Been coming to this location for years and I've never had any issue with an oil change or a set of new tires. I understand that it does take time to get Services done and I also understand that there's people in front of me which prolongs my visit to this location. I will not complain about a long wait especially if there's five cars in front of me. On average it takes 20 minutes to do an oil change so if there's 5 cars in front of me there's an hour and a half of waiting right there. But then again it all depends on how many techs they have working in the shop when I show up for service. The pricing is the absolute best as no other shop in the area can compare to the pricing that Walmart has. And while the employees might not be perfect they do strive for excellence and try to make the visit as pleasurable as possible.

I was unsure if I got the total amount of oil on my last oil change with Rural Purple. There should be no reason within 4 months, that my oil was a quart low with Royal Purple. I started to question if Royal Purple was even used?? To be on the safe side, I had the oil changed again. The associated understood my concern and he only charged me for the "pit crew", and I bought the five quart bottke of Royal Purple myself (as I did previously).I think you should be allowed to only be charged the "pit crew service" price when you bring buy their oil of their shelf.Walmart would rather lose oil (don't have to use their bulk oil in the bay) than to make a customer happy. And also lose the purchase of the oil off their shelf that you would have bought on their shelf!

Well service sucks since you can't get them to answer the phone. But goes to show don't trust Walmart on anything. No wonder I give my business to everyone else. I dnt even know why this wal mart is open. If it's not the store it's the other departments... Worthless...

Damaged my car during a routine oil change. They cracked the oil filter housing and it cost me 1100$ in repairs. They filed a claim and I'll update this review when the claim pays out.

They need to change what it says the work they can do because I went to check on some services, and even though it is written as a service they provide, they don't. Change the services provided in you marketing that is false advertising.

Had a slow leak on a tire. Just stated tire repair. Would have liked to know what caused it.

Do NOT use the auto service at this Walmart! The technicians know nothing about how to deal with cars correctly. Did an oil change at this auto center and my engine failed in the middle of road. Had to tow my car to the mechanics I trust and spend an extra $600 to fix it. This place also has an extremely irresponsible auto service manager who went for a lunch break and never came back. Stay away from their auto service if you don't want get into trouble.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with the Walmart Auto Shop. I called multiple times to schedule an appointment for a service and was extremely frustrated that no one ever answered the phone. When I raised this issue I was surprised to find that they didn't seem to be interested in improving the situation. They showed no concern for the inconvenience this was causing customers and seemed content with the current state of affairs.

Call, and call, and call - Phone rings but nobody is home...EVER! 9AM, 10AM, 1PM now. I call and wait 5-min, still ringing...Leave the house and drive to Walmart Tire Center in Cocoa, still on phone, and now 13-minutes on the call. I go in, and you can barely hear the phone in this department ringing. With the aging old man behind the desk, it is NO wonder he don't hear the phone ringing. Maybe they ought to pull out 1 of the devices they sell, that has a flashing light each time the phone rings! TERRIBLE for business, but really think they could care less!Service: Tires

On the day I was there, I had tried for 2 days to call to make sure they had my tires in! After 2 days..finally someone answered and scheduled me for 7 am the next morning. I got there at 6:45, only to find out that only one young man was there. I understand policy of having 2 people for safety. However, the second person wasn't due in until 8:00! The girl that was working there was calm and in control..however I was starting to loose it(yikes). They finally called the manager in and he took my car in straight away. The 2 girls at the customer service desk were wonderful and very professional trying to get my call through. And the girl working in auto was also. So after almost 2 hours..I was happy with my tires. Work on the scheduling please?!

Not convenient at all. This was our second attempt here. The first they said they couldn t work on the vehicle because the studs were stripped. We fixed that.We have one vehicle so to make it easy, we ordered the tires we wanted online for next day after 11. It was noon, so my husband decided to take the 20 min trip over. After waiting forever at the counter to talk to someone, they began to search. Turns out that the delivery came but nobody was there and signed for it so they couldn t locate FOUR tires. Then they said they found them, took our keys, lifted the vehicle, removed all four tires oh gee it s closing time and now they couldn t find the tires again.Six hours, 6, waiting for them to figure it out and still leaving without much needed tires.I canceled the order and will never come back. Would not recommend wasting time here. We ll take the drive to see some professionals.

