I worked with Kyle W. on purchasing a brand new ZH2. Its arrival was unexpected by both of us. But he made the process exceptionally quick. The bike arrived Wednesday, was built by Thursday and I rode it away Friday. Exceptionally fast and easy purchase!Gannon in parts was also very helpful in making a selection on a new helmet, thoroughly explained everything I needed to know, as well as pros and cons between helmet shapes, brands and features available to me!

Had an amazing experience buying my first bike! Matias was extremely helpful from the moment I stepped foot in the door. Very knowledgeable and I would recommend everyone I know to go to Matias!Adding to the review I just bought my second bike ever from Matias and he always hooks me up with the best service and looks out for the customer definitely recommend Sky Powersports and make sure you ask for Matias!

I came here on a whim to look at bikes and came back the same day to purchase my Ninja 650. Nathan helped me through the whole process, and was super personable, knowledgeable, and patient. He answered all my questions, helped me understand different styles of bikes, got my helmet outfitted with a new coms system, and gave me some riding skills tips. Definitely a reflection of what you d hope the motorcycle community to be! Overall great experience.

Purchased a new Ninja 500, today. Scott was awesome to deal with. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the motorcycle Could not have had a better experience purchasing the bike.Scott was also very detailed on walk thru of the Tft display on the motorcycle. Definitely will be back for next purchase.

I love going to Sky Powersports in Cocoa to buy my bikes! I have bought two motorcycles from there and each time was a great experience! Scott in Sales sold me my new Triumph and he made the buying process easy. He is very reliable and kept me updated through the entire purchasing process. He went out of his way to track down the bike of my dreams through the state and went above and beyond. I highly recommend going to Sky and seeing Scott if you are interested in purchasing a motorcycle or any vehicle. He is very knowledgeable and will help you with all your needs. I will absolutely be going back there to make future purchases! 100% recommend!

I was shopping around as I had just bought a new Honda Pioneer and didn't like it for various reasons, so I called Sky Powersports and talked to Kyle and went back and forth between two other dealers. Sky Powersports gave me the best trade and also best "out the door price". Bought a new Kawasaki Mule from Kyle. Highly recommend Sky Powersports for any potential buyers. Highly recommend Kyle Witt for your salesman.

Stopped in today just to look around. Gannon Avery spent a lot of time with us. He showing us many awesome motorcycles. He was very informative about all of the models the shop had. Went to sky to buy a motorcycle, and Mattias was was the first to greet us and made us feel super welcome. He made the entire buying process streamline and easy, and was super knowledgeable when answering all questions about the bike & financing.He gave great advice when looking at new helmets, gear, and servicing - he worked really hard to make a dream come true! :-)Gannon at the parts counter is also awesomely knowledgeable about all the cool stuff dealing with our gear, and made sure we had proper fitting replacement parts for older motorcycles.We definitely plan to talking with Mattias when preparing to purchase our next motorcycle.I would recommend him whether you're an experienced or new Rider!

Recently purchased a Triumph T100 through Kyle at Sky Powersports in Cocoa. The whole process was painless, efficient, and I left feeling happy with the deal I received. I felt the dealership gave me a fair price on my trade and new purchase . Kyle helped me through the whole process and communication was great. The finance process was quick, smooth, transparent and pressure free. Highly recommended and will be the first place I look for any future purchases.

Be careful here... be very careful. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!Apparently this dealerships reputation is only worth $48.00 and a phone call as that's all it would have taken to prevent this bad review. I've purchased 3 vehicles and a vessel from this dealership since its opening, servicing them all onsite. Years later and becasue of this relationship, I brought my most recent purchase to them for service. This last time upon pick up I notice a part was broken and immediately brought this to the attention of the Service Tech. The tech said the Service Manager will be calling me within the hour and we will have this taken care of. Weeks later now- no call, no return call after an inquiry, and I had purchase (for $48.00 retail) the piece this dealership had clearly broken. I did wonder why the tech kept asking me why am I having them do the service- he must of known something I didn't...I didn't catch the hint. 5 day wait for the service, charged 85.00 more than book cost, no responsibility for breaking a vital cover part. Be careful here... be very careful.

