my Estimator this week and he was kind, professional and honest. The prices here are very fair and the workmanship is outstanding. I highly recommend them!

Brought my car here because someone hit my car while trying to park. Jefferson (the specialist who assisted me) and Jimmy (the Director) both went above and beyond to make sure my car was delivered to me in perfect condition and for the most competitive price possible. I shopped around at 3 others places and A1 Body & Glass was the most reasonable and worth every penny considering the quality of work they do. The wait was as expected (5 days depending on the type of repair). I would highly recommend anyone to take their car here for body work.BELOW: before and after of the damage done as well as the repair

My estimator, Garrett, was excellent. He was very courteous and explained in detail the work that needed to be done to repair my car. Jada (the young lady at the front desk) called me twice in one week with progress reports on the repair. Everyone that I spoke with was very pleasant and professional. I will DEFINITELY use A1 Body &Glass again... but hopefully, the need will not arise!!Service: Body & Trim

Lazy and lying workers. They popped my hood back into place after an accident and gave me my car back with multiple warning signals on my dash about my hood. When i go back they insist the signals weren t on when they gave me the car back. Yeah right because they were on the minute I picked my car up. Save your time and money from these incompetents. Not to mention they didn t tell me that the pistons in my hood were rusty and broken after the accident - Just totally ignored that to do the bare minimum because clearly there is an issue with laziness.

Their staff is friendly, courteous and attentive. They have excellent technicians, and was able to finish my vehicle in a very timely manner and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them.

We used A1 Body a few years back and had a good experience, which is why we chose them again this time, even though they weren t State Farm approved. Big mistake because this was a six week nightmare. Being in the middle between them and State Farm, and it took six weeks to get my car repaired. Their communication with me was terrible and promised me my car at intervals of three weeks, four weeks and five weeks. I finally got my car back after six weeks and to add insult to injury my change bag was stolen with about $10 of change inside and it cost me an extra $140 for whatever reason. the only positive was their patience with me. Both Leanna and Jayda were were very nice. However, I would never ever go back there.

I cannot recommend A1 Body Shop enough! They recently fixed my car after a minor accident and I am beyond impressed with their work. From start to finish, the team was professional, communicative, and went above and beyond to ensure that my car was restored to its pre-accident condition. I had a fantastic experience at A1 Body Shop and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of car repairs. They also did an excellent job at cleaning my car post-repair.

I was in an accident in October, my car took a month to get fixed which is understandable due to the damage. When I picked up my car the paint was scratched off on the opposite side of where my car was damaged. It was thanksgiving week and I didn t have time to rent a car or bother family members to drive around. I brought the car in after the holidays. 12/27 and was told the car would be ready by the end of day or the following day 12/28 since it was just a paint job. I never received a call on both days, I had to be the one to reach out. When I reached out, it wasn t ready. I called yesterday 12/30 and they told me the car was still in paint and someone would be staying late for me and would reach out to me so the car would be ready by end of the day yesterday. No one called me. I called this morning and they acted surprised that no one called me to tell me it was ready. The front desk associate put me on hold and never came back to the phone. The phone automatically hung up and when I went to call back no one answered and put me to voicemail. I called back and found out they were closed. It s NYE, I had plans and didn t make arrangements. I understand it s the holidays and they could of been honest with me that the car wasn t going to be ready so I could make arrangements but they stated the complete opposite and I HAD to reach out to them for my car. I still don t have my car, over a mistake THEY made when I had my car in for service. They scratched the paint off of my car and now I m without a car for the holiday. I ve been coming to them for years, my entire family has. I have even recommended friends. After this disaster, I will never be coming back.

Used A1 Body and Glass to repair rearend damage on my car. This company was suggested by my insurance company. The entire experience was amazing. Enterprise was waiting for me to give me my rental when I dropped my car off. Leanna Morales was very professional and kind. She kept me updated on the status of my car's repair. She provided excellent customer service as did Garrett Pollard. My car was ready when they promised. The repairs looked amazing. Garrett Pollard took great care of me when I picked up my car. The whole process was seamless, and I didn't miss a minute of work.

A1 was excellent from start of drooping my car off they had enterprise immediately to assist with rental of car and repairs were performed and finished ahead of estimated completion Quality of repairs were excellent Customer service , Ashley was very courteous and kept me informed throughout my repair process. Garrett was very professional and explained in detail my repairs I would definitely use them again It was pleasure dealing with A1! Thank you A1 Susan

My friend's SUV was broken into at my residence (stolen airbag) and was towed to the Deerfield Beach location. We met with Garrett Pollard and he explained all that was needed for the repair and the timeline. Jada was most helpful in terms of arranging the paperwork to be sent. I would give zero stars if I could. 3 months to do the work. They call and tell me it s ready, I Uber over and pay, wait a hour in their lobby, the Manager comes out and says sorry it s not ready. Unprofessional company,. Stay far away!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

This review is long overdue. When my daughter moved here in March she needed her passenger side door handle repaired. A1 Body and Glass was recommended by a coworker and they did not disappoint, got her in right away, did the repair quickly and sent her on her way. So when my Lexus driver side door would not open from the inside a few months later, A1 Body and Glass repaired that also getting me in and out with a same day repair. Everyone I encountered there was very professional and friendly. Sal in particular made sure I was pleased with the work before I left.I d recommend A1 Body and Glass to anyone, making sure you are happy is their #1 priority.

I'm writing this review for my mom Carol DiGiacomo who is not good with this stuff lol, she is very please with the level of service that she received from Garrett and Jada at A1 Body and Glass! She said that they were conscientious and kept her updated always. They made sure that the car was completed correctly and safe before it was returned to her! Great job A1 and thank you for taking care of my mother!

A1 Body & Glass took such good care of my car. I had hit something on the road that caused major scratches all over the side of my car, which A1 handled same day and was cost-effective. Jess the manager was pleasant and her estimate was on point with the invoice. The body shop was clean and neat, they even cleaned my car which I wasn t expecting. They definitely have a loyal customer and I would absolutely recommend!

My car was a victim of a hit and run in a parking lot so my insurance company sent me here for repair. I'd read not so great reviews but my experience was seamless. I got my car back in a week!

Horrible experience mainly because of no communication or updates unless I called . I had to show up to the body shop in person multiple to get things sped up for my car to be finished. Also when I picked my car up 2 things weren t fixed which was promised to be . After a supplement was made and my body shop sent out a check for it 2 weeks went by without any update on those items arriving or even being ordered . I even spoke to the manager and still received no phone call on those 2 items. The only person that gives any type of update or help is Ashley.

Zero rate for the receptionist. who was rude unprofessional. Incompetent. I was greeted with angry nasty face she didn't provide me accurate estimated or told me for ho long the repair would take. Bad service from the beginning to the end. Also she gave papers to si saying that would be charged $35 a day for storage in case I could not pick.up my car on time. Sounded like was been trapped . Gave me Bad impression about this. Would never ever return or recommend. To anybody.
