I would give this place -5 stars if I could. I was assigned this company by roadside assistance. I waited on them for 6 hours until I finally called a different company, and canceled roadside assistance. First time I called this company for an update, it went straight to voicemail. Roadside assistance got ahold of them twice, and each tine they said it ll be 20 minutes. An hour goes by so I call them again myself. The guy on the phone says oh sorry there s traffic it ll be 20 minutes. The shop was 15 minutes away from me. Never use this company it s horrible! Go with Imperial towing, they came and got my car in 15 minutes after I called them and took it straight to the dealership.

Get one star because you cannot give any lower. I wouldn't call this company to tow my lawn mower. My warranty company dispatched them with ETA of 60-180 min. After 2 1/2 hours with no contact, I was told eta of 35 min. This was an issue since my dealership closed at 6pm and locked the gate to the lot.. Had to reschedule to deliver to my home and reschedule for next day delivery. Waited another hour and still nothing.. Warranty company called to say the company wasn't answering the phone. After another 30 min they canceled the tow. I just contacted my own tow company and paid for the elservice. 5 hours of my day wasted by a very poor company. Do not ever use this service. They don't care about the customer. Btw, I never once was contacted by them in regards to delays..

Worst service EVER! Very unprofessional! Woman who answered the phone had people and children screaming in the background, gave me attitude because I called upset after waiting 3 hours when quoted 60 min. Every time I called for an update they told us 5 . After 3 hours I was told there was another person ahead of me and they can get me in the morning. So I should leave my car to be towed? in total waited 3 and a half hours this company is a total joke! I wish I can give 0 stars

This company was meant to tow my car. It was sent from statefarm. They never showed up! but said they completed the tow through statefarm's tracking. I called them twice and they never answered. Worst experience ever with a tow company. I don't understand why with so many complaints State Farm still uses them.

Great experience! Mario was booked though CarMax and showed up very early in the morning on TIME, even a bit earlier! What a great guy, with the upbeat personality! He suggested to take both keys to VW dealership if they needed to reprogram them. He took my car and dropped it off to the dealership. He also went an extra mile for me by dropping off my phone at VW I accidently left in the car. Such an honest and caring guy! Thank you for the smooth transaction and for your professional approach and compassion.. Happy Holidays to you, Mario and yours! God bless.

Called for a tow. Accepted twice. Canceled twice. Called and dispatch answered the phone with hello? real smart people working over here at this towing company. Coming from a repo guy of 7 years. You guys are bad at your job

PLEASE PLACE A ZERO BUTTON IN GRADING TO GRADE THIS COMPANY.Apparently all car insurances book with them for towing ,and for what I have read is the same sad experience for other customers.Owners with mugshots and several reviews about him stealing things in your car and even cars gone missing!!!They were supposed to arrive between 60 to 90 minutes and never did. When i called for updates they were very unprofessional with very short and dry answers. After 4 hours of waiting i cancelled the service, and of course once the service was cancelled the towing car arrived after 5 hours. The driver had the worse attitude which made it easy to tell him to please leave. ZERO ZERO ZERO NEVER USE

Husband needed a tow, state farm dispatched this company and they never showed up. 2 hours no call no show. Kept going straight to their voicemail. Finally gave up had to get get another company to come tow his truck.

KAM was the signed to my tow by StateFarm. I wasn't able to reach them by phone for the first 90 minutes of my wait time, when I was finally able to speak to someone she sounded like she had no idea what I was talking about but then told me it would be another 15 to 20 minutes before the truck arrived that he was on his way. After 30 minutes of waiting I called State farm again and they told me that the call had been canceled by the service and they were assigning me to somebody new.

Called several times before I finally got through to update my location as it was wrong. They stated the driver would contact me, which never happened. 15-20 mins later the driver just rolls right past me and I had to call another company to tow me. Don't use this company unless you like to be stranded.

On 4/20/2018 I had requested roadside assistance through my insurance company. At 6:54pm I received a text message containing the tow truck drivers ETA,"within 120 minutes". This seemed reasonable to me however after waiting 120 minutes the driver was no where in sight. I called the company directly to investigate the issue and had learned that the driver was traveling from Orlando and would be another 15-20 minutes before arrival. Based on the consistency of bad reviews on this company you can assume that the wait of 20 minutes was exceeded. At that point I called my insurance company, who contacted the towing company to figure out the problem. They had explained that it would be another 20-22 minutes before arrival. Here I still remain in my immobilized vehicle depending on this company's promptness while receiving "the run around". The time is 9:48pm and I just received a text message that explained the driver is "on the way". At this time my review remains at "terrible" for dependability and will be updated according to service and respect of the driver.

