I was hopeful I had found a place to take care of my daughters car while she was in Florida for school. I was wrong. This Midas is actively engaged in price gouging. We had a starter replaced, we were stuck and had to get it fixed. They charged us 1.5 hours @ $140/hr when the labor guides all say it should be between .5 or .9 of an hour depending on which labor guide you use. Buyer beware at this repair facility and verify your estimate!!

It s honestly hard finding an honest tech/ overall company especially when it comes to car maintenance! I have had several services done at Midas and honestly KYLE along with the other gentleman with the longer hair they are amazing and brutally honest . If they advise something it s honest and they will always have me as a customer ! Thank you for helping and always doing it with good intentions! Truthfully they deserve more than 5 stars!

Got me in immediately and helped me work around my budget. I really appreciated everything they did for me. Had a move to Kentucky the same day so they got me in and out as fast and effectively as they could. Wonderful crew working there, very thorough. Can t recommend them enough :)

They were very nice and very helpful and was able to find and fix the problem I had with my truck. Had to leave it over night because they didn't want me to drive it until they got a new water pump, so I would not damage the engine.

I did not get anyone names but the guy who got me started was so personable and was sure to explain things to me. He never tried to just manipulate me to get me spend extra not needed money like most places. Especially being a woman. I would highly recommend. I am definitely coming back for my maintenance on my car or if I have any car trouble. Thank you!

Great place. Awesome staff who are very dedicated to giving you exactly what you want. Did a fantastic job on my exaust and gave me ideas and resources to get the exact sound I wanted. Great price. Highly reccomend and wouldn't go any place else. Midas in Cocoa is where its at.

I was extremely impressed with the services provided. Kyle went above and beyond to help me out. As a full time employee and part time college student, it was my top priority to get my vehicle in working shape. Kyle made that his priority as well. I appreciated the honest and open conversation. The service was completed in a timely manner and I would highly recommend Midas of Cocoa to anyone looking for a honest and friendly environment.

My mother went here to see why her car had a rattling noise to it. They tried to charge her $1800 for a bunch of random stuff. She took it to a different place in cocoa beach and they told her the truth that it was only a lose screw in the undercarriage. She paid $60 there instead of $1800. Don t get scammed. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I just bought a truck and noticed some squealing. Jesse got me in the same day in the afternoon, and within a few minutes we had a diagnosis (rear break pads and rotors). Kyle and Jesse found a couple other things going on with it, which we opted to replace. Allll repairs were made the same day for a fair price. They also gave us a rundown of the truck as a whole since it has a bit of aftermarket mods on it. Kyle and Jesse are incredibly nice, knowledgeable, love what they do, and clearly care that their customers are taken care of. Because of their speed, professionalism, and care, I can t recommend this place enough and will absolutely be coming back!

I took my car here multiple times for the same issue and it was a total of 3k+ and I was still having issues. Finally sick of going there and not getting the issue resolved, I took it to another reputable shop in town who told me every thing this Midas has done with exception of the spark plugs was completely unnecessary, the transmission has been faulty the entire time. I will NEVER be back here again. Thanks for wasting my time and hard earned money. You are thieves.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

These guys are RIP offs I paid 205 to get a/c fixed and left there my a/c still doesn't work they tried getting 1000 more dollars for compressor and I didn't need a compressor now I'm out of 205 bucks when what they did should have been free and that's ran test I'm pissed I can guarantee most of you guys that got service here paid for unnecessary work and got scammed and sad thing is they cool with taking money from people we have family and Bill's just like you guys and it isn't right what ya'll are doing why not just fix what's wrong and stop looking for a extra buck my car only needed more freon not a compressor so people please be careful at these mechanic shops they all about money and liars and theives

Stopped here while traveling through Florida for a routine oil change. Fantastic staff, very professional and thorough. Had us back on the road in no time. I would definitely recommend these guys to service your vehicle.

The gentleman was nice and helped us when two other places would not. We had hit something on the road a few miles back that has put two holes in our tire. We did have to wait a very long time for the tire to be delivered and we were very hungry, as we were on our way to lunch when it happened. Your bathroom was disgusting! Sink was clogged and full of dirty water floor had garbage on it, garbage can was overflowing and there was a chicken dinner in the garbage! Service 4.5 stars, bathroom 1 star.Service: Tires

I was hesitant at first because I usually use the midas on Merritt Island. I've driven past it a few times and it's not usually busy. Now I have gathered maybe this is a good thing for the consumer because they're not rushing and take the time to be thorough and check things out. They send a neat link for your car's health and recommendations they've made straight to your phone.

This is the the best tire shop I have ever been in. The managers are honest and wont take advantage of you. It is so refreshing to be able and trust the work will be done right .

I had an amazing experience! I had an emergency and needed two tires so I could travel out of State. Jessie assisted me, found tires for me, went and got them and installed them in an hour and 20 minutes. I did not have an appointment but Jessie happily assisted me and got me back on the road quickly. The customer service is 5 plus stars!! I highly recommend this Midas for any automotive needs!Service: Auto tire replacement

I recently visited Midas (cocoa) for an oil change, and I must say that my experience left me extremely disappointedam leaving, I'm leaving 1 stars because the staff is friendly, but over the phone, I was told that the oil I wanted for my car was in stock. When I arrived, they just had another more expensive. I agree they said gonna be 15 min. 1 1/2 hrs later, they start to change the oil on my car. Took 2 hrs to do an oil change. I wouldn't recommend this location for oil change, and definitely, I won't come back.

We were on a long trip from Massachusetts to Miami. Suddenly our car wouldn t start and it was towed to this Cocoa branch of Midas. Kyle Brundage was incredibly helpful and kind, gave us useful advice and assured us of how to proceed. It turned out that the car restarted and we didn t need it to be serviced but Kyle took the car for a spin to make sure we would be safe on our journey. He was excellent and if I lived in Cocoa I would always go here for car service.

Best auto shop in the planet!!!I called Midas after being turned down by an extremely rude customer representative at Gatos. Now I m glad it happened! My experience with Midas was excellent! I was greeted by Jesse, who took care of my vehicle in the best possible way. I went in for an oil change but they went above and beyond, did an inspection to find out there was a leak on one of the gaskets. I was shown the problem, and discussed solutions for which they gave me a price. I was given a great discount to perform the service. To top it off I mentioned that I was hungry, they recommended a neighborhood restaurant and Kyle drove me to the place out of the goodness of his heart!!! Thank you Midas, Jesse & Kyle, I ll forever be grateful to you!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change
