Wow!!! I have nothing but great things to say about Keith!! We have a brand new 5th wheel and twice we ve had issues with the main toilet. This time, we couldn t fix it, so we called Keith. He answered right away and was at our site within a half hour. He got the problem taken care of quickly and told us how to avoid this issue in the future. He was so nice, so helpful and just a pleasure to have him working on our 5th wheel! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Had an electrical issue with my Dometic RV fridge that another RV tech could not figure out. Called Keith in the morning around 9 am, he said he would be there in the afternoon, called me when he was 30 minutes out. Showed up on time, quickly went to work and had the system up and running within a half hour. Would highly recommend his services to any RV in Central Florida. Try calling his cell phone for direct contact. I'm a very happy customer ! ( still haven't got a return call from any of the other services I tried)Service: Electrical

Keith is a genius...he has previously worked on my 5th wheel and always excellent service with his mobile unit he responds to phone calls immediately and usually comes the same day....this time I had no water pressure and he found the problem that no one else would ever have been able to find....it was a plastic screw in the water line!! Keith is very professional and polite ...this man really knows his business and is honest !!!! Something I can't say about other RV Repair services in my area!!!! Prices are reasonable I will continue to use his service!!!

Called and left message-keith returned call promptly -was on job in my area so stopped by -much to my surprise he stayed and fixed problem even working in the rain-VERY pleased would highly recommend if you need rv repair

Our electric stopped working one morning. We called Keith's and he explained a few things that could cause the problem. We were able to solve the problem just from that phone call! For free! My awning failed to retract and pulled out the lower mounting base. Keith was able to talk me off the ledge, replace necessary hardware, lubed all tracks, operationally checked out entire set up and done by noon. Very reasonable and will be calling again should there be any other catastrophe s

Water heater issues. Keith was booked but correctly diagnosed issue in 30 sec over the phone. I found a shop in Georgia that could work on it - they agreed with his diagnosis . New water heater needed. I will use Keith if I am in the area!

Our awning broke this morning as we were preparing to leave a campground, and couldn't be retracted. Keith came out and got us on our way quickly and inexpensively. Plus, he was a really nice guy. Would definitely use him again.

Call Keith First. I was getting a burning plastic smell coming from my ac vents. I shut my ac unit down and cut off the power to it. Unsure what It was I started going down the YouTube rabbit hole. Because it was late in the evening I would wait till the morning to call around with all sorts of ideas in my head from the internet. Capacitors, motors burning out, circuit boards etc. I called Keith First and within 15mins on the phone he was able to troubleshoot with me saving me hundreds and maybe even thousands of dollars depending on who I would have taken it too. A few new wire nuts and some cleaned up ends and I was good to go. After I was put back together he even followed up. He seems like an honest guy and I would have no issues trusting him with my RV.I'm glad I gave Keith a call first.

This is my second time calling Keith on an RV problem. The first time I had a leak I thought was still leaking and it wasn't. He tried to not charge me but I paid him for coming out. The second time this past Monday he not only fixed an electrical seat in my Tiffin open road he made it better by adding an extension. So much easier than dropping off at dealership for a week and charging what I am sure would be double. GREAT SERVICE. Will always call him first.Service: Electrical

Keith was excellent! He was available within 24 hours and able to repair my AC in less than two hours. Saved me from having to buy a new AC, very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend!

Keith answered the phone quickly came out and diagnosed the problem on the RV and then proceeded to fix it in a timely manner. 100% satisfied with the experience! Plus Keith is a super nice man which matters to me.

I was a bit concerned to call him due to the reviews, plus we are new to RV world and would be easy to take advantage of. Keith was the first to call me back after leaving voicemails for a few companies. Since we are inexperienced I had a lot of questions. Our RV has a Norcold fridge apparently a bit notorious for burning down rigs. Ours now has a hole in it from a propane leak. He was able to walk me through so possible options for us and honest and didn t take advantage of us, just did a free advice call basically and gave me some next steps and how to run the fridge without danger to our family. Thank you so much, Keith. You were kind and it was much appreciated!

We were in the middle of a camping trip when our Furrion Arctic 12 volt refrigerator stopped working in our new Jayco fifth wheel. I checked all the fuses and verified there was power getting to the refrigerator. After searching on google for other sources of the problem and not finding anything, we reached out to Keith s RV Service. Keith was out of town but on the call walked me through the process to find another hidden in- line fuse on this unit. I was able to get the fuse out and verify it was the issue. I replaced the fuse and all is working like normal again. He saved all my food in the fridge! Thanks Keith!Service: Electrical

Charged me 150.00 to fix my furnace and hot water heater and it still doesn't work. Had Doug from New Smyrna Beach come look at it and he fixed it in 20 minutes. He had everything he needed to do the job. I would not recommend Keith...

Keith came to my storage center to perform the repair to the awning, which was falling off the trailer (he said it would not have made it to any repair center around). This is a 2018 Gulfstream Vintage Cruiser. Keith explained why the screws were pulling out (the wrong type for the application), what he would do to remedy the problem and some pointers on what to look out for in the future. Professional and prompt. He came out farther than he normally works, and did it at a value price.

Keith does great work, I have used him numerous times for many different things. He always shows up when he is supposed to.How people can give him a one star because people thinks he drives bad is beyond me. A review is based on what work he does for you. It not someone who does not know his quality of work and judges him off nothing that matters.

Great service! Came out same day we called him and replaced our a/c! Unfortunately we wasted our time with another Rv a/c company who ghosted us after we paid them a service fee.

I want to tell you this guy is great! We had a furnace problem which spiraled and we needed help. He figured it out in no time and had us back in business. We had no heat fan or air - that's tough in a travel trailer. Thanks! We appreciate your hard work and helping us as soon as we called.
