From Meghan and Roy my service writers to the Service Director Mr.Marks explaining his best options for my Caddy which my mechanic Rick who did the repairs quickly, professionally, and back to me better from when it arrived. I want to give a huge shoutout to Heather in the service department. She s an absolute rockstar and went above and beyond to help me with an issue I was experiencing with my Cadillac. She saved Cadillac from losing a customer and is a true asset to the Mike Erdman team.

2 hour $120.00 Oil change on vacation on my anniversary, they did check out the whole car, fluids and stuff.. oil filter was making a gargling sound so I needed it done which they got me in right away on a Saturday. So that's good but a headlight bulb just happened to be out and they wanted to sell me an entire head light assembly for about $350.00 I declined went to O'Reilly and got just a bulb for about $25.00 and change it at a texas roadhouse parking lot in about a minute.
