I can t recommend Glenn s enough! They were quick, efficient, reasonably priced, and extremely knowledgeable. They did not try to charge for unnecessary services or nickel and dime for things, and they graciously fit me in last minute before a holiday while I was traveling through town (despite being very busy!!) Becky was amazingly helpful and trustworthy and all the other employees were very on top of things and professional. Go to Glenn s, you won t be disappointed!!

Fast, knowledgeable, Christian, family oriented. I am a disabled Elder woman who feels taken advantage of with most places, this will be my new Auto shop. Becky was very professional, Nate was very knowledgeable, didn't push sales about anything but thoroughly checked my car. I couldn't get them to detail it LOL but I tried..

Update: emailed the shop and they replied with a very nice email apologizing, offering a refund on the mount and balance. While it won t cover fixing my wheels, it was a nice gesture, I was not expecting them to do that.Absolutely destroyed 3 of my wheels. They re very nice and do fast work, but if you have a set of wheels that need to be handled with care this is not the place to go.

This place was fantastic! Obviously no one plans for a flat tire, especially right before everyone closes for Christmas. They were kind and courteous on the phone, we set up an appt quickly and they fixed my car right up even quicker. The customer service was on point, we weren t up sold or felt ripped off. It s a family run business who means well and they do an amazing job. We will definitely be back for our vehicle needs, and have already been preaching them to our friends and family!

0/10 they will tamper with your vehicle with complete disregard to your safety. Then try and deny it in a rude and disrespectful manner. Take ya business elsewhere in my honest opinion.

I used Glenn's to have a used car inspected prior to purchasing it.As an out-of-towner, I quickly determined that I had made a good choice. Everything they'd told me over the phone previously was correct. My vehicle was on the lift promptly upon arrival at the scheduled appointment time. There were drinks and snacks available for purchase at a minimal cost, and there was even an indoor flea market type thing next door which helped my family to pass the time. One of the gentlemen even offered to put a movie on for the kids.Ultimately, they recommended that I not buy the vehicle, which I respected, and they gave me some valuable information which I was able to then use to negotiate a better deal... all for around $40. That's a deal, especially when working with such pleasant staff. Thanks Glenn's.

We got a flat tire on the freeway and Glenn's was able to get it patched and on our way very quickly. The staff couldn't have been any nicer! This would definitely be our go-to mechanic if we didn't live out of state. Highly recommended!

Bought tires last year and after 20000 miles the tread was down to 2/32. They denied any warranty claim as I missed one tire rotation interval. Half the life of the tire evaporated and they point to one tire rotation service as the cause? Bad product they don t stand behind.

Thank you for having nitrogen available for our Subaru. Just $10 and all my tires are fat and happy. Great service. Ill be back later for a new set when I need them.

Super job and Bill and his men do outstanding work. His prices are competitive and the quality of work is exceptional. They take the time to explain everything and are not the type to steer you one way or the other just to make an extra buck. You will be happy you picked Glenn's! A+++

I m very satisfied with the service provided. I don t live in Cocoa but if I ever have an issue when I m there, I would definitely use them again! I dropped my car off when they were closed. I put my key in an envelope with my name and number through the slot. Nate the GM called me the following morning. I explain what was wrong and he said he would try to fit me in. He called back and told me what was wrong and the price of the repair. He said he would get it done that day so I could get back home. My car was fixed by mid afternoon. I got back home with no issues! If you need a reliable mechanic this is the place to go to!!

I had a wonderful experience getting my car serviced at Glenn s. Nate and his staff were extremely helpful and took great care of me. I had new brakes installed, an oil change and windshield wipers. Prices were very fair and my car runs great!!! Go see Nate at Glenn s Tires for fair and honest service for your vehicles!

Just moved to the area, and I am extremely pleased with the experience I had at Glen s Tire. This place definitely lives up to all of the great reviews. Earl and Nate were very friendly and professional. I feel like they did a great job on my brake pads and rotors and charged a fair price. I will definitely be back to have tires changed and for all of my other vehicle needs.

This has become my new go-to for oil changes and car upkeep. The staff is super friendly, and worked on my car all Sunday, with the owner coming in just to meet me and oversee the car upkeep.I thought I needed new brakes all around, but they advised me to just replace the rear brakes. They even advised I wait to get new tires, to save money. They truly care about the customer getting the most profitable and sensible course of action.

I felt obligated to write a review after seeing a couple others here that are on the negative side. First let me say that I am an experienced automotive enthusiast who's been turning wrenches a long time. I just got home from getting another alignment done on a vehicle and couldn't be happier with the service, friendly atmosphere and reasonable pricing. I have brought other vehicles to Glenn's over the years and I've always been more than pleased with their service. The staff is very knowledgeable and experienced, not to mention very kind and courteous. I personally couldn't ask more from an automotive service shop, and will continue to use them indefinitely.

I Will say so far they have been responsibly priced given the time crunch and having a help wanted sign up. Went in for front end alignment and new tires, seen right away that our balljoint was at risk. So the price went up astronomically. There's nothing else wrong with my vehicle mechanically wise besides I know it was pulling to the right because it has recently worked on and I had fullworks. So we'll see what happens when I go to pick up my vehicle if they try to add anything else. When I pick up my review will have a follow-up. (Follow up). 8 mi on the vehicle guessing testing there work? Works for me. Happy with the work.steers 100x better.much safer. thank you!

The owner is awesome he went above and beyond for me to get my back on the road. Made me feel like family. If you need any repair, tires, or general maintenance this is the shop to go to.

