Amazing vehicles; horrible service manager. They kicked me out because an entitled rich white lady called my boss an evil person. My boss died a month ago. What kind of person says that!?They should have removed her from the premise. Will not be coming here until they have a new service manager. I have many other options in Brevard. That service manager is not living up to the Mike Erdman standards that I grew up respecting.

Be sure to see Kevin Oviedo, very professional and excellent service. Answers all your questions patiently and made the purchase experience surprisingly effortless. The Mike Erdman Toyota team work great together, you can feel it in The atmosphere. We really appreciated the service from sales to the finance dept. Great job!

A tire rotation and oil change should not cost $180. They will nickel and dime you with junk fees like a shop charge for $35 to replace oil rags and $15 for a fuel additive that doesn't work. They wanted to charge $500+ for the visit but I turned down the unnecessary air intake and fuel system procedures since it is not recommended by Toyota or in the maintenance schedule in my glove box. My truck runs great without these junk procedures, which is why I bought a reliable Toyota to begin with. Duh!

Had to jump start our car and noticed the tire sensor was on & it was almost time for an oil change, made an online appointment for an oil change, battery check and tire rotation. We had to jump the car before we went in on Saturday. I called to see if the car was ready Saturday afternoon & was told by a girl (didn't get her name but make sure you do bc they have 11 working in service apparently) we do a full inspection if something would've been wrong they would've left it on the message. Message says nothing but car ready. Hubs says he mentioned the battery at check out and Rep told him the same thing - they do an inspection. I can confirm they don't. That night I needed a jump, tire sensor still showing, wiper fluid low. At this point should've marked the tires bc I have no trust anything was done especially since I have a report that indicates everything passed with no issues. We had to buy a battery Sunday and decided to wait on the rest. Talked to Service Manager Gabe who basically said what do I want him to do since I've already fixed the problem, then mansplained how an oil change works & they would check the cameras but apparently they're like a Dr offices you can't just speak to anyone, you need to speak with your rep. I guess not everyone can pull up your car report once it's finished to check to see what was done. Weird, every other dealership can. All I can say is I've never had to question work being actually done especially at a dealership and it's clear they don't care about your business on the service side. What is even funnier, they didn't hesitate to text my husband from the sales team that day to see if he'd want to trade it in, quick to make a sale but their service team won't make up for it.

After several calls to Service about a recall on my husband's car, they called us and assured they COULD do it on Saturday. They claimed first, 'the part didn't come in on the truck', then 'the truck never showed up and they couldn't track it/didn't know where it is/was' and to bring it back. They refused to balance the tires because they were 'too dangerously worn/damaged' but apparently not too bad to drive home and return with it. The engine splash guard was never installed but we were charged for it, along with a 'Non-cash adjustment' of $1.99! The guard was still in the back of the car when we got home. They falsified the repair order indicating that all 4 tires were pressurized to 35 psi each. When reminded that we had asked for 32 psi each, the entries were changed (the 5's were crossed out and 2's written in). When my husband checked all 4 tires, they were all at only 30 psi each. The senior(?) Services Advisor told us that he had 20 years experience/training on tires to which my husband told him he had 30+ years/experience more than the S.A. Their 'laundry list' of suggested repairs (several thousand dollars worth) included replacing the 'noisy/rattling' steering column after my husband told them that the Steering Assist Motor was rattling/making the noise at drop-off. The only 'work' that was done was re-aiming the windshield washer sprayers. My husband never got the Veteran's discount either. My husband called to talk with the GM/Owner but hasn't been called back to-date.

I made an appointment for an oil change with Mobile-1 oil, extended life and high mileage oil. I was assured they had this specific oil in stock. When I got there they told me they don t have that oil but had there own oil that was long life. I then waited an hour and a half for an oil change. They said the time was needed so they could inspect the car. They also added air to the tires and set them at 36 psi. The Toyota sticker on my car says to set all tires to 30 psi. When I have a reservation, I believe that I should have the car there by that time and the mechanic should be ready to start work at that time. This concept was completely foreign to the service person.I won t ever go back to this place.Steve ScullyService: Oil change

Tried to get my vehicle looked at and their diagnostic for tires and coils are separate and fees are separate, there's a lot of fine print, apparently. I made the appt days ago and spoke about waiting there, but then it seemed to be a problem when I arrived. Wait was gonna be insane (she said maybe 4-5 hours just for diagnosis which was opposite of what we spoke about on the phone, saying they are super fast. I just need coils, an air filter and my tire joints checked out.) I was also told the staff was friendly and great but I didn't feel welcomed from the moment I started pulling in when a salesman said "oh no" while looking at me. Needless to say I found someone else to work with me since I need continued work, someone who gladly welcomed me and took me same day! For 1/3 the cost! Also, I'm sorry for being irritated when I left, just mad I drove all the way out there for nothing. Please do a better job when scheduling appts on the phone, save us both time.