They dude s name was Ray. He has white grayish hair with matching facial hair. Smoked like a chimney. Showed up 3-4 hours late. On top of that, recommended us to his mechanic. When we got there, we knew it was not where we wanted to be. We get it over night, but chose to pick it up the next day, only to find it ransacked. People in the area told me to get my car and leave because that mechanic will take your car and sell it without you knowing it. Run away from them. Do not leave your car with them.Service: Transmission replacement

Listen to the other reviews. Our car broke down on the side of the highway and AAA connected us to them. KAMs tower would turn off their location and it would keep updating times to be longer and longer. After an hour of sitting in the Florida heat, we contacted AAA stating we were still waiting and that the tower hadn't even moved from rockledge. AAA contactrd them and KAM told them that they were on site and they absolutely were not. Wasted our time. Have to wait a whole nother hour before we can even get someone to tow us.

State Farm put me in touch with this company for a tow. They were more then an hour past the time they said they would show up and then stopped answering my calls. State Farm ended up finding another tow company for me that was great.

Stay away from using this company. State Farm road side assistance scheduled them to tow my vehicle. Wait time went from 60 min to 120 min to 3 hours. I had originally asked their office to call when they were on the way so I could meet them at the vehicle. Called for updates and the calls went straight to a full voicemail. Finally received a text from State Farm informing me they were 20 min away. When I arrived at my vehicle I called the office and finally got through to someone. This guy sounded like a thug and basically told me they would get there in a few hours. He then said he didn t care about my car and I could go put it in the river for all he cared. Actually was sort of funny, but nonetheless I filed a complaint with State Farm and now have another company on its way to get me.

Called for towing told us 1 hour. 2 hours later called they said he's on route should be 15 minutes. After 1 hour and half no pick up no phone call. Called back. Hung up on me. Called again from different phone went straight to voicemail. All they had to do was say they could not come instead they wasted 4 hours of my time waiting around. Very unprofessional will let everyone I know about how rude they are. Just could have said no can't do it. Now I have to try and track someone else.

All of the reviews of being the worst company in this area of Florida towing are 100% correct. They even hung up on our State Farm agent. State Farm said they are removing this awful company.If your Roadside assistance gives you this company ,find another one.

I give one star only because it is a requirement and I cannot put zero. I had this company scheduled to pick up my car on Wednesday the appointment was scheduled on Sunday afternoon. They were to come and pick my car up between 1130 and 1230 and take it to the dealership because I have to get an OEM part replaced. I had a family emergency and called to ask them if they could come between 12:30 and 1:00 instead. They told me that was perfectly fine and that they would be here no problem. it s now 113 and I know 13 minutes is in a long time but they knew that I had an appointment set with the dealership and if I miss it I don t have another appointment for two weeks so I called to see where they were at with my roadside assistant when my roadside assistance called me ignored the phone call three times and ultimately canceled the service I was in given a new service and told that they wouldn t be here for an hour that s making me late to my appointment. Now I am sitting here waiting for this new company. Hopefully I will get to go to my appointment to get my car fixed that I rely on for work. We ll see how it goes but I will never ever use this company or recommend them in my life. So here s to you and your privileged one little star that I must give you that you do not deserve.

This is 0 stars but apparently I can t give them nothing.Will take advantage of women. Will not show up. Will hang up on you. Will lie to roadside assistance (saying they tried to get in contact with you but never did). Currently writing this 7+hrs after they said they would be here but never showed. Can not follow basic directions. Does not know how to use a map. Customer service is useless. Everyone is extremely rude. Again will hang up on you (that is if they even answer). Ended up way passed our point and said they were towing, they were not in fact towing. This has literally been the worst experience of any business I ve ever interacted with. A complete joke and waste of time. I will pay anybody not to use this service please.

