Had a 365/70R22.5 peel the tread on a motorhome steer tire Saturday on I-95. Kudos to their Tech Dan who showed up with a tire 2 hours later. Only problem, after mounting we found a defect on tread. Found a campground for weekend. Dan kept in touch. On Monday, located replacement and changed it out again. Dan also worked with Michelin so I was able to get pro-rated refund due to 10 year warranty on my 5 year old tire. Dan gets 5*!

FIND A DIFFERENT MECHANIC SERVICE BEFORE CALLING. If I could give a negative star I would. Came out to my truck for fuel filters and and ended up charging almost $1000. Mechanic had no clue what he was doing. Lied about things he charged me for. DO NOT GO HERE

Best service from start to finish. I needed roadside assistance to replace a tire on my tractor trailer at 10:30 at night. After calling around to multiple outrageously priced service centers with 4+ hours wait times, I came across National. Not only were they reasonably priced, with no hidden fees, they were at my location within a 1/2hr, and repair work was even faster thanks to Jim, the mechanic they sent out. Jim reached out immediately after hanging up with their dispatcher, informed me of of his eta, and stuck to his word. If I'm ever in need of roadside assistance and in the Daytona area, I will definitely call National and request Jim.

Had a flat on our business trailer on 95. They quoted us $500, they took an hour and a half to come out without the right equipment to help, 6 hours later on the side of the road waiting for them to come with a tire and bolts they charged us $1,600 to fix a TIRE! It would have been better and cheaper to get another company to tow us home then deal with these crooks!Service: Tires

$880 to change a tire on the trailer at the Pilot which they were already at. Side note $35 fuel surcharge. So this company replied to me saying Dispatch should of went over cost. Barely and when she did it didn't come up close to what was charged. Because she said the road tech finalizes the bill. The true definition of highway robbery.Service: Tires

Do not use these people! They are thieves! I called for roadside service. I was given a quote. Mechanic added bunch of crazy charges. They are lying thieves! All he had was a hose to put on and didn t even do that right. The hose is half on!

I needed service on my 18 wheeler truck. The mechanic didn t seem experienced and wondered if he was certified. Within a few hours, the same issue happened to my truck. Another company had to fix the same issue and they told me that they didn t fix it correctly. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and received my refund. The owner of the company called me about this and was very unprofessional. Since he had my credit card info he charged my card a 2 different times without my authorization so I got my refund back. It was a hassle dealing with this fraudulent company. Recommend anyone not do business with these crooks!

Blew a trailer tire literally right past the exit. Matt arrived in 30 minutes with my new tire and banged it out pretty quick. He, unfortunately, then had to hang out as we found further issues with the trailer and Mike came in. Instead of just throwing an airbag at it (which we later found wouldn't have fixed the problem) he took a few minutes to trace the actual issue back to some faulty valves, and came up with a solution to at least get me on the road and back on schedule. Pleased with what they did to help me out of a negative situation and I'd recommend these 2 guys any time.

We waited 6 hours On I-95 S for AAA assistance! WE finally called National Tire & Truck Repair and they reached us in 35 minutes! Marty replaced 2 large RV tires and had us back on the road within the hour! The lady in the office was so pleasent and kept reassuring us help was on the way and his expected arrival time! Every person that works here deserves 5-stars. Terry is the sweetest and they all really helped in a pinch to fix a flat tire on our travel trailer that was in storage. Definitely would recommend!!!

I had a flat on a trailer on I95. Called this company for service. The driver arrived an hour and a half later. The service tech was excellent but one trailer tire (225/75/15) cost me $430 dollars. $225 dollars for the tire itself, $100 dollars for the service call, disposal fee and valve stem plus taxes equaled a lot of money for 25 minutes worth of work. lesson learned, carry a spare!!!!!!Service: Tires

I wish I would have checked the reviews. They over charged me on hours and I was double charged for lights that I didn't even need. It was an wiring issue. The first guy was here forever 4 hours and couldn't find the problem. They sent a second guy out and he found the problem in the first hour.We we're charged for 2 and a half hours.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

Had an issue on my RV with a brake caliper locking up. I was referred to National Tire & Truck Repair. The woman answering the phone was very nice and said they could send someone out within an hour to take a look. I was very pleased with their response. Their service man arrived about an hour later. He was a young man that didn't seem that comfortable working on my RV and eventually called back to another service man to ask questions. He jacked the RV up, removed the rear wheels on the drivers side, removed the brake caliper and said he saw nothing wrong and he believed removing the caliper "released' the caliper and the problem should be resolved. This was after he'd called and talked to the another service man. He put the caliper back on and re-installed the wheels. I paid the service fee and a labor fee and he went on his way. The next day I took the RV out for a short drive just to check it out. After about 15 miles the brake he had worked on locked up and by the time I could find a place to stop (about 1 mile) the rear wheels were smoking profusely and almost caught on fire! I limped home having to stop about every mile to let the brake on which he had worked, cool enough to continue. I called National Tire & Truck the next day since they were closed for the day by the time I got home. The nice receptionist answered and I explained by situation and asked for a credit for the service call since the problem was not repaired. I was told "the service manager is very busy right now but I'll give him your message and he'll call you back in a few minutes." He didn't call. I called again the next day and was told the same thing. Again, no call back. I waited 2 days then emailed explaining my problem and asked for a credit. No response ever came to the email. I waited another day (now a week after the service) and called again only to be told again 'the service manager is busy but will give you a call back later today.' Never heard back from him. I didn't expect a full refund but SOME credit for the service call since the service did not repair the problem. To date I've heard nothing. I recommend you look elsewhere for your tire and truck repair. I will NOT ever use them again. Very frustrating and miserable experience.Service: Brakes

I had a water pump go bad on my diesel pusher RV and pulled into a rest area on I-95. I contacted National Tire & Truck Repair of Cocoa, FL to come out and fix the problem. The mechanic who arrived did look under the vehicle then called somebody else and talked for a while. Eventually, he confirmed that it was the water pump (kinda knew that) then handed me 4 gallons of coolant and suggested I find a Cummins Dealer. Cost? $368.00. So we sat there until morning and I called another company who sent someone out that simply brought us a new water pump, removed and replaced the old one on the spot, and the total bill was for not much more than I paid National Tire & Truck Repair including parts and labor. Basically, National Tire & Truck Repair picked my pocket for $368.00 and apparently either had no intention of making a repair, or no idea of how to make such a repair, most likely the latter. They don't seem to understand that the Cummins diesel in an RV is the exact same engine as in the trucks they drive. But since it's not in a truck...they seem to look at it as some kind of exotic specialized engine that is likely mysterious and unrepairable. Whatever the case, I recommend avoiding this company, especially if you are in an RV.

We pulled into the shop after finding a nail in our car tire. The staff was great! Dan fixed it within minutes and we were on our way. Grateful for their service. Sam's Club said it would be hours before they could get to us.

This company is so unprofessional. I m on the side of the road and some how my mechanic route was cancelled because I voted for Biden. They was unprofessional to even ask me who I e voted for. Tammy is her name and a cool friend co worker of hers. Called me back and used foul language. I don t recommend.
