These folks are great. They take care of everything for my cars. Nice, courteous and actually fun to stop by and chat. Very knowledgeable and also open to customers opinions and recommendations. Rare find. If you use them you will know what I mean. Thumbs up

I am very happy with my service at Winner! I needed to get my car diagnosed and they were able to fit me in quickly. They were super helpful and understanding when I had to tow my car to a different shop (part warranty).

Winner Auto Center always does an excellent job whenever I take my car in for repairs. They are very professional and best of all they are trustworthy and they do things right at a fair price. I highly recommend them.

I brought my Honda Pilot to Winner Auto Center under a recommendation from one of my neighbors. I am from Massachusetts and new to this area where we are relocating. My car had overheated due to radiator hose that burst, Robert was extremely fast in identifying the problem and changing both radiator hoses and thermostat. The car has been running fine since. I am very pleased with the work performed and the price. I am going to bring my car back to that auto center and highly recommend this place for honest and excellent business practices.

I do some light maintenance/repairs on my vehicles myself but when I have a problem I m not equipped to handle in my driveway I come straight here. Brought a few family members vehicles here too and always had a positive experience. Highly recommended!

Moving to a new state and finding reputable and trustworthy places to do business with can be a tough learning curve ESPECIALLY when it comes to a reputable auto repair place. After dropping off our vehicle at the Chevy dealer and not getting any response from them after 3 days, we had enough and decided to just go get the vehicle (which they had not even touched). Back to the drawing board. I did a search (which I wish I would have done BEFORE taking my vehicle to the Chevy dealer.... who has horrible reviews) ..... I found Winner Auto, and bonus, it's just down the road from us. I called and told Rob the issue and he pretty much knew what it was and was able to get my vehicle in right away. They fixed the issue the same day! SO, we decided to bring our second vehicle there for brakes which they were able to get in right away and again, they did not disappoint. Recently, one of our vehicles was involved in an accident. The body shop told us we needed to replace the suspension because it was "dangerous" to drive. I called Rob, told him all about it and he said to bring it in and they would be able to look at it right away. As it turns out, it wasn't the suspension at all. They were able to fix the underlying issue the same day and we had our vehicle back again (in case you were wondering, it was bad brakes, calipers, etc.) which is much less of an expense than replacing the suspension! I will continue to take my vehicles here. They are honest, trustworthy and always willing to take a look at any issues. Rob is always very helpful, nice but most of all I appreciate his honesty!

I noticed a slow leak in my tire so I called Rob and he was able to get my car in right away. The leak was patched and I was on my way! Rob is very knowledgeable and friendly. Trevor did a great job patching my tire. Everyone is so kind, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Winner Auto Center.

I'm writing this review because I feel like the guy "Rob" that answered the phone was a little rude and short with me on the phone this morning.I called to asked a few questions about my vehicle. It is having some computer issues and I wanted to make sure that Winners was equipped to deal with new vehicles with computer issues. He said "well I don't know until I can look at it" which is understandable... however I can only have my car towed 1 time and didn't want to have to tow it a 2nd time if they were not fully equipped to diagnose computer problems. He then said take it somewhere else then" he wouldn't just say... I'm sorry we are not equipped to deal with those kind of issues, or yes we can deal with all issues. I am fairly new to town and have been looking for a place I can trust to take my car. Winners was recommended to me but, after the way Rob was so quick to dismiss me and send me somewhere else. That is just what I'll do... go somewhere else.

Winner Auto is by far the most honest shop in Brevard county. They do great work and won't try to charge for service that isn't needed. Their prices also beat every other shop I've consulted. Bonus-great customer service!

I purchased this car and Winners went through it top to bottom to make sure there were no problems. They also fixed our SUV that we had been quoted $900 by another repair shop,?for a new AC and found it was it was a $50 part!

Originally, I went to the dealer to get the issue diagnosed. Came here to get the work done. The expectation was to save money. It ended up being the same amount after it was all said and done.They used an outside person to program the car, and he did not complete the job. Put the auto shop and myself in a precarious situation regarding the finalization.I paid the services and didn't receive the proper work. Was blamed on the dealer by the third party person they brought in to do programming. Went back to the dealer and paid another diagnostic fee for them to finalize the job that was originally supposed to be done by the person hired by Winners. Come to find out Winners said the issue they were fixing wasn't the problem. I thought it was an excuse. In fact they were right.I'm pretty sure their work is A1 on other mechanic jobs. This particular circumstance involved technical and electronic programming that was out of the spectrum of the normal mechanical work being done. At the end Winners was correct about the issue and Paradise Ford was wrong. Winners has real mechanics not part changers.

As soon as I pulled in it felt like a good place. Rob greeted me then intelligently explained the things needing done. Got it done, work was excellent. Before I made my appointment, I stopped in to ask if they were able to reset my car's service alert after the oil change. The man behind the counter told me they could. I also asked if they could check the suspension sensors, and he said yes. Needless to say the only thing they did was change the oil for over $100. When I asked why, he said they weren't going to purchase the computer that plugs into the car to read what the car's computer is is relaying. I never would have made this appointment if the man behind the counter would've been honest. I won't be going back to any place where their honesty is questionable.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Just have to tell others about our experience. Honest, trustworthy, reasonable and dependable. We were on vacation and our car threw a code...yikes. They got us in did an evaluation and didn't try to do unnecessary service and their price was so reasonable. Cant say more. What a great place. in Cocoa FL. This place Rocks!I should have came here 1st to get my brakes done. I am beyond happy in my now Safe vehicle. My brakes where fixed right the FIRST time with no attitude. I will come back here first for anything else that may arise. Thank You, Thank You

After three attempts to get a windshield washer pump repair! This establishment finally was able to order the correct part . And when I left this establishment I was missing a hub cap !I will never go back to Winner Automotive the place has changed in the last 6 months or so ! What happened to the previous owner ? I had better service then!
