I came in for two oil changes, Nissan Sentra and Dodge Ram, our technician Daryl was absolutely amazing and very professional! Talked us through everything and was easy to talk to. Definitely needs a raise! Only guy in the shop too. ( even gave us water )

Rich and Daryl are great! I highly recommend using this location. These two guys really know what they are doing. They are very informative and have great customer service. We were met with a bottle of cold water which I thought was a nice touch. I will definitely be using this location moving forward.Thanks Daryl and Rich for being a great example of what customer service should be!

I had the pleasure of going to Strickland Brothers yesterday for an oil change at the location on West King st in Cocoa! Zack and Daryl were very professional and very nice! I feel they go above and beyond! I hope all locations are the same! I will definitely be back and I will refer others! BTW they offer a 25% military discount!

Quick and professional. Daryl met me with a cold bottle of water before I pulled in the bay and he was transparent about additional fees my car would incur because of a specialized filter my car takes and an extra quart of oil. Excellent service!

I always go to Strickland Brothers for my oil changes and they are always helpful and professional I just went again today and I have nothing but great things to say about Zack and Darrell who were working alone today . Very respectful and professional Zack was very nice and informative Explaining everything he was doing as he went along I would recommend them to anyone needing an oil change! I never feel taken advantage of or like they are trying to push products on me Thank you!

Did not have my car serviced here, but did get it towed away in the evening after they were closed. I am from New Mexico where people are friendly and don't prey on other people. I did not see the tiny no parking signs, if the lot was clearly marked I would not have parked in it. Parked by other cars parked in the same parking lot only to find car gone when I returned. Yes, they had full right to tow my car but, If your business is closed what does it hurt for someone to use your parking lot. I suspect they make more on cars getting towed than they do on car service. No doubt I got scammed in Coco, Fl. I had to pay $414.43 cash to get my car back. Thanks for a learning experience. Fool me once.........I would never trust my car to someone who preys on others.

I came about 20 minutes early than opening time. I didn't know if anyone was in the shop and Rich came out and helped me before opening.I appreciated that and they gave great service. I would recommend them to everyone who's looking for an oil change with great service.

Zack was very friendly and helpful. He was outside with a $20 off discount sign; Which he applied to my bill. He made the experience great! Worked quickly and efficiently! Definitely will continue to go here and recommend others!

The technicians were really wonderful. They knew how to perform the oil change properly and efficiently. They were careful to look up the type of oil and how much oil car needed. They were very courteous. And the shop area was clean. I will now take all my cars to these people for oil changes in the future.

Polite, fair, upfront with what the vehicle needed and didn t need, and didn t charge me for something I didn t need. Also gave me a $10 off coupon when I could not get into my email to access a coupon sent to me. They offer you a bottle of water while you were waiting which I thought was a nice touch. I told them to offer chocolate chip cookies and I would tell everyone I know about them! But seriously, I can t say enough good things about this place.

The customer service from the employee Lavon was immaculate, he was very thorough and answered all my questions! He explained to me when to come back for an oil change! He does an amazing job. The other employee did a great job on my oil change. My car rides smooth. They're a great team together. I was in and out very fast service. I'll be back for sure.

25% Military Discount! The service was quick and honest. I got my oil changed, and from the start they told me the base price for it and what could be an additional charge. They showed me my filters to decide if they needed to be changed and treated me with respect.

4th visit and again am thoroughly pleased. They are always fire at this location. Today I was serviced by Izzy and Daryl and their service was above and beyond. They took the time to explain everything and my optionsPlus, I was still in and out in 5 mins or less, not that I was in a hurry. They're no joke. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. This is the only spot I will ever go.Thank you guys!

Great service experience! I normally take my vehicle to a local shop where it's a process to even set up an appointment. But being pressed for time, I decided to give Strickland and try and and was very pleased.I was initially met by an friendly employee who handed me a cold bottle of water and (unexpected and appreciated) welcomed me. One car in front of me was done quickly and I was done within approximately ten to fifteen minutes. Guys were very thorough and explained what they did when asked! Pricing was very reasonable as well (my air filter was replaced for cheaper than what I would have paid at an auto parts store).I feel bad for not retaining the employees name, but I used the Cocoa Village (Fl.) location.I have found a new place for my oil changes!

Ask for Zack!! He was so honest said I still had 2000 miles on my last change! So I bought a new air filter! Great Service! Great guys!!!