We had guys traveling back from Miami, Friday after a long week. Had both tires blow on the Dodge 5500 dually passenger rear. Called them up and they were right on top of it. Had the tires and got the guys going in about 1 1/2 hours from time of call to driving down the road. Did i mention Glenn's in cocoa fl had to drive to south of Melbourne Fl to take care of this? Great guys will remember them again if we ever need service.Wilkerson Welding is grateful for the great service and promptness of your team.

Just went to this shop after attempting to fix my own tire lol.I drove in with my spare tire and the "plug" one in the trunk. Well I had ruined it even more The guy at the desk helped me without any judgment, told me my tire was not good but he had a used one he could put on for a very reasonable price, mind you I can't even find this tires brand new anywhere without custome order them.Very fast, efficient, respectful and honest people at this shop and really good prices.Thank you!

The so-called man that goes by the name of Nate in the front office is one of the rudest, most inconsiderate, chauvinistic, jerks I've ever had to interface with. He speaks to women with a very rude, insincere and sense of superiority tone in his voice. He was particularly disrespectful, when I called the shop to get ahold of my daughter's father, because there was an emergency at school. You sir are no gentleman. You should definitely learn how to talk to women. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau as well to let them know that you were not female-friendly. Have a blessed day!

Great service! Free tire rotation every 5K miles if you purchase tires from here. I purchased 2 new tires for my Chevy Impala and the price was very fair. I'll go there again.

Nate and becky charged me half of what I paid for the previous brake job I got somewhere else. On a previous visit they got a three hour job on rust-frozen steering rod parts done in half the time ....and only charged me for hours actually worked ( unlike most other places).

I received an education on tires and maintenance unlike every other place I called. Before speaking to Nat, I had no idea what tires to buy and why. After our first call, I knew. They followed up with a written confirmation after every contact. They came to pick up my car (it was during the pandemic) and brought it back with my new tires on and more information to save me money on maintenance in the future. They earned my trust and acted with such professionalism.

Great service. Confident that I left with a quality job. Customers love them. Highly recommended. I was the dude from New York with the blown out Michelin Tire. Wish I had a place like Glenn's in New York.

Great, professional, and fast service. I have had both my car and my mothers car fixed here. They are always quick and honest with me and never charge more than why say they will. Will continue to be a repeat customer

Travellers beware. I am from Canada. My family travelled to Florida in our RV. One tire on the front of the RV wore unevenly and so I needed a new front tire and an alignment. I called several shops in the area and asked for service. 3 shops said that they could help with the tire but could not do the alignment because the vehicle was too large. Glenn's was the shop that said absolutely no problem. Bring it in and we will take care of you. The next morning we went in and dropped off the RV. I was told I should buy two new tires and not just one so that wear patterns matched and that the tires I had were a bit on the old side although there was lots of tread left. We were told they no longer had vehicles they could lend or shuttle service so we walked 1.5 miles to a restaurant and had breakfast. After a few hours I got a call and was told that they had done "as much as they could do". I asked what that meant. They then told me they were unable to do the alignment because their equipment wouldn't do a vehicle of our size and configuration. I was not happy. The only reason I took it there was because they told me that they could do the alignment. Anyone could have done as much as they did. So now I had a decision to make. I have two new tires and if I don't get an alignment done I will wreck the one new tire. If I had just gone with one tire I could have let it wear and fixed the alignment at home. So we spent the rest of the day finding a shop and over paying because it was last minute in order to get the alignment done. Nate, the manager, made no adjustments to the bill, couldn't suggest a place to take it except for a friends garage, he felt this was not his fault although he saw the vehicle and measured it with a tape measure and claimed he could do the work. He just wanted to sell tires. In addition to this before we left to walk to the restaurant we told him that all of our stuff was in the RV and please take care of it. He said he would. When we returned it was parked out beside the shop, windows open, doors unlocked. I went in and got money to pay the bill and no one ever would have seen me there. All of our electronics and personal items could have been stolen and no one would have known. Brutal service. Nice until they have you over a barrel and then they put the shaft to you. If you are travelling and looking for help go somewhere else. This guy who claims he runs the place so well because it belonged to his grandfather should have paid more attention to what he was taught by the older generation. I hope his grandfather was a more honest business man. Absolutely brutal.****Update******As you can see in the answer below Nate would like everyone to believe that it was my carelessness that caused the issue with my RV. I think anyone reading between the lines can see he is also implying I don't care about the safety of my family. I can assure you this is not the case.. I had an inspection done prior to my trip to Florida. I had the injectors cleaned, glow plugs replaced, air and fuel filters replaced and a tire inspection done. As we all know when you travel 1500 miles things can happen. For me what happened was that somewhere in that 1500 miles something changed my alignment and my tire wore unevenly on one side.The facts remain the same. I was told his shop could repair the issue that I was having and he was unable to fix it. He spent more time writing his response to my review then he did working on my RV. You changed two tires. That's all you accomplished. I called the night before I didn't just show up and expect you to jump so please don't make it sound like you did me a favour and worked through your break. Nate also makes it sound as if I have nothing good to say in reviews. I have in fact posted another review of a place that also did not do good work. However there are glowing reports for other shops. I had to pay more to have an alignment done at another shop which also took more time. You have to decide if you want your time and money wasted.

Their prices are reasonable and they are very friendly. Very trust worthy. I don t feel like they are trying to rip me off. I never have to wait long. They keep the lobby very clean and comfortable. I ll keep bringing my business here. Very impressive

Staying here for vacation and my tire decided it was time to go flat. Drove it in after inflating it enough to drive, and they plugged it within the hour. Only $31 too. Very great shop, and nice people too

Excellent, fair, and honest! They explained everything, did quality work, at a good price, and even gave me a ride to work! And I learned so much at their FREE weekend automotive class! I'm impressed and pleased!