Got 4 new tires I told them I only wanted the tires and road hazard because they said it was $10 a tire for road hazard and then they charged me an extra $64 on top of the $40 for road hazard for lifetime wheel balance. I said I did not want wheel balance my husband works at a dealership.... they said its mandatory with road hazard. So that makes road hazard 26 a tire NOT 10 if its mandatory.....and furthermore i went on the site to see what I get for the extra 64 dollars there was no description and even worse it was cheaper on the website by 8 bux..... sincerely disgusted with this store!!!!!

I needed a new tire so went to have it replaced. Pulled up to see one garage open but the chain was up on both sides with no car being serviced. I saw a couple of the employees standing around the area and one asked how he could help, I told him about my tire. He told me that he didn t they didn t have enough to change the tire so I called to make an appointment no one answered so I called again and they said they no longer make appointments for tire replacement and you basically have to call and hope there are enough employees that day to change it. Usually Tuesdays were a good day. I get that there is a labor shortage but shouldn t there be scheduling so you know when you can service someone s tires? And why were people just standing around?

I took my car here for a windshield wiper installation, not even a week later, I m on highway 95 in the pouring rain and my windshield wipers fly off. I have to drive 20 minutes in the pouring rain unable to see. I go back to Walmart to have them fixed and Moses tells me they can t install new windshield wipers because the actual piece of my car that the wipers click onto is broken from the incident. I now have to find and pay a new mechanic to replace that piece on my car because Moses and his team put on my windshield wiper incorrectly and damaged my vehicle, not to mention almost killed my family during a rainstorm. I am so incredibly angry at the sloppy work that Moses and his team did to my car and I m even angrier that they refused to fix the damage that they caused to my car. Who knows how much $ it will cost to repair my vehicle. Avoid this place AT ALL COSTS or you could end up being very sorry.Service: Wiper blade installation

went there for several days in a row to replace my tire. They always finds an excuse to refuse you, even if there are many staff there who have nothing to do there.

I went for an oil change less than an hour ago. The guy in customer service was really nice and he said it would take about a half hour for it to be done. I walked around the store for maybe 5 minutes and they were already done! Good job all around!

Checked on line. My battery was in stock. Best price. Free installation. Drove down. An associate grabbed the battery I needed, said have a seat. In less than 20 minutes he called me to check outPainless. Only negative is that no one answers the phone when I call.

Upon arrival I waited 10 minutes for service. The techs would walk by, see me waiting, and keep walking. The phone was ringing off the hook. Some techs even opened the window and reached inside to grab papers or to avoid dealing with me. After another customer finally found someone to help us, I waited 2 hours for an oil change. Finally had to ask the very unhappy-looking service writer if my car was done after I noticed it wasn't in the bay anymore - it was, they just never bothered to let me know. Got in my car and noticed some of my stuff was moved around. That was unnerving. They didn't even reset the maintenance light. To top it off, a piece of the seal around the driver's window was now broken and sticking out - why did they need to even touch my windows? I told the manager who didn't seem concerned. He had me roll up the window and it became streaked with black sticky stuff. I showed him and he ignored it, and then cut off the piece that was sticking out, told me to have a nice day and walked away. I didn't think it was possible to screw up a simple oil change this badly but Walmart manages. Spend the extra $10 and go somewhere else. I recommend Solar Lube in Cocoa Beach.

I just tried to call to arrange for a tire rotation. Twice. First time, they picked up the phone and hung it up again without saying a word. Second time, it rang for 3 minutes before getting picked up by the main office, and I was told they were extremely busy and not the only customer trying to get through, and the woman on the phone said she had just paged them to answer their phones, then told me to call back in 30 minutes. F that. I'm calling the Merritt Island branch.

