Described to them an issue with a water heater under warranty. Took about a week to get scheduled. They called day of, showed up 2 service men, ran diagnostics, replaced the bad part, and were gone in 30 minutes, all fixed. Cost me for the site trip only.

They are great. I needed a minor repair to my generator. They not only fixed it but also took some time to explain to me some of the do's and dont's of my electrical system. I would highly reccommend them!

Today they carried out the Keystone gas regulator recall on my trailer. From initial phone call to completion they were very efficient in obtaining the parts and scheduling a good time to do the regulator swap.The job threw us a curved ball with an unexpected leak but no one missed a beat. Problem solved effectively with good cost efficient solution.Good job guys :)

We brought our 2003 Born Free 24RB RV to Ron Osburn for a numerous coach repairs and the installation for a new refrigerator. They also repaired electrical problems, rear bumper, coach water hose assembly, water heater, coach heater, awning, and a new coach water pump.Mary is the best. She kept us informed at every step. Doug performed many of the repairs and oversight and took his time to explain all of the work completed. I truly appreciated his time, knowledge, and experience. We needed our slide toppers replaced on our class A, I called everyone in the area. Ron's Rv was the only one that answered their phone, Mary helped me get a quote same day and scheduled same week. Not only that they came to the RV park to replace them. The two guys, Mike and Terry, that came were excellent and went above and beyond. They are extremely friendly and I would definitely recommend them.

I had the best experience using Ron s RV service. He put on a new roof, a sub-floor and floors to include the slide out. He did an excellent job. We had plan to put new trim around the inside door and slide-out because it was in really bad condition once we got the rv back. When we went to pick up the rv, he had already noticed the condition, bought the needed materials and replaced everything - at no additional cost. What a pleasant surprise, we were shocked. All the repairs were done in a timely matter and the communication was great. I wholeheartedly would recommend him and he will always be our first choice.Service: Body & Trim

Since we moved to Titusville, they have been the highlight!! Mary in the office is wonderful!! The guys that has done work a couple of times have been amazing!! Their price is very reasonable !!I highly , highly recommend this place 100%!! AMAZING EMPLOYEES , AMAZING WORK, and AMAZING PRICE!! Did I mention that they re amazing? Lol

I'm very happy with their service. I have used them twice with great results each time. The last time They, Mike & Terry, were able to diagnose and repair my issue in a 1/2 hour. Another company sent two service men and spent hours trying to fix the problem to no avail. Then charged me over $500.If you are in the Titusville, Florida. area don't hesitate to call Ron Osburn for your RV Repair needs. You'll be glad you did.

These guys are awesome, they know their stuff! Best RV repair techs around. My husband and I used them on a couple of occasions and both times, 100% fixed. They are professional, friendly, honest, all around good people. If you have an RV, and need a repair, do yourself a favor hire these guys. They are super busy, because they are the best... but worth the wait to book them.

Just got my awning fabric replaced while I waited. They even fixed a couple of other things that they could see needed tweeking. Mary is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Doug and another man whose name I didn't catch, replaced my awning and even schooled me on its operation. They went way beyond the call. I will be a repeat customer. Thank you.

We are very happy that an outstanding RV repair facility is in this area. It was only a few days after calling (non emergency work) Ron's RV repair that they made repairs and they even accepted extended warranty. The repairmen were courteous and professional. The receptionist was helpful and kept us informed of the process.

The Norco 60l portable refrigerator/freezer on our boat quit cooling. It was 6yrs old and we hoped to get it diagnosed and repaired for less than the $850.00+ cost to replace it. In typical Norco fashion, they gave us three repair contacts of which Ron's shop was the only legitimate contact. We took the cooler to his shop where we only met two of his crew members. We were a bit skeptical about what might await us not having read any of the existing glowing reviews. The next day the "girl" at the front desk informed us that the cooler could not be saved, she recommended a replacement, found a well prized purchase option for a new one, surrendered her computer and phone so my husband could order it right there and then for $250.00 dollars less than we had found online including amazon. The bill was $52.00 for half an hour diagnostics. We are super happy owners of a new cooler, and would hire Ron's capable, friendly, and customer oriented front office help tomorrow.

These guys are top performers. Terry (onsite team) fixed my Dometic RV refrigerator. Mary (in the office) discovered someone in the past had installed the incorrect control board and ordered me the right one. As soon as the part was in, the guys came to install it. They checked every mode (AC, DC, Gas) and left it in running order. You can trust your RV repair to this company. Thanks Ron's!

Repaired my auto retracting steps on my 2918 Thor Synergy quickly, efficiently and at a very reasonable price. Service technician also spent time answering several unrelated question I had regarding my RV, made me feel they really care about their customers, I plan to have all my future repairs completed by Ron Osburn RV Repair.

I brought my recently-purchased Class A motorhome to Ron Osburn RV Repair to have their maintenance department perform some recall work on my refrigerator, which hadn't been taken care of by the previous owner. I was initially a little frustrated in my efforts to get the work scheduled, but after playing phone tag for nearly two weeks with the young lady who apparently manages their office, I was finally able to bring my coach to their lot. When I got there, I realized why it had taken so long to get in to see them - their lot was crawling with blue-shirted employees working on a number of RVs simultaneously. They were very busy, indeed. Anyhow, when I went into the office I found Ron Osburn himself, waiting to take care of my problem while my wife and I waited. That was a nice surprise. As he was walking out of the office with the keys to my coach, I told him about three other problems I needed someone to look at. When I went outside a few minutes later, I found Ron personally attending to those three other issues while one of his mechanics was hard at work on the recall problem. An hour later, the recall work was done, one of the other problems had been fixed, another problem couldn't be fixed (despite Ron having spent about 30 minutes on it) and the third problem was determined not to be a problem at all (by Ron taking the coach out for a test drive). My total bill - for about 1.5 manhours of labor, the recall parts, the test drive, and the better part of a can of WD-40 - was zero dollars. Unbelievable! He changed me nothing to work on my non-recall problems (and, of course, the recall work was covered by the manufacturer of my refrigerator). Here's the bottom line: I would drive past a dozen other RV repair shops to get to Ron Osburn's RV repair. As long as I've got an RV, they've got a customer.

These guys are the best team to get things done. Iv used them several times. They are quick and know their stuff. They were able to fix a leak within minutes that 4 other places couldn't.

Had problem with toilet in my class a rv and went to Cocoa Camping World where I bought it 3 years ago and was told they couldn't help me so looked online and chose Ron's shop when I went in the office manager told me they were very busy but had someone cancel at the last minute and if I could bring it in right away they would look at it and an hour and a half it was done and reasonably priced.
