Never will I ever go back to this store,the associate I guess I interrupted his music in his earbud by asking him where a part was. And i've never heard somebody's eyes roll so loud as his, you weren't doing anything but standing there chomping away at a piece of gum staring into the oblivion, sorry for the inconvenience

Jose the manager was very helpful and helped me find a mechanic who was able to remove a frozen rear wiper assembly and install the new one. I highly recommend this store for auto parts.

Satisfactory....if you're a few shades lighter.I mean where to begin, I came in not too long ago. I take care of my younger brother, and when tax time came I was finally able to help him buy his first car. Super bonding moment, I was ecstatic to see him so happy. We just needed to buy a few things and we were already out so we slid by this shop.We were walking around, i was explaining things to my son in regards to having a car and what not. We had an interaction with some guy named Devin. Off rip, i could tell that he kinda felt as if he ran the place. I didnt see manager on him nor did i incline to ask. I really didst care. My son asked a few questions regarding his car and what he thought about it. Rather than helping us find things for our car he went off about how awful the car is in comparison to ones he'd prefer My sons attitude towards the car we had bought had seemed to diminish, towards the end of it he was on his phone. Either playing a game or most likely looking for a better car to buy. I ended up buying what we needed and left with a sour taste in my mouth.Also didn't like how he changed his vernacular. I dont know where he was raised but just because im an poc doesn't mean my son and i consistently use urban slang and call everyone 'homie' and ask if were being 'felt'Wont be returning, and hopefully i can manage to keep this moment and this car with my son. It's small moments like that some people dont think about. But it really did cause a reaction in my kid. All i can say is teach your employees to be more aware of a situation

We have been using Dixon oriellys since it was Bennet and they have been nothing but awesome on time and on point when it comes to our part orders. Here at Maaco we order countless parts from Dixon Bennet and I go straight to Devon for my parts,he knows what he's doing. Devon is very straight with his communication and reliable. Trust me go here!!

I just called the company to see if they could see why my check light has come on and why it was making a loud rattling noise. Unfortunately due to covid they were unable to look at my car. Apparently corporate office isn t allowing cars to be looked at due to covid. Which is understandable but VERY inconvenient!