Scott Ross is your guy. Great customer service. I never felt pressured. Very relaxing environment. Show room is great with a good selection.It s been 15 years since I purchased a new motorcycle and I m glad I went with Sky power sports to purchase my new 2024 Honda Transalp.Thank you Scott and everyone at sky power sports in Cocoa.

Beyond amazing experience, I always take my bike to sky for service or new purchases, and they never cease to impress me. Their professionalism and honesty is over the top refreshing, and the communication and friendliness of the staff is like talking to family. A special 5 star to Gannon in the parts dept. Always honest and never makes you feel like you re being pressured. Gannon did nothing less than save my life with a purchase of some new tires. He checked my existing, gave me some advice and said have a good day. I never felt forced to make a new purchase, I wanted and needed to make a new purchase, and thanks to Gannon, I did it at the right time and the right place. He found things that could have caused serious injury or death to me, and was confident enough to point them out to me and still let me make a decision on what to do with no pressure.His suggestions and direction not only put me on the road with new tires, but my bike rides better and safer than ever thanks to Gannon. I will continue to bring my business and questions to Sky of Cocoa, and I would do nothing else but urge anyone with a bike to do the same.Thank you Sky, and thank you Gannon for keeping me safe on the road!John B

Got my self a Vulcan S from Sky Powersports. Had the pleasure of having Scott Ross as my guide to purchasing my new bike. He was a great help with everything from getting a new kit for my bike to guiding me through breaking in the bike. Awesome friendly staff who didn't bother wasting my time. Will return for next purchase.

I've just had the best buying experience ever. Over the years I have purchased many motorcycles and cars, and this place puts every other place to shame.Everyone at the dealership was really nice and friendly, and I'm not talking about fake dealership slimy kind of nice, you could tell that is genuine and all employees from sales person to parts guy on helmets, jackets etc, to a finance guy at the end, and managers as well. These guys deserve more than 5 stars and I highly recommend this place to anyone within driving distance. I drove 100 miles to get there because they had the bike I was looking for, but I will gladly keep coming back for anything I will need in the future, regardless of distance.Go there to buy a bike or accessories and gain friends.Big

Okay I brought my bike in for service my right fork was leaking they took it in saying it would take 4 hours and then I added an oil change to it they said they ll do it no problem they got everything done in 3 hours. I ve been to a lot of dealers around my area I will from now on ride the extra hour to get here awesome customer service very professional and friendly I recommend this dealer every day if ur planning on buying the sales staff are awesome especially Luigi Darcourt. Thanks for making my experience great sky power sports.

Just drove home my 5th vehicle in two years from Sky Powersports, a 2022 Can Am Ryker 900. I really can't say enough about this dealership, the same folks, every time I come in. That says a lot about good employees that are happy and that means great service in all areas for customers. I especially want to give special thanks to Jason Gardner in sales and finance, he has been instrumental in every purchase I've made from this dealership. Everyone from the top management down is there to help. I'm sure there will be more toys to follow, it's good to know and trust your local M/C dealer. Thanks Jason and the rest of the team at Sky Powersports!

The employees here go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of, offering the definition of excellence when it comes to customer service.I must absolutely rave about Gannon over in parts as well. I came in not knowing what prices and brands I should look forward to for my CBR, and he went above and beyond showing me the different prices, brands, and classes of tires. If you are in need of tires or any parts in general, make sure you ask for him!

And to top it all off. Gannon helped me pick out the perfect helmet to go along with my new bike. What a team. If you are in the market for new or used powersports. I had several fantastic experiences at this location. Jason was my sales guy and he went above and beyond to try and get me the price I wanted. I bought a 22 Honda rancher and enjoyed my experience so much I went and bought a 23 just a couple days later for the wife to ride. I think when it was all said and done he probably had 80 buyers orders printed out but we got to where I wanted to be. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and ready to chat. I will definitely go here again if I'm looking for a Honda or other brand they carry.

Gannon in Parts at sky power was very helpful, quick to respond, and based off of the little information I was able to provide him he was able to very accurately provide me with the parts list and information I needed to get my bike up and running after a long stressful recovery after my accident. Very knowledgeable and I highly reccomend requesting him if you want the best end results for your bike ! Not to mention he sold me on a Helmet that saved my life after going down head first in the accident.Thank you Gannon !