I would put 0 stars if it was an option.Used my roadside assistance for a simple tow, less than 5 minutes to my house from where the vehicle is. They sent us the text to confirm pickup and address. We submitted the information and they told us 2 hours. After about 30 minutes we decided to call directly to assure they had the correct address as the car is on the side of the road in a rural area. They responded saying our car was in boca and they can t tow it, and instantly hung up. I called back and they denied the call. I used another phone and called and said hey like my car isn t in boca, you re dispatched to tow you, why are you dodging my calls, hung up again. Now used a 3rd phone to call and I said the same thing and she reassured that they didn t mean to hang up and had the correct address the whole time. Fast forward another 2 hours and they re no where to be found. Absolute joke of a business. They do not care about anything at all clearly. Surprised they still have licensing and surprised insurance companies even use this pathetic business

I would give zero stars if that was an option. This company was dispatched by my roadside assistance for a simple tow at 11:30 in the morning they were supposed to be there by 1:30 in the afternoon. My roadside assistance called me shortly after that and they had not showed up so they re dispatched to call to the company again. They said it would be an hour. 2:30 rolls around still not there my roadside assistnsce calls s I told him that the driver still has not arrived they re dispatch it to the same company it's now 40 minutes past the time that the company was supposed to be here for the third time and they still have not shown up. And when you try to call the number that is listed on Google which is the number that the company gave me it rings once and goes straight to voicemail the recording list a completely different number and told that the call cannot be completed

This towing service lacks professionalism by not arriving when they said they were going to arrive or contacting me. I waited for more than 2 hours and had to cancel. Now, I'm having to wait an additional 75-90 minutes for another tow company. If they don't like the type of field they are in, they should choose another business/career field. This town is not that big. The population is low. It should not have taken that long. If your dealership refers you to this company, ask for another tow truck company. I wish I could give them zero stars

My insurance company scheduled kam towing to pick me and my wife up after our truck broke down. After 2 hours we called to check eta. They said 30 min away. Called after another hour and they kept hanging up and insurance company could no longer Reach them. Luckily had a neighbor babysit our 7 year old daughter. These people will leave you stranded and laugh at you while you hang up the phone. Don't waste your time with these crooks. Worst service in my life.

We called AAA to get a tow for our truck. They sent this company and confirmed with us it would be 2 hours which was the fastest time of any local service. The driver confirmed the eta. We talked to the driver a few times after his arrival time had came and went. It was over 3 hours before he got there with no real good reason why. The service was decent but he had to make another trip before dropping off our truck which was odd. None of this is why we are writing this review now, the day after our towing experience. We put the portion of the charge that aaa would not cover on a credit card we rarely use. Now the day after this towing experience we got a call from that credit card company about fraudulent charges for sneakers and other items. They stopped the charges and no damage done but this was very concerning. Just letting you know to be aware and check your charges after using this company.

Was assigned this prover by Progressive Insurance to get my car out of an intersection during a flood. I never got to speak to the driver, and the service person that was answering the phone just started ignoring my calls. Local TPD and Fire ended up bumping my veh9cle into a parking lot after an hour.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had concerning a vehicle. My car was totally dead so I called GMC Roadside and they arranged for car pickup. First heard from Mak Towing at 10:17am and after many text lies they showed up at 2: 10pm. Tried calling them a few times but no answer and message box full . Dude was rude and uncooperative and did not understand how to get a dead vehicle on his truck. Finally left mad after moving my car to the front driveway sticking out about 3 ft in the very busy street. I am to blame because I did not read reviews when I was notified the name of company. Contacted another tow company and they arrived within an hour and quickly towed car to car dealer location. GMC will be notified but I doubt it will do any good.

So first I wouldn t even give this place a 1 star definitely zero star!!!!So today around 5pm my van over heated of course I pull off and I call my towing insurance. They responded very quickly. They send me to Mak Towing in cocoa. They gave me a time of arrival at 7:22 that was fine.Well 7:22 came and there is no tow truck so I called. The lady has an attitude and says they are on the way by 7:52.Okay whatever we wait some more. 7:52 comes and again no tow truck so now I m done!Im calling and now she s not answering I keep calling now she forwarding my calls I call off my husbands phone she answers and again tells me they are on the way again we wait now it s 9:10I again call off my phone and nope nothing no answer no nothing so I call off my husbands phone again and she answers with the worst attitude and just so nasty!Idk how these people are still in business they are horribleI didn t get home till 9:45Also on top of everything there tag was from New Jersey and it expired in January of this year

Saved by them again. My truck key would not turn. They came picked it up and within 24 hours I was picking up my truck. Love these guys. They work ed on a different issue on this truck and we're honest and affordable last year. Also done in a day. Mario's honesty is what got me going back over and over. Also I was going to throw away a separate truck I had because I could not figure out the various problems. 97 f150. Mario diagnosed all the problems in a couple of hours and resurrected my truck that had been sitting for a year. Great job these guys do.
