I found Rotation Industries online while searching for a set of wheels for my Harley Davidson Street Glide. I emailed their sales department to check and see if they had the wheels I wanted in stock. Sadly they did not, but Don was kind enough to show me some other options that he had available. He ended up getting me a good deal on a different set of wheels that I liked better! Don was great to work with and I am very happy with the service I received so far. I will update my review once I receive my new wheels! Highly recommend Rotation industries for all your motorcycle needs.Edit: I finalized my order at 5pm on a Monday and my wheels arrived by 11am Thursday! Can t praise Rotation enough, these guys rock!

5 stars is not enough! The care, concern and integrity of Brian is refreshing! We needed quite a bit of service done on the Harley including new tires, and everything was done to perfection. Thank you so much!

Absolutely the best customer service in the industry. These guys will and have changed their very website at times to help me. They are quick with communications and very helpful and professional. I always look at their inventory before looking anywhere else for parts.

Some real amazing bikes, ton of parts in stock and awesome owners to boot! They obliged us with a tour of their new expansion and the shop was super clean and high tech, very impressed with my visit!

ZERO STARS! PISS POOR WORKMANSHIP & INTEGRITY!!I brought my HD there for a 5000 service. (Normally I'd do this myself, but I was in a pinch for time to do many rides for charity, etc.) I brought a perfectly fluid tight bike there, and was returned a bile with an inner primary cover leaking so badly, you'd think it was by design.Now comes the even piss poorer part: He tells me AFTER THE SERVICE IS COMPLETE, that 'it may leak, as I had trouble with the drain plug installation, but it wasn't our fault'. Had they called me and informed me of this BEFORE I came to pick up the bike, I MAY have believed the story. But no; in fact, they wanted ME to FIND THE INNER PRIMARY COVER MYSELF, PAY FOR IT, AND THEY'D INSTALL IT.Stay far away from this place!

I wish I could give negative stars. So rude. If you walk in and want or ask about anything he doesn't care about, he'll treat you like dirt. He must think he doesn't need any business. Don't waste your time.

Found a bike I fell in love with and bought online from this shop. Unfortunately I had to deal with the headache of finding a reliable shipping company for transport to GA which was a whole ordeal in itself for me. I had no idea would be so difficult but the owner Don Smith of the shop was so kind about all the hiccups I was having and was understanding about my situation and the length of time he had to hold my bike for me. Very understanding and kind wonderful business owner! Will definitely be doing business with them in the future. I appreciate the easy communication I had with them

If you are considering a wheel upgrade talk to Rotation. Their response was immediate and impressive to my questions. More over they installed them quickly and serviced my bike while in their shop. Great team and very knowledgeable.

Don t take your bike to theses guys. I took my bike in for a head gasket. I had to take it back three times due to the fact it was leaking oil. So I paid the guys to fix my head gasket and now my carburetor is out of adjustment and my bike leaks oil. Never leaked oil before I took it to these so called mechanics. So what I m trying to say is if u care for your bike STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Hopefully no one else has to go through what I went through.

No review before it's time. Rotation set me up with a beautiful set of wheels for my FLTRU a few weeks back. I Love Them. I was a little skeptical at first with a 21in. front having not ridin anything but 19in. What a difference. Rotation and all the guys are tremendous. Check em out!

Stopped by to check it out. Got the tour from owner of this fine establishment. Full service motorcycle shop and parts supplier. Nice and clean with friendly staff. I'll be sure to contact them when its time for service.

Exactly what I was lookingmlooking for, tire and wheel with bearings ready to throw on the bike and ride! 21" Reinforcer for my 2017 RG with ABS. Great quality, tire is mounted and balanced, also came with fender risers and a T shirt.

Happen to see the new store on Hwy 1...stopped by and had both tires replaced...Brian dropped me off at my house and picked me up the next day...excellent service...really impressed with the extremely clean and organized shop area...highly recommend this shop!!!!!