Chris Miller was excellent and explained everything clearly. Went over recommendations for my air filters and wipers, which it definitely needed. He even took the time to go over my future service so I know ahead of time. The waiting area was comfy and super clean. Coffee could've been better, but that more of personal taste than anything.

I just spoke to three or four different people in two departments. Parts and service clearly don t communicate well. All I need is to get a key replaced. The last rep in parts spent more time re-explaining what I already knew than helping. This is just another dealership with lame employees that think they re above the customer, most often due to company culture. I know the going price of getting a new key cut. They re telling me the price variables as if I m going to say oMg ThAtS sO mUcH I don t care if it s $300 or $500, you people make every interaction about your self. That s easy money that won t go to this dealer because of selfish, incompetent employees. Every single person I spoke with I had to give the same information, the next being oblivious while they re all probably standing in the same room. These are the folks that inspect and service your cars. 0/10 would not recommend for service or sales

SCAM ALERT & UNETHICAL PRACTICES! - I went in for a simple battery change. I am not sure if they simply have a practice of taking advantage of women or if the service center is just down right unethical, but they made an attempt to scam me out of $3000!My vehicle required a new battery. Out of nowhere the service center told me that my vehicle is all of a sudden, over heating and would also require a new water pump, thermostat, both rear and front breaks, pads, and rotor!!!They exercised fear tactics on me and told me that my vehicle is not safe to operate, would heat up and the breaks would go out if I attempted to drive it home. They painted a picture as if my vehicle would explode if I didn't immediately repair the issues.Something did not sit right with me about their feedback, because prior to dropping it off, there were no signs of these concerns. And just a little under 2 years ago, I fully replaced the front break pads and rotors! So how could it be that this spare vehicle that is rarely drive burned through the front Breaks and Rotors so quickly!Well, thank goodness I took it to another mechanic for a second opinion. Another mechanic confirmed that Toyota was FLAT OUT Lying to Me! It is so sad and disheartening that a woman can't go to this Toyota dealership and trust that she will not be taken advantage of. Shame on them! They have lost my business for life. They tried to STEAL $3,000 from me during these hard times.

Awful service. Rude employees who try to take advantage of the Elderly. My Elderly relative purchased a brand new vehicle here. Offered 2 free oil changes with the purchase. The service vehicle light showed to indicate the oil change is due. She asked to schedule the free oil change at 5,000 miles TWO separate times. The service center declined to perform an oil change because its not at their recommended mileage of 10,000. She showed up in person a THIRD time and was told that they would change the oil but it is no longer free because its not at 10,000!This is not a lease, I own the vehicle! Change the oil when I want! There is a reason for this: the dealership knows the costs of extended oil change intervals at 10,000 miles. These extended intervals cause excessive engine wear and oil consumption. They don't give a care about your vehicle. They want your engine to break so you buy a new car.If you care about your car change the oil every 5,000 miles and AVOID Mike Erdman like the plague.

Very professional staff. Working with Sales Manager Larry and Sales man Anthony (AJ). Everyone that we came into contact was extremely kind and went all out to find the right car for me! The team located a car with the right color and package plan that I was interested in. This is my first toyota. I would highly recommend going to them. They helped to explain and navigate what options are available and really wanted me to be happy. I was their twice as I had to come back for a car coming in. The service was impeccable! They offer 4 years of service where all other dealers offer 2. This dealership is the way to go!

I always enjoy my service visits at Mike Erdman's Toyota. The staff there is friendly and caring and very involved in your needs. It's almost like visiting family there. Alan Piter has been my "handler" the last three or four times I was there and he has been friendly, caring, and kind. As has everybody there....it's just that I can remember Alan's name. If you buy a new Toyota from Mike Erdman, ask for Gary Hope. He knows his stuff. I will continue to make Erdman Toyota my automotive home.Roger Norman

There has been some recent changes in staff I believe over the last couple months...thankfully. Hopefully they are smart enough to not hire back bad mechanics who slack off and put in little effort to get a paycheck....