Because I went to get a oil change, and they busted up my oil pan. They didn't even offered me a ride home. They took it to a mechanic who changed $1,175 to put on a oil pan and to fix one of my motor mounts. So therefore he charged so much that I have to wait on a check from Corporate. This was 17 days ago, and I still haven't got my car back. They didn't offer me a rental, or gove me one either. So I have walk or catch the bus now. It's going to be 3 weeks before I'll get my car back! Apparently this happens quite often. I recommend people to get their oil changed at a mechanic shop. Ateast they can fix it on the spot!

Came in to get the oil changed, and after they changed the oil, the car wouldn't start. They claimed they needed to change the battery, too. Our battery was just fine before the oil change. No symptoms of battery failure at all. Either they are deliberately sabotaging people's cars in a pathetic attempt to get more money, or they're incompetent to the point where they can't complete a simple oil change without screwing up something else in the car. Never going back. Not worth a cheap oil change if they cause damage to the vehicle.

I brought my vehicle in yesterday 02/25/20 for servicing. My vehicle wasn't able to be completed until after the counter closed for the day, so with the employee's (Adam) permission, I left my vehicle in their care overnight and told Adam I would be back to retrieve it when they open at 0700.I arrived at 0703 and waited at the empty counter. At 0710 an employee (Trish) made her first appearance to open the counter. I informed her I was there to pick up my vehicle from the previous evening. I handed Trish my claim slip and requested to pay my so I could have my car back. Trish told me there was no cash drawer at the counter, which required her to leave and go all the way across the store to the front (that trip took 8 minutes), and then return with the cash drawer, prepared for business. When Trish made her return to the counter, she informed me that my service order and MY CAR KEY HAD BEEN LOST since last night! I made it very clear that I did consider this to be theft of my vehicle, since they lost my car key and refused to return my vehicle to me without the key. I begged several times to pay my bill, and informed them I did have my own copy of my car key on me, and therefore would not allow them to hold my property hostage from me just because they somehow lost the key I gave them!Lucky for me, Trish was extremely patient and went above and beyond to resolve my issue. She was eventually able to locate my vehicle key IN AN UNSECURED SPOT (keys are supposed to be locked and secured away) completely out of place! Thank you, Trish! Please, let me be clear: WALMART LOST MY CAR KEY, ATTEMPTED REFUSAL OF RETURN OF PROPERTY, AND FINALLY FOUND MY CAR KEY OUT IN THE OPEN COMPLETELY UNSECURED! I WILL NOT BE STEPPING FOOT IN THIS WALMART FOR THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE, AND I SUPPORT ANY OTHERS NOT SPENDING THEIR MONEY OR TIME IN THIS CRIMINAL ESTABLISHMENT!

Brought in my car for a tire balance because of a bumpy ride and a slight pull to the side. I left and the pull was still there so I took the car to a different shop for an alignment a week later and found out I had a separated tire. I called to complain that the tire was likely separated when I was there because I came in for the pull in the first place, Walmart claims that it must have separated after I left despite me noticing no change in driving quality. I spent $40 for lifetime tire balancing that I won't be using because I'm convinced their techs can't even spot a separated tire.

First come first served , after a hour wait i had got a ride home and made arrangements I would be called when my vehicle was completed. A total of five hours later I called to inquire if my vehicle was done when the woman answered said she tried to call me but it went to voicemail .She left no message nor did my phone show I received a call .

I had a new tire put on my car. It was relatively inexpensive so that was good but it took about an hour and a half because they were busy. Other than that no complaints everybody was friendly and helpful.

I was there around 2pm to exchange a defective battery which requires a CSM approval. CSM was in the office on the phone and ignored requests for assistance by cashier for over 10 minutes. Instead he closed his door to ignore things further. After 20 mins someone came from elsewhere in the store to do the CSM function. There was at least 1 other person who waited as long as me needing the CSM approval.
